02/04/2024: The menu offered is good, we had chili beef fries. The quantities were generous. Pleasant service. Service until 8:30 p.m. The atmosphere was very good with a good musician.

02/04/2024: Decent drinks, a relaxed atmosphere and good tunes. Temple bar area premium with drinks prices, as expected. Food was excellent especially the desserts.

18/03/2024: My Girlfriend and I visited Aqua Restaurant today, and had a very disappointing and possibly dangerous situation. We started with Seafood chowder which was fine, but a little salty. The main problem is the Lobster, we both got lobsters and first of all, the taste was terrible. Very bitter and flavourless. I've had lobster before and it's usually a very pleasant experience that tastes similar to crab, these lobsters tasted terrible. The "skinny fries" that came with them we're insulting. After eating most of the lobster, my girlfriend noticed little egg looking things on the gills of the lobster. We later found out these eggs are called "lobster louse" and are a parasite. After asking the waiter about it, he said he didn't know and brought the manager who told us that it was simply lobster eggs and that we could continue to eat. Instead of taking the lobster away, the manager let us eat parasite infected lobsters even though, he later told us that neither him, or the chef actually knew what this was. Thankfully he didn't make us pay for the meal but this experience was understandably terrible and unacceptable.

04/04/2024: Had some regular and alcohol free Guinness here. The atmosphere was calm and silent, unlike other Irish pubs I've been to. Drinks were refreshing and tasty. The bartender was very polite and cheerful. Overall, satisfied.

07/05/2024: Very pleasant and original place for a breakfast. Very cozy environment, fruits available for a fair price. I had the feeling of enjoying breakfast at my granny. I order the vegetarian option, nice portion, that I could share. Flavours balanced with a ‘touch’ of latin cuisine I’d say, which I love! Specially the beans, well seasoned. The customer service was very kind and friendly. I’ll definitely stop by for a pint any other day.

29/03/2024: Food is a complete rip off, 10-12€ for a toasted sandwich with not a lot of filling, the toastie in the picture was 11€! Jessica was a complete and utter clumsy wreck dropping tea pots and getting other workers to clean it up as if she owned the place, getting orders completely wrong and walking around the restaurant like a headless chicken not knowing to who what order belonged while all the while bossing around the other employees, although the food can be somewhat tasty, disgrace you don’t even get come crisps with your sandwich.

21/02/2024: Great food, friendly staff. Docked a star because they put us (group of 7) at a table that could just about fit 6. All the while there was free space the whole time we were there that could easily have seated 8. There was no "reserved" sign up so no idea why we couldn't use it.
