Craft
Dublin
03/11/2025: We had the Chef’s Menu at Craft and it was absolutely outstanding – incredible value at €39 for the quality and amount of food. You get to taste everything, and honestly, we couldn’t pick a favourite starter because they were all so good. We had the pork chop main - so good and as always the roast potatoes were unreal! From the brown bread right through to dessert, every dish was delicious. We’re so lucky to have this place in Harold’s Cross – can’t recommend it enough! The service deserves a mention too - really lovely atmosphere. Well done to all at Craft. We will be back soon.
11/10/2025: Plates full of flavour. Thanks you for lovely evening

12/12/2025: I had a really gorgeous seasonal sandwich here today on freshly-made focaccia inside the very beautiful Powerscourt Centre. It’s always a good bet for a lovely lunch or stop for coffee and cake. Highly recommend!

Mullingar House
Dublin
23/03/2026: Staying with work in The West County Hotel and went for walk in Phoenix Park. Called in here for bite to eat and a drink on way back. first thing that strikes you is the interior is really nice and the pub has real character. Food was excellent with an extensive menu and staff were just nice people. Will definitely be back and would strongly recommend it. It's outside appearance doesn't prepare you for how nice it is inside.
21/03/2026: The incredible historical depth and the remarkably cozy atmosphere of this premier traditional pub in the heart of Chapelizod make it an absolutely spectacular destination for anyone who values authentic Irish hospitality and literary heritage in Dublin. I spent a long time enjoying a perfectly poured pint and exploring the classic wooden interior because the general energy of the building is very inviting and every single corner offers a level of vintage charm that is remarkably consistent with the high standards of historic Dublin establishments. I really loved the professional kindness of the local bartenders and the thoughtful preservation of the Joyce related memorabilia because the balance of the old world tradition and the friendly community vibe is truly impressive and it provides a satisfying and rewarding experience for every visitor. The facility is maintained with a great sense of local pride and I noticed that the environment remains respectful and warm for families looking for a relaxing meal after a long walk through the nearby Phoenix Park grounds. It is a must visit for any resident or traveler who appreciates a well managed independent pub where the quality of the service is a main priority and the surrounding views of the Liffey river add a layer of natural beauty to the entire visit. I also appreciated the clean organization of the seating areas and the general sense of warmth within the lounge because it encourages a relaxed and mindful appreciation of the local pub culture while soaking in the vibrant charm of the Dublin landscape. Even though it is a popular spot for weekend regulars the organization of the service is executed with such care that you always feel like a valued guest during your stay. I will definitely be returning here soon for another evening because the combination of the prime location and the unbeatable historical profile is truly a highlight of the local neighborhood scene.

The Parnell Heritage Pub & Grill
Dublin
28/03/2026: It's not a "dingy" pub where the tables tell stories from the last 200 years... The bar area has booths, bar stools at small tables, and the counter... a few steps up there's a bistro area that's great for eating...
The food was excellent and the service was attentive.
I saw my first rugby match there – really interesting!
The music started with folk and later became a bit more modern...
I didn't check out the upper floors...
26/03/2026: I came to watch a football match and through all the chaos of ordering food and drinks Luis was the perfect bartender not only with his service but checking regurarly our order. Any bar would be pleased to have Luis as a bartender

The Bald Eagle
Dublin
08/03/2026: Over priced, pretentious and rude staff.
07/03/2026: This place is not to be missed. What lovely and wonderful staff! I almost asked the lady if she would adopt me, she was that sweet. 🤣The chicken wings were absolutely delicious, I almost ate my fingers along with them. I felt completely at ease and even sat there crocheting. I made a keychain for her and I hope she liked it!
SEE YOU SOON ❤️🍀

Bóbó's Gourmet Irish Burgers
Dublin
21/03/2026: Popped in for some dinner. Burgers and chips. The ingredients were quality products, our waiter was top notch, it was pricy though. 4 meals & chips and 2 bottles of water €72
*bonus points for having gluten free options
20/03/2026: We were visiting Ireland for spring break. My kids had been wanting to try Irish burgers. After a long day of sightseeing my son found this place. The wait staff is amazing and friendly from start to finish. We ordered 4 different types of burgers, onion rings, and Guinness. Everything was absolutely amazing. Each and every burger was phenomenal: succulent, tender, and flavorful! It was clear the beef was organic and free range. We had the Wagyu, the Brazilian, the Dubliner, and the Classic. The kids love bacon so we added that as well. The sauces that went with each burger was out of this world delicious. The brioche bun was sweet and fluffy. The atmosphere was lively, lovely, and fun!

Canal Bank Cafe
Dublin
07/03/2026: I love how it feels like the restaurant is full of locals, it’s such a good sign when you can literally spot returning customers.
The host- great at her job, staff are super friendly and our food was great.
My only critique is- I feel as though the high volume of locals makes the service for new/less frequent customers too casual. For example our waitress kind of just came over and gave us a thumbs when checking on us. Which in theory is fine, and we didn’t mind, but perhaps could be an issue for other diners.
25/02/2026: We had a lovely experience, we had a new staff waiting our table and she did great!
Food was very good, we had the Guacamole (only thing that we wouldn't have again, quite tasteless, looked like it came out of a can) and the Hummus (gorgeous). Then the steak and Fish and chips for mains, both veery good.
Ending up with the chocolate 'Budino', a smooth mousse that was the perfect way to end up the evening.

The Auld Dubliner
Dublin
20/03/2026: Had the best st. Patrick’s Day with our friends. Everyone was so lovely! Definitely will be back!
16/03/2026: Extremely rude gard. One man told me that I cannot enter with the hat from Oliver’s pub, I did not invest my movement before the second guard grabbed the hat from my hand, and started pulling off the pull over that I had in the hat. After I grabbed the head back and the pullover, and told him that I can do it myself I don’t need assistance, he pushed me and said then you cannot enter. I was with my girlfriend I was extremely embarrassing. Terrible terrible attitude. Again I was completely sober, and I don’t think anyone deserves to be treated like that.

O'Sheas Merchant
Dublin
08/03/2026: Everything was nicely done. Beet Salad, Croquettes and Duck were favorites. Relaxed environment. Friendly staff.
01/03/2026: I had spotted this place near my hotel for an Irish lunch. We arrived on Monday, so we had to wait a bit before we could go. Our impatience led us to go on Thursday at lunchtime, and we weren't disappointed. The portion was generous and it was just like home cooking. Breakfast was also very good.
The dining room is spacious and tastefully decorated.
The welcome was very friendly. A great place to eat.

The Black Sheep, menu
Dublin
05/02/2026: Unsure of fire exit. Downstairs door locked. Only way out was up the stairs.
03/02/2026: For gluten free beer drinkers, this ks the place. They had a variety of option from lagers to stouts and also ciders.
