02/03/2025: Pagué 30€ por el desayuno, que era muy pobre. Éste estaba compuesto por el desayuno Burrito, que en su mayoría era patata y muy poco de otra cosa, pero que luego se cobraba 4 € , 50 € por dos rebanadas de pan de masa madre y otros 6 € por encima por 4 trozos de tocino recalentado.

22/03/2025: We dined in at this restaurant on a recent holiday. The atmosphere is nice however we visited fancier venues during this vacation. The venue does not dictate the quality of food in this case. The food was the best of the whole trip!Each order was cooked to perfection and presented perfectly. The service was attentive and friendly and the price very fair. I highly recommend this restaurant!

20/02/2025: Lovely cosy little pub. Visited for a Sunday roast and the food was delicious, service was great and staff were super friendly and welcoming. The pork belly was so tasty with the best crackling! They dished out a cake for my birthday and we all had a lovely time!

28/02/2025: The Cat & Cage is a great spot. The lunch menu is small but the food is pretty tasty. It’s pretty quiet at lunch so we feel comfortable bringing our baby along (they even have high chairs!). They have a big beer selection and the staff is super friendly.
The sweet potato fries are delicious!
The dinner menu is bigger and the food is great. It gets busy in the evenings and weekends. One of the best spots in Drumcondra!

Haber dirigido varios pubs en mi vida entrar aquí es entrar en la historia irlandesa y Connor el gerente un verdadero caballero una sonrisa para hacerte sonreír y una forma de servir y hablar con los clientes que lo harán.

Una copa de vino cuesta 8 euros.
Una pinta de cerveza cuesta 7. 00 euros, muy por encima del precio normal para la zona.
Servicio de piso excepcionalmente malo para comida y bebidas.
El servidor más oxidado que se olvida de su posición, es decir, cuando pedí bebidas para mi esposa y yo mismo decidió que serviría bebidas cuando hubiéramos terminado nuestras bebidas en la mesa.
Es vergonzoso decirlo suavemente.
Aléjese de este establecimiento de bajos estándares sobrevalorado.

19/03/2025: I love Daniel’s restaurant. I was walking pass it, decided to head up for dinner. Had the best dinner and went again the following day. His dishes were perfectly handcrafted. Chat with some of his customers. The environment was great. Perfect dinner place. Made the trip to Ireland so great. He knows the best pairing.
30/12/2024: We visited Daniels restaurant last night for the time and was greeted by Daniel, he welcomed us like old friends. You could tell Daniel has a passion for food in the way he described the dishes we ordered, even after 50 years of being a chef. Food was fabulous and flavours were outstanding. It was a quite night in-between the bustle of Christmas and new year's eve and Daniel took time to chat with us and has great stories to share. So we enjoyed the food as much as the company. We will certainly return again.

24/02/2025: We had a wonderful meal at the Garden Room at the weekend. We had a fantastic seat by the window, really lovely relaxed atmosphere. Food was absolutely delicious and the experience was made even better with our very attentive waiter, Timothy. His knowledge of the food menu and the wine list was also very helpful.
23/02/2025: It was an experience dining in Garden Room. I treated my sister nephews to a wonderful occasion there.
From start to finish we all felt the service and food was amazing.

12/03/2025: Went at a busy time, the food was decent but nothing too special. The ambiance was great, I wouldn’t plan to return but if someone suggested it, I wouldn’t say no.
11/03/2025: I had booked for the Ireland vs France Rugby match and asked for a table close enough to a TV - well we couldn't have been better placed as we had 3 TVs around us !
Food was lovely, atmosphere was great and staff very friendly !
The place is also facing the harbour which makes it great for the ones of us who were not too interested in the match :)
Will surely come again !
