04/09/2025: Great experience enjoying a 9+ course on the tasting menu. Very well presented and interesting flavours. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Reservation is essential.

11/09/2025: A very nice experience, quality service and very attentive. The food was well above and beyond expectations, the fish was cooked perfectly, with lots of flavor and a lot of work. Beautiful presentation and very generous portions. The setting is just as enjoyable. Bravo!!!!!

30/08/2025: can confidently say this was one of if not the best meal i’ve had. From start to finish the experience was incredible. The staff were so attentive despite it being very busy. We ordered the beef bourguignon and it was delicious. I will be recommending this restaurant to everyone!

10/09/2025: We ordered takeaway here to be delivered and it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant called us about 30 minutes after accepting our order to say that they are out of chicken wings, which is fine, but they shouldn't delay contacting the customer if they are unable to fulfil part of the order. Additionally we received kimchi fries instead of bacon fries and we were not told over the phone that they had to replace that item, so that would have to be a mistake by the people packing the order. To top it off, most of the food was cold by the time it arrived. Besides being cold, the quality of the food was nothing to write home about. The fries didn't taste like they were fresh at all and the tacos looked terrible. I suspect that was partly due to poor packaging, they were just put in a small cardboard box and were probably being knocked around on the road. Interestingly two Deliveroo riders came to the door (and the app was also showing that two riders were delivering parts of the order), but only one of them was carrying our order(all of it). I'm not sure why two riders would be sent when the second one had none of our order on him. I've never dined in here, so I can't speak for what that experience is like, but I definitely won't be ordering takeaway from here again.

08/09/2025: After a sub optimal situation, the Chimac team were fantastic with my case and dealt with me professionally and with empathy. The food tasted great and the service was excellent, topped off with a half portion of wings on the house. I would recommend Chimac and it’s great to support local businesses!

15/09/2025: What a beautiful establishment with excellent food. We arrived without a reservation but were seated immediately in a window seat.

14/09/2025: This pub is the most beautiful pub that we have ever seen, with multiple floors and masses of dark wood, it's hard not to notice when you walk pass. We stopped for dinner after our day tour. Unfortunately, food was underwhelming, my Superfood salad was average, and my husband's steak was over cooked and came with mushroom after he specifically asked it to be removed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, a band was playing traditional Irish music, a good spot for a few drinks and Irish music.

04/09/2025: Manager was friendly and staff are nice. Food was served quickly. Nice classic interior design too! The toilet is upstairs and I’m not sure if it’s wheelchair accessible. Also no changing table in the toilet. Overall it’s a great experience.

25/08/2025: Incredible service, very quick, clean bathrooms and delicious tradicional irish food.

16/08/2025: The hotel is located in the embassy district, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our bathroom only had a shower, although all the others we could see from the hallway during cleaning had bathtubs. One star deducted for the pathetic takeaway breakfast we requested during a day trip. I felt it was too little for the money, as it only included two pieces of fruit and a muffin.

14/08/2025: We were contemplating to stay more central location or Herbert Park Hotel till the last moment, and were glad with our final decision. It is a bit away from the downtown, yet maybe due to the distance, quiet and peaceful. We walked to the downtown, which took less than 30 min. There is a nice beach nearby and was perfect for my morning run. Also, there was a farmer's market at the park on Sundays! The room was spacious, so as the bathroom. I liked the nice deep bathtub. We stayed mostly at B&Bs during our trip to Ireland. Luckily it was not too hot, yet when we were back to Dublin, A/C in the room was a nice addition.

16/09/2025: A good beer and a tasty feed on a Thursday night in Dublin. A group of us in the snug with table service made for a great night out. Would recommend.

12/09/2025: Cosy, fun and a place you can stay. You can spend a night in the ginger man no matter the season but Halloween and Christmas cam make it all the better. The staff decorate the space and dress up upon occasion and that makes this place special. It's one of the few spots in the city you can start and finish a night happily.

25/08/2025: Vine aquí con mi pareja, sin tener conocimiento previo de ello - nos alojamos literalmente en un BnB aire enfrente y pensamos que se veía bien! El personal era increíble; el propietario nos reconoció cada vez que entramos y nos trató como a la realeza. El personal del bar era muy amable y servicial. Estaba claro que todo el bar era extremadamente aceptable y encantador! No podría recomendar más.
