18/07/2026: Brilliant bar for a lovely quiet pint, landlady was lovely.

25/08/2023: The photos are misleading. This is not a restaurant, it’s the food court of the Cave Attraction (which isn’t a bad thing, but it doesn’t show that in the pictures). There are lots of families with lots of kids (again, not a bad thing, just not the “restaurant” experience we were expecting from the name + pictures). The food is mainly fast food and ok for an imbiss, but again, not restaurant food.

10/08/2023: It was empty restaurant. We were selebrating our anniversary. Like this all restaurant was only for us 😋

25/08/2026: Starlite Diner is a genuine gem. A family-run staple in Killorglin going strong across multiple generations. It's wonderful to see it thriving. The food is consistently excellent, genuinely delicious, cooked with intention and care. Big portion sizes for affordable prices. I've tried a good range from the menu over the last couple visits, and I've never once had a negative experience. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. The staff are warm and friendly, and they treat every customer like family. You get a genuine warm welcome every time you walk through the door. Whenever I'm in Killorglin I always try to make time to get some grub from here. If there's any small, family-run takeaway that deserves a perfect review, it's this one. Highly recommend.

22/05/2026: Great food and fresh well priced too. Staff are very friendly and welcoming definitely worth a call if your passing through.
