05/07/2025: Had breakfast on Thursday food is absolutely top notch we had big and mini breakfast tea coffee and toast .Thank you John Paul for your excellent friendly service highly recommend this restaurant is over 3 floors will be back

13/07/2025: Lovely place near the Kilkenny castle. The pasta dish and the steak were both enjoyed by our party. Italian-born staff involved and servers are very attentive.

02/07/2025: Super cute place but my review is STRICTLY based on the oat chai latte (was all I had time for) which was below par. Don’t understand why cafés use chai powder, feel like it can be done better.

29/06/2025: A must visit cafe at Kilkenny, we stumbled based on recommendations. The food was beautiful & delicious. The cafe is pink, black & white, interior was cozy & small. We had Pistachio burnt cheese cake & avocado toast!

18/07/2025: hi all..had food there this past Sunday...we had the sardines, the pate and 3 out of had the fish and chips....the sardines were pathetic..smallest fish full of bones with over sized bread and tasteless...the pate was a joke...watered down and sloppy..again wouldn't eat for any price...the fish and chips..chips just OK.. pees and bacon just OK and the fish was too heavily battered..at some point people are going to realise that they are paying for ambience and service which of course is top notch but hey guys you are a restaurant first and foremost get the food right again..I have been coming for 10 years and now I'm going to la revista...service where is also brilliant but the food is better..but the wine also was perfect..please get it right..

16/07/2025: Enjoyed the ambiance and service- the food was pretty good, although the steak was quite tough and less than good. The chicken and ratatouille were good. Avoid the steak, unless you have a weak jaw and need to exercise it. :/

11/05/2025: We took a day trip to the Kilkenny region and visited the Bollard Bar. We sat outside. I had two local beers from Sullivan's that tasted good. My girlfriend had a glass of white wine and an Irish coffee. The service was very friendly and the prices were moderate for Irish standards.

20/07/2025: We came here for a meal and a drink. The service was attentive, fast, and well-organized. The food was good, and the portions were generous. We had a lovely evening with live music and can wholeheartedly recommend the pub 😄👍🏻

11/07/2025: All around amazing restaurant. The early bird menu is great value, and every choice is a good one. Lunch and dinner are both awesome. The staff are really nice and helpful, and not too abrasive. Wine selection is good (not that im an expert). I would definitely reccommend this historic and high value restaurant with one of the nicest atmospheres in Ireland.

09/07/2025: Beautiful ambience, great food, nice staff. The vegan options were delicious, and the staff was quite accommodating for vegan/vegetarian!

03/07/2025: Don’t like making fuss (and didn’t) but was really surprised from one rude and ableist individual on the staff team who humiliated someone from our table about using the disabled toilet and apparently taking too long (a couple minutes) . Couldn’t fault the rest of them as they were all super friendly and were working really hard . But even just one lets things down. We swiftly walked out after just getting drinks so I can’t rate the food.

28/06/2025: Staff were amazing and very helpful and the food was delicious however it was extremely over priced. Would not recommend Eddie rockets for low income families.

25/07/2025: The pizzas looked great, we unfortunately had pasta/risotto dishes. which were disappointing.The restaurant had a nice ambiance but not much of an atmosphere, the staff were "meh" the water was terrible... I booked this restaurant based on its reviews .

05/07/2025: Fuimos el jueves por la noche. La comida era deliciosa. Pedí un entrante de tomate Brushetta. El plato principal era una fabulosa paleta de carne de res, estaba hermosa con verduras y papas. Las pizzas y los platos de pollo eran encantadores. Buen restaurante y buen personal, lo recomendaría.

01/06/2025: Outstanding local produce - orange egg yolks, the thickest rashers outside of a gammon steak, plump sausages all cooked to perfection. Best black pudding and bacon I've ever had. The tea, coffee, bread, service, atmosphere etc were all excellent too, but the food was top quality and memorable.

01/06/2025: Best Irish breakfast I've had in years. Outstanding quality produce and cooked very well indeed. The coffee was nothing to sniff at either, nicely roasted and brewed.

12/07/2025: Extremely busy and really loud. Food was OK, service was prompt, but after the food was delivered nobody checked up on us.
