Had a meal Monday my husband had chicken goujons chicken was sour and burnt I had a warm bacon crispy salad it was far from crispy or fresh very disappointing. I have ate here over the years but will not be going again. It was something similar last time too!!

01/08/2025: Warm, friendly professional welcome to restaurant by one young lady from Argentina and another from Brazil plus young gentleman from Dublin who chatted with us and made us feel at home. The food was excellent as was the service. Price for 3 course meal 47e was amazing. We felt and were treated like " royalty ". Having eaten in many restaurants all over the world , for us todays experience was truly unique.
Highly recommend that you treat yourself to this " experience"

Lorenzo y el equipo en un viernes por la noche eran tan amables y serviciales, los cinco estuvimos de acuerdo en que tal servicio hace una comida realmente especial.

8.50 for a pint of Coors was a joke when pub next door is 7.20
Food arrived and there was a bone in my chicken burger
I brought it to the staffs attention only for the manager to laugh it off and say “it’s only a small bone”
Been here a few times before but won’t be coming back anytime soon
Bar staff are lovely and welcoming though

20/07/2025: Came in for a drink after dinner at a nearby pub and enjoyed a great crowd and even better music - the staff were attentive and the place was crowded but never overwhelmingly so

05/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic. There are a few other pubs in the area, but the staff and food here are super friendly and top notch. With a sense of humor that can't be beat. This is my go-to spot when I visit Dalkey. Emma is amazing!
Plenty of the good stuff on tap (including Budweiser, but order at your own risk! Lol)

30/07/2025: We went to the café to enjoy some ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream cupboard was bare for the dog ice cream. Otherwise the Homosapians’ ice cream was really quite good. Therefore, I will give it four stars. Sadly, my dog will only give it one.
15/07/2025: Friendly professional staff made us feel welcomed during our recent visit. Breakfast was exceptionally and a nice way to start your day.

05/07/2025: A staff member asked me to move my jacket from the seating area because a birthday party was arriving. I made a joke and said that it was my birthday party, I then told him I'm just joking it's not my birthday party and tapped him. He said "that's not funny and don't touch me". This place is great but was let down the disrespectful behaviour of this staff member with silver hair. I was just making a joke with him and he reacted in a very unfriendly way which made me feel unwelcome. Honestly I expected to be treated with less hostility considering how much money I spent in TapHouse. Spoke with management and he agreed so we won't be back.
