23/10/2025: I always enjoy coming into this bar. It's small and you never feel overcrowded. I watched a mtch once and it was great for it. A pull down projector and the sound was on.

12/10/2025: Nice pub but couldn't believe they added 50c to the price of a pint because of the match. 7.80 pint of Coors. Disgraceful. Pure greed. Won't get our business again .

23/10/2025: The duck starter was simply fabulous. Monkfish was good. Millefeuille - just ok, to me the puff pastry layers were too stiff to cut with a spoon, I guess a (sharp) knife and a fork would be a better option.

22/10/2025: After good food and drink, my party wanted to have a drink upstairs in the Sitting Room. The staff were very helpful and first checked there was space and finding it available, enabled us to move upstairs. A perfect night with friends made memorable by Delahunt and the Sitting Room. Thanks a million!

13/10/2025: Really bad food but expensive. Got a burger that was almost inedible - completely cold, but the kitchen couldn't do anything about it! There weren't many locals, which of course should have been a guide for us. I always check what others write, but I can see that the reviews are relatively old. A tourist trap!

27/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Foxrock Village From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming reception exactly what every great restaurant should have. We were shown straight to our table and given plenty of time to look over the lunch/dinner menu, which had a fantastic selection of dishes, all very reasonably priced. This was my first visit to this restaurant in Foxrock Village, and I sincerely hope it won’t be my last. I went for the goat’s cheese to start, followed by the roast beef for my main course, and finished with the apple crumble for dessert all perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The meal was beautifully complemented by a lovely bottle of red wine. From the warm welcome to the attentive service and delicious food, everything was spot on. A solid 10 out of 10.

29/07/2025: Lovely place, great cocktails. Pizzas delicious, would steer clear of the ravioli. Two of our party had it and both didn’t rate it. Tasteless and more like a soup broth with a bit of pasta thrown in.

21/10/2025: Our first stop. We found Hartley's quite by accident and out of convenience, as the carport was next to pier. We sat outside with a beautiful view. Service and attention were impeccable. A bit pricey, but the location was worth it!

05/10/2025: Excellent place to eat with exquisite service and very good food. €113 for three people. Highly recommended for a break from the pizzerias and burger joints.

13/11/2025: There are many beautiful handicrafts to choose from. The prices are a little higher than expected. Above the shop is a supermarket with ready-made food. We were satisfied with both the price and the food.

15/09/2025: We hosted a hen party here on Saturday for 21 ladies, and it could not have gone better! The team were incredibly accommodating – they allowed us to set up our own decorations and food, and were so helpful with everything from start to finish. We had corkage on some bottles of prosecco for a welcome drink, and the staff went above and beyond making sure everyone’s glasses were always topped up, even when we moved up to the top deck. As we essentially ran an open bar with drink tokens for guests, it was great to see how respectful and honest the staff were – they made everything so easy for us and didn’t take advantage in any way. Another lovely touch was being able to connect our phones via Bluetooth for music, which meant we could play our own playlist on deck and set the perfect atmosphere. The whole experience was honestly the highlight of the day, and all of our guests had an absolute ball. Thank you so much to everyone at the Dublin Canal Boat Restaurant for helping us create such a memorable start to our hen celebrations!

16/11/2025: Really salty food, pints of guinness were really poor and spoilt wine. Good place to watch a match but little else.

14/08/2025: Very nice food, service was great. Thursday afternoon so things were quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy our food.

13/08/2025: Absolutely awful. Staff were extremely rude, couldn't have been made to feel any less welcome. Food was terrible. Service was shocking. Definitely would not recommend this place. Very disappointing, as the bar itself looks lovely.
