The portions were sizeable and delicious. The staff were both attentive & professional.

01/05/2025: Authur's is a great spot with great food and drink. I have yet to order a side or dish that disappoints or is subpar. The staff are very friendly and kind. It gets pretty busy at times, so asking nicely will get you sorted. I'm a local and really enjoy this place over the other pubs in the area. It has 1 outdoor covered area and another open area. A bit of a darker pub but I like it. It does have cozy lighter seating as well. This is my spot đź‘Ś

16/05/2025: The best part of this hotel is definitely the location, super convenient and close to everything we needed. That said, the rooms were pretty small and felt cramped, which made the stay a bit less comfortable. Service was just okay, nothing terrible, but nothing standout either. Overall, it worked for a short stay, but I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to book it again.
16/05/2025: Great location with excellent staff and service. Rooms are well appointed. Really enjoyed the day actually have American sized king size beds. It was a great stay.

04/05/2025: Not happy with my experience. Booked table month in advance for my birthday. I asked for a nice table upstairs. Due to a booking error on their end they no longer had my table available and they put me in the downstairs area. No table was prepared for me. Nothing was set up. As they could not give me the table I ordered they gave us free welcome drinks that were decent but everything else is not special. It is actually quite expensive for what you get and the portions aren't big either. The environment is also nothing special. I'm at the end I wished I would have gone somewhere else for my birthday
04/05/2025: Probably one of the top spots in Dublin – at least near Grand Canal. Classy spot, nice drinks overall, and amazing view near the water. Staff is friendly. Food is pretty decent, but pricey.

The staff were absolutely incredible—everything was set up exactly as described, and communication in the lead-up to the day was smooth and stress-free. On the night, the team was so attentive and friendly, making us and our guests feel truly looked after. The food and wine were also delicious!
09/04/2025: I held my birthday party in the downstairs section of Ely and it couldn’t have been better. The staff were so attentive and were making sure we were okay. The food was amazing - everyone was so impressed. In the lead up to the party, Carol was so helpful and responding rapidly to any concerns I had. We will be back for sure!

13/05/2025: This is one of the best places in Dublin due to several reasons: super nice staff, best atmosphere, and great range of beers. They always have a few unique beers on tap to put the cherry on top. The food is delicious as well. Recently they started offering their own range of beers which I found very delicious.
If you pass by this place, it's never a miss. Slainte!!

Puede que tenga un nuevo nombre pero sigue siendo Bistro One , ocupado , ambiente agradable y excelente comida. El pato era perfecto como lo era el sollozo y los entrantes, esperando con ansias nuestra prĂłxima visita.

17/05/2025: This is a tiny spot—just 12 bar seats—but it delivers everything you’d expect from a starred restaurant. The service is friendly, the food is excellent, and the oysters were unbelievably fresh. But the real star of the night was the fish and chips: clean, crispy, and perfectly flaky inside. Honestly, one of the best I’ve had. With such limited seating, a reservation is highly, highly recommended. I saw them turn away quite a few walk-ins while I was there.
12/05/2025: Wow! Best fish and chips and Calamari we have ever had. So fresh, light, and flaky. Highly recommend coming here. Perfect for lunch before a day of pub crawling. Both of the servers were really friendly too and we had fun chatting with them.
