The best restaurantsof irish in Dublin

12/11/2025: I haven't been here for years. Looks like they have refurbished it a little which really helps. The service was great and the food not bad. If you're in the area it's worth a visit.

19/12/2025: Had an amazing dinner here the other day. The potato and leek soup has been on my mind since! Very rich and great tasting. Steak was great! Drinks were lovely! Service was amazing and the general atmosphere really good. I’d definitely be back. There’s free parking too which is a plus for me always.

28/08/2025: Really bad drop off from this place. Was previously my favourite space for lunch in Dublin. Unfortunately with massive price increases and a drop in quality it’s not worth it. Ordered the spicy Cajun sandwich and noticed they stopped putting any sauce on it. 12€ for a dry chicken and cheese sandwich is frankly a rip off

28/08/2025: I will never visit this place again and you should not, either. However, if you decide to go there, you should definitely double-check your receipt here before paying. First I was charged 25.25 instead of 11.60 but realized only after swiping my card. Then they initiated a refund and charged my card again with the right amount (11.60), so I thought it was OK after all. I only realized on the next day (when the refund arrived) that they decided to "keep the change" and refund only 25.00.

16/12/2025: Visited O’Shea’s Restaurant in Dublin with my girlfriend and had a great experience. We started with a proper pint of Guinness, silky and smooth — a must when you’re in the home of Guinness! For mains, we shared Irish Stew and fish and chips. The venue was busy, but the food arrived quickly and was hearty, flavorful, and well-prepared. The stew even came with a pint as part of a meal deal, which was a nice touch. It feels like a true local hotspot for traditional Irish fare, with good prices and solid portions. Would happily return if I’m ever in Dublin again.

17/12/2025: People loitering outside smoking. Went inside the resturant and was shouted at "theres a que" wasnt aware there was que system. We just walked away not welcoming at all.

16/12/2025: Food was top notch, atmosphere was great and the staff were great fun in their each or their own ways. Just don't ask specify how you want your Irish coffee. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

13/12/2025: I went to this bar by chance because I could hear the music outside, and I loved my experience. There was a great solo act, a good atmosphere, and the football was playing quietly—something for everyone! Despite the crowd, the service was quick. It's pricey, but not the most expensive in the neighborhood. The restrooms were very clean!

18/12/2025: Kieffer did a 10/10 service today, he brought the good vibes, got the drinks comin' with great attitude. Will definitely be back here!

28/10/2025: They do a great carvery with a very good choice, portions are decent so make sure you go in with an appetite.

14/11/2025: This is a place we always go to. The service is quick and friendly, the food and prices are standard, and the pub is spacious enough for all kinds of events. We live nearby and love coming here.
