The best restaurantsof irish in Killarney

21/10/2025: Had the most wonderful meal in Vendricks last Sunday night. Shared 4 tapas, one main and a side dish between two of us. Every dish was sublime, the portions were ample and the service was wonderful. Would HIGHLY recommend and will certainly be back next time we are fortunate enough to be in Killarney.

16/11/2025: BEST DINNER IN KILLARNEY!!! John Cronin has service down to a master class- our server Helen was excellent. Started w/ seafood chowder…..a top 10 for this foodie. Chicken Supreme and Shepherds Pie are comfort food perfection. THIS is a no miss restaurant-

22/10/2025: Hanna our waitress was so family, nothing was too much for her. Service was impeccable, food was delicious, atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommend for great night. Dog friendly too

18/10/2025: This was my favorite food stop during our trip! I absolutely loved the lamb burger. The lamb burger was not like gyro meat it was just on the verge of being gamey and was amazing!! Our server Maria did a great job! We were there right as Kilarney brewing was closing and luckily I was able to try their IPA before the brewery shut down. After lunch we got to shoot some darts which was a blast!

28/10/2025: Walked in with our son to have a drink and for husband to do whiskey tasting. What an absolutely amazing place! An outstanding amount and variety of scotches/whiskeys. Lots of different beers on tap. Many unique cocktails. Also a gin bar in same place! HIGHLY recommend. Beautifully decorated and stylish atmosphere.

15/10/2025: The atmosphere and service are very nice. The food is terrible. They use the same curry for everything. I don't recommend eating here for their "dirty fries" and "burgers," just drinks. Even their whiskey with caramel notes is very bad; it seems like they added drops of vanilla essence at the last minute, changing the flavor and making it no longer whiskey.

31/10/2025: We made a reservation as getting a dinner place in town can be difficult, and the fillet steak and lamb shank were both very good, as was the service we received from the time we walked into the restaurant. If you’re looking for quality meat dishes and a less busy atmosphere I can definitely recommend this restaurant.

04/11/2025: Absolutely fabulous hotel, the rooms were well laid out and luxurious, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the little details like the personalised greeting card and treats made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when travelling to Killarney

Her care and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Joanne with champagne. She instantly made us feel like part of the family and set the tone for what became an unforgettable stay and wedding lunch. The private area set up for our lunch was absolutely beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The waiting staff, especially Bina/Berl, were exceptional, friendly, attentive and professional. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our room was beautifully presented, with thoughtful touches and little gifts that made it feel so special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was lovely and hot, perfect after a long and happy day. The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of choice and everything cooked to perfection. The leaving gift of the scones was such a warm and classy gesture, and the champagne and strawberries on arrival for our photos were the perfect finishing touch. Every element of our visit was handled with genuine warmth and care. We were truly blown away and will be speaking very highly of the entire team. 09/11/2025: Great place to stay! Barman Ray, wears many hats. He checked us in, even helped me with my bags upstairs, then informed us of breakfast hours in the morning. Clean, comfortable, and centrally located in city centre. Nice hot breakfast to start the next day. Friendly service by all. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
