Great atmosphere, great hospitality and amazing food just wow , came all the way from tauranga for the weekend with my family stopped in here for dinner , will definitely recommend here Especially when we received bad vibes and rude customer service at the lookout hamilton. 12/08/2026: I went here for lunch and I ordered a special of wings and Ribs. I would highly recommend it, it was delicious, I couldn't find fault with the food or the service. The girl serving us was lovely and polite and went out of her way to look after us.👍

25/09/2026: 11/10 friendly severice, beamish on tap for all us "cultchies" :) bit a banter, great venue, loads a food options, big venue havent seen it all, good tvs and show the rugby and the golf. The carpenter is yer only man.

23/08/2026: Great place for live jazz on Sunday afternoon. Quick but not excessive service. Definitely a place to visit again when back in Dublin. Good public transportation to get you there from downtown

29/07/2026: We had afternoon tea there to celebrate my daughter moving abroad to study. The presentation of food, the service. Everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

29/07/2026: Shrinkflation at its finest! 50% breadcrumbs? Net weight should be 600g, but after removing crumbs, there's nothing left. Foil itself is 20g, so 520g of product+crumbs? = 15...20% crumbs? Disappointing. 2 trays for €18? Why fool the customer?

23/09/2026: Very tasty. Giant steak with an even bigger portion of french fries. There's no place to sit, you have to grab it and go to eat on the street. Depending on how hungry you are, it's enough to share over two people.

19/09/2026: Awesome fish & chips served warmly with generous vinegar and salt, if you want it. Is just by the Christchurch cathedral and is just takeaway which made me re-consider going but glad I did. Had it in the small park around 50m (Peace park) in nice sunshine. The fish was absolutely fresh crusty on the outside but soft and delicious on the inside. Chips were nice

04/08/2026: Great range of sweet and savoury vegan options. Got the vegan breakfast bap and two cakes to share with friends and all agreed they were fab!

31/07/2026: Lovely cafe/bakery. We had coffee & cakes (huge selection) which were fab 😋 but I spotted some lunch plates and they also looked great. A lovely spot and I would recommend 👍🏼

13/09/2026: Went in for my breakfast with two friends and had some delicious pancakes while my friends got the eggs on avocado toast which were also fab! Was a bit quiet when we were in but will definitely be back!!

31/08/2026: The staff were very nice however the food was appalling and myself and my partner can’t believe we paid 13€ for each sandwich. The avocado was brown, chicken hard, we asked for no peppers and got them. Cheese smelt rotten. Worst thing I’ve eaten in a while. I’m a student and 13€ is a lot of money to spend on a sandwich already, but it being that bad, we left extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t go there ever again. We went here about 6 months ago and it was lovely , chef must have been changed over…

17/08/2026: We visited around 1 PM and really enjoyed the atmosphere and overall vibe of the pub. Unfortunately, we were made to feel very uncomfortable by a male local at the bar who kept monitoring us, questioning what we were doing, and following us outside when we went out. It felt subtly targeted.

04/06/2026: Service was very good but could benefit from redecoration. No parking on premise, but public parking available less than 100 metres away.
