03/09/2026: My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your property. The highlights of our stay included: 1. Room 178 — We looked forward to sipping tea while taking in the view of the sea.The air conditioning unit in this room worked. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have extra pillows. 2. Dining — Another of our favorite thing to do was to order breakfast and enjoy it at your Brass bar and cafe. The delicious fruit scones warmed to perfection, the perfectly done scrambled eggs, and the best tea on the planet. The sourdough toasts were also amazing. 3. Staff — We had the pleasure of meeting and engaging with many of your staff members. The ladies at the front desk — Maneesha and Anu, the servers at the Bar — Anna and Raquel were a delight. The young man who served us on the Sept 1st was equally terrific. They are so polite, courteous, and sweet. 4. Location — The location is terrific, especially the bus stop right next to the hotel and across the road.

26/08/2026: We stayed at this hotel for a week with our family, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. My only observation is that the hotel does not provide luggage carts. The distance from the reception to the rooms can be quite long, so having luggage carts available would make the experience much more convenient for guests, especially families with several bags. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

15/08/2026: Unfotunately it was Bad experience . I Would Not and recommend the Resteraunt the Service was Unattentive. After placing an order, no one followed up on it . Despite the positive reviews, I ended up on the losing end of the situation

27/09/2026: The ribeye was tough and chewy. The margarita was thinly poured. Service/server were fine, but the rest was poor.

27/09/2026: Had the striploin with fries and a Smithwicks. Honestly the best steak I have had in a long time. Service was great and the live music was enjoyable as well.

The terrace is beautiful and such a nice place to sit, especially when the weather is good. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

29/07/2026: This was my first time ever experiencing Dublin and Ireland and this hotel made it that much more amazing. This gorgeous hotel sits just a 25 minute walk away from the city centre, which is great for me because I love a scenic walk! It is just close enough to experience everything the centre has to offer, but also be in the quieter bits of town when it's time to turn in for the night. I was solo traveling for the first time and felt extremely safe here. I had a single room for 3 nights, for around 147 euro a night, and had a gorgeous view. I was in room 420 and it looked directly out to the Museum of Literature, which is a stunning historic cathedral that has been converted into a museum! The room was the most adorable room with its charming wallpaper and furniture. Perfect for an old soul and history lover such as myself. The staff were so beyond lovely, and super understanding when I needed to have my room held due to a 24 flight delay from the states. And was able to check in with no hassle when I finally landed. Breakfast was included with my reservation and it was a lovely selection! They also have 2 restaurants, one that serves lunch, and one for dinner. And while I never utilized them, they were lovely to walk through while I was there. I would highly recommend staying if you are someone who values a quieter experience while in the city, something more with a bit more historic charm than a commercial hotel, and want to experience a slower pace within the fast past city. 24/06/2026: Friendly hotel. Good location for transport and walking. Northside nearer Croke park . Lots of steps/stairs in hotel. Old building with nice period features, room spacious , great shower room.. strange wardrobe set up nowhere to hang a dress even for shorter lady like myself even a knee length dress... Coeliac friendly gluten free options for cooked and buffet breakfast, great service at breakfast!!! International hotel. 24 hr reception

21/09/2026: €11 for a pint of Guinness which was by a distance the worst I’ve ever seen poured. Incredibly rude bar woman then got snotty when I sent the pint back. Avoid at all costs.

16/09/2026: Great bar. Live music. Good atmosphere. Also nice seating outside. Do a good Irish coffee. Also try the apple pie 🥧. One is enough for two people.

08/09/2026: Beautiful little spot tucked away in Phoenix Park. It’s the perfect place to sit, switch off for a while and enjoy a lovely cup of coffee surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and the setting is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

23/08/2026: We had my boyfriends 40th here. We hired the boat for 4 hours for drinks and it really was an unbelievable night. Very special experience. Everything was perfect. The staff on this boat are brilliant, they looked after us so well.

20/09/2026: Had a really enjoyable night overall, and I want to give special recognition to one of the security guards who was genuinely lovely. There was a small misunderstanding while we were dancing. I accidentally bumped into someone and immediately apologised, and a few drops of my drink ended up on another person. I apologised to him as well, but unfortunately the response was quite confrontational, which left me feeling uncomfortable. When we spoke to security about it, one of the security guards was absolutely brilliant. He took us aside, listened to what had happened and was incredibly reassuring. He made us feel respected, heard and safe, and handled the situation in such a calm and professional way. I really want to say a massive thank you to him, because after an uncomfortable interaction, having a security guard respond with that level of kindness and understanding made a huge difference. He deserves a lot of recognition for how he treated us. For reference, this was on the night of 19–20 September, at approximately 23:50, so hopefully the management team can identify the security guard who was working at that time and pass on my thanks to him. Overall, we had a good night, but I especially wanted to leave this review so that his kindness and professionalism don't go unnoticed. ❤️

19/09/2026: Food & drinks was good. Service was a little slow but I think we arrived during a shift change as staff seemed to be switching over or going on breaks. Overall would recommend!
