26/11/2024: Went for Sunday lunch and got the roast pork belly. My plate was stacked - the pork skin had to be cut off and enjoyed separately it was so good and everything else was delicious, but the roast potatoes could use a little work. Perfect way to get you through a Sunday with great atmosphere, lovely staff, and a good drinks selection. Definitely book as it gets busy.

04/12/2024: The Irish Stew was nicely soft but didn't have much taste. A half pint is apparently not available because I got a full one. The live music was really good and the pub had a nice ambience.

08/12/2024: Gorgeous dinner at this restaurant for our girls Christmas outing. The service was 10/10. There was a lovely buzzy atmosphere and the food was perfect.

07/12/2024: Myself and my colleagues came here for our works Christmas party. So here is my honest review: Food - the food was fresh, good quality and worth the wait. I ordered the 10oz ribeye and chips which was cooked medium. The meat was tender and juicy, the perfect steak. I then had desert which was 3 flavours of ice cream. It was standard but the salted caramel ice cream was amazing. Service - the service was amazing. The staff were all extremely attentive and always made sure we were taken care off. One staff member who looked after our party was very friendly and was always there to make sure we were catered for. Atmosphere- it was a small venue and with all the decorations up for Christmas, with the background music, it gave you a cosy feeling and very welcoming vibe. Overall - the night was a great success and was enjoyed by all. Highly recommend trying this venue

28/09/2024: Dinner was a real treat. Food was excellent- we had a few small plates - loved the prawn hash especially, one large plate as well. Fab cheesecake for dessert, excellent wine. Exceptionally lovely staff. If you have been thinking about going here - do get here soon. We had been meaning to for a couple of years - delighted we did now - will definitely come again. 07/12/2024: We stumbled upon it by chance for lunch. Super cozy place with brunch menu. We had the eggs benedict with salmon. Right quantity and great price. An Italian girl works there who was very welcoming and kind.

23/11/2024: Everything was very tasty. I really liked the Achill lamb chops. Pate for starter was really creamy and went well with a slice of brioche. The desert was fine, people I sat with thought I ordered another pate, because of the same shape 🤣 The interior design looks cool. Edit: after a year, they still do great food

15/11/2024: Food was delicious but I feel I didn’t have time to enjoy it. It felt very rushed. Delivery between courses too quick starter arrived before drinks. When I go out for dinner I feel I need to relax, there is a balance between waiting too long between courses and letting the customer relax and enjoy the surroundings and the menu, drinks. There was constantly a waiter hovering around the table etc. service doesn’t need to be instantaneous, it takes from the environment and the ability to relax.

09/12/2024: Had a very nice lunch at Glas to celebrate a birthday. Top class food, nice ambiance and friendly attentive staff. Also good value, considering the quality of the food.

02/12/2024: First time experiencing the wonderful food at Glas. The entire menu is Gluten Free making it a heaven to bring my Mother & Sister (both of whom are celiac) Amazing service by Alina, very friendly and helpful, adding a lovely bit of personality to the evening. Will be back!

12/12/2024: Charged me twice for the same pint, when I showed my card transactions as proof the bartender continued to insist I was wrong. He said he had no interest and walked away. Eventually the manager gave me another pint but I wanted a refund, never got my money back.

20/10/2024: Super experience from start to finish . We were met by a very polished and enthusiastic manager which made us immediately comfortable. She ensured we had drinks quickly and answered all our questions on the menu / specials . Our dinner was served by a great guy ( tall, dark haired with glasses ) who was very professional & attentive . Renata brought us drinks and couldn’t have been nicer . The food was excellent ( Monkfish special was special ) and the wines very good . The mixed dessert was super too . We couldn’t fault the restaurant…….. keeping doing what you’re doing 👏

02/12/2024: The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. Huge thanks to Rebecca who looked after us so well. We went with with her recommendations and they did not disappoint. Spring rolls, scallops and pork chops were our favourites. Highly recommend.

29/11/2024: A very nice and descent place to have your dinner. Quite busy so book your table beforehand. Mixed feelings about the menu, I would like to see more food options. The spring roll starter was amazing, the one with the peppers was not my favourite. The Dessert mousse chocolate was amazing. From the mains the meat we chose was very very good, I slightly preferred the pork chops over my short rip. Amazing selection of rose wines.

10/12/2024: The manager Paulo and his team are super welcoming. So professional and warm. Had a fab meal and cocktail here. My friend and I were just having a brunch and it was perfect. Thanks so much and keep up the warm friend vibes. It's just a gorgeous cozy atmosphere and worth going for food.
