The best restaurantsof irish in Dublin

13/07/2025: It's been too long since we have been here last so an event in the theatre next door was the ideal opportunity to go again. We got traffic on our way to the restaurant so phoned to say we were running late. Arrived to be whisked to our our table seamlessly that showed good old fashioned proper hospitality is still alive. Colouring pencils for the the little person straight away and making sure her pasta arrived first but done in a way to make her feel like a third adult and not a child. Our waiter was amazing, figured out we had a show to go to and made sure to communicate with the kitchen to get food out. My Tuna Niçoise salad had a proper tuna steak cooked perfectly. I could have been in the south of France. Overall, we just couldn't fault Caspers and will be back just more quickly than before.

02/07/2025: Phenomenal dinner spot in Dublin. The best French food we have ever eaten. Flavors were delicious and complex. Valentina was a wonderful waitress and recommended the apple tart for dessert…wow! We are planning to visit another time before we leave.

11/07/2025: We stopped here twice on our trec through southern Ireland. It was our very first stop, and our very last. The Fish and Chips were the best i had on my entire trip. Perfectly prepaired

07/07/2025: We stopped here with a high school tour group. It was exactly what you would expect for an Irish Pub. Decent food ( we had a stew with a puff pastry topper, which was a nice touch. Our food was pre selected with the tour). There is plenty of room for a large group. And my 18 year old son had his first alcoholic beverage here, lol! He decided Guinness may not be his thing. But great memories and would recommend if you want a classic Irish pub experience, clean and pleasant atmosphere and good prices.

17/06/2025: Great bar a short walk from the very heart of Dublin run by a great landlord. The welcome was second to none, from staff and customers. Will be back in a heartbeat!

11/07/2025: En general, no es lo que esperaba con un restaurante de comida rápida de hamburguesas en el nivel inferior con maravillosas papas fritas con ajo. Nos tomó un minuto darnos cuenta de que era un bar gay porque era temprano en el día cuando lo visitamos. La cerveza estaba fría y el ambiente era regular. No me desviaría de mi camino para visitarlo.

06/07/2025: The guy with the double pierced earrings, nose rings and wearing the tartened shorts and working the top bar in a green Heineken t shirt told us to leave when looking at another persons id (whom was turned away). We made no effort to correct him at all, we were having the crack with the lad who was rejected. We then were told to “Shut Up, finish your drinks and leave”. Very angry individual to be working with the public. ****The rejected individual was not in our party**** We left immediately when our drinks where finished as staff like that should not be around the public if they cannot handle high pressure situations.

12/07/2025: A pub in downtown Dublin dedicated to Christmas. Highly recommended! From the moment you walk in, you're immersed in Christmas decorations and lights. I recommend going during the week because it's packed on the weekends. Even if you arrive and don't have a table, take a look around its many corners and, even if you're standing, have a drink to enjoy the moment.

09/07/2025: Glas is a Vegetarian Restaurant. Ambience is quiet and good to explore if you would like to explore different options in Vegetarian.

07/07/2025: The best spot for veggie lovers in Dublin. Delicious food, friendly staff and cocktails are a great bonus. Every time I have something to celebrate, I go to Glas, I love this place

22/06/2025: Esta fue una súper comida, de principio a fin. Preciosos cócteles para empezar, con aceitunas y almendras para picar. Tuvimos tres titulares y uno principal y todos fueron espectaculares. Flor de calabacín fue uno seguido por el cangrejo de la isla de Lambay - esposa era muy feliz de hecho! Mi entrante fue Hash Browns con un pato principal. Todo fue inventivo y delicioso. Creo que nunca me han servido estos platos antes, así que hay inteligencia y pensamiento en la cocina. Esto era comida de muy alta calidad y disfrutamos mucho cada bocado. Muy recomendable.

The cuisine is impeccable each dish was presented with great care and a well balanced combination of flavors that deserves recognition. The staff, in turn, provided exceptional service: courteous, attentive, and always committed to ensuring a pleasant and professional dining experience. The beverages exceeded my expectations in both variety and quality, with thoughtfully crafted combinations and impeccable presentation. Without a doubt, this is a place I will gladly return to and highly recommend. 😌

12/06/2025: Well worth a visit. Came highly recommended by The Wilder Townhouse, and it didn’t disappoint. You know I could wax lyrical about standard of food, service, great atmosphere, but I’d say go visit and find out for yourself. I will certainly be back.
