The prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is in a lovely setting. Live music made the night even more enjoyable. Portion size was truly filling but it did not take away from the quality of the food.

02/07/2026: We had such a wonderful meal here recently. The food was absolutely delicious and presented with such care. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. I was particularly impressed by the curry, which came with a perfect side of naan bread. It was a hearty and comforting dish that hit the spot. We also really enjoyed the pasta and the roast, as each plate was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was lovely and the whole experience was truly enjoyable. It is rare to find a place where every single dish is this consistent. We will definitely be coming back soon for another visit.

Brian and all the staff are the real definition of "warm and welcoming", rooms are cozy and comfortable, restaurant with truly high quality menu. I wish we could stay longer than one night. 25/05/2026: Great first time experience in a castle! Beautiful castle and grounds, great bar and dinner was fantastic! Try the local lobster it is so sweet! Definitely stay here again.

14/04/2026: The best restaurant of our road trip!!! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but honestly, we highly recommend it!!! The fish was of incredible quality!

14/04/2026: Nice place, typical fisherman's decor. Classic but tasty and very generous portions. The men's toilets outside smell terrible and give a bad first impression. But don't let that put you off. The Guinness Zero is nice and cold 😉

21/07/2026: We stopped here at the weekend on our way home. Plenty of parking at the back. We hadn't reserved a table but the staff found us a table for 6 of us. Very much appreciated as we were all hungry. Ordered steak Sambos and kids got gougons & chips. Everything was delicious, must say was the best Steak Sambos we had in a very long time. Everything cooked perfect. When came to desert unfortunately wasn't what was advertised. The kids preferred the waffles and Nutella but when came it wasn't Nutella but rather some chocolate sauce out of a bottle seems like, but on the menu it said Nutella & waffles. For the adults the deserts are overpriced to be honest @ €8.50.

11/07/2026: Everything was excellent! The food was delicious, and we were very happy with the service. A special thanks to Giuseppe, our waiter, whose Spanish was outstanding despite being Italian. It was wonderful to see someone so passionate about his job and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this restaurant.

08/07/2026: Myself and my wife were there this last Saturday night around 7pm. The place was nearly empty for food but we were still seated right beside the door opposite the bar ( about 8 feet away from the bar drinkers.) I've never before been hungry having paid nearly €42 for a steak dinner. This is the epitome of gouging on a national level. It advertises as a restaurant. It's overpriced bar food. Scandalous. I've decided to give the place some free advertising on X. Its gaining traction as we speak.. Over 3000 views and 3 reposts from followers from America 🇺🇸

06/06/2026: Loved our stay here so much we extended it. So relaxing from the moment we arrived. Staff are all excellent warm, attentive but always understated. You feel very well looked after but you are always given space. Everything is spotless, decor is beautiful...a lot of thought and care has gone into it. A relaxing inviting lounge area, a big turf fire, eclectic mix of artwork, and interesting ornaments. A beautiful dining area with views over the sea, and a delicious dinner menu made for the most romantic memorable meal. Our dog was welcomed and we were never made to feel it was an inconvenience. Similarly the place is not overrun by pets and wouldn't disturb others. Can't wait to to go back ...thank you to you all

06/06/2026: Thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay, rooms were fantastic, staff extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, food was 10/10 especially the seafood. Highly recommend and will be staying again. Looking forward to it.

17/07/2026: Been here a few times over the years and every time its been amazing food and service. They staff are so kind. It's completely child friendly as I had 5 kids with me. Would highly recommend. The atmosphere is also lovely in every season.

10/07/2026: Had lunch here, on a weekday,relaxed & very pleasant atmosphere, koftas and Coronation chicken were delicious and fresh produce. Other meals around us looked equally appetising. Save room for cake after, both carrot cake and coffee cake were sumptuous! All in all, a lovely experience. Thank you

28/06/2026: An absolute gem! We were looking for a coffee shop and maybe some breakfast. We found that and more here. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have a full gluten and dairy free breakfast. The atmosphere and service were refreshing. It is the right way to start off any morning. The coffee was good and my omelette moist and fluffy. Take in all the charm of the art work and enjoy the look through to the well. Parking is on the street. It is a busy area, even on Sunday morning when the other shops are closed.
