04/03/2025: Super cozy place. I was served by the employee Ingrid and she was a sweetheart, super attentive and friendly. The store has several types of donuts… it's hard to choose. They are all delicious.

22/02/2025: First time in Jack Monday's. It's a good place for a late breakfast or lunch. We had nice food for lunch. I had a wrap and my wife had a club sandwich. It came with salad and cubed potatoes. The coffee (I had a double espresso) was okay, but I like it a bit stronger. Lovely place with a view over the river Shannon and towards the castle. We will certainly come back for lunch.

14/02/2025: My only regret is that I didn’t take pictures. We headed into Limerick to have a look around Wickham Way. That didn’t pan out. We were walking around, pretty hungry and my wife spotted Shake Dog on O’Connell Street. The menu looked good, a nice selection. Seating wasn’t an issue. We got a booth by the window. The seats were so comfortable. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, chips with bbq sauce and mushrooms and onion rings. My wife ordered a Hawaiian burger and onion rings with garlic sauce. Everything was perfectly cooked, the ingredients were fresh and the onion rings etc were really crunchy and tasty. The staff were friendly, the place was warm and clean, the music wasn’t overbearingly loud, the food was fresh and the prices were very reasonable. I added a few pictures from google. I would have no problem recommending Shake Dog on O’Connell Street if you’re in the mood for a good burger and chip.

09/01/2025: We ordered take away yesterday for dinner and after having the food , both me and my partner were having severe stomach ache and vomiting. I have had food from here several times but never had such an experience. Management really need to look into this. If I am continuing to have health issues I am going to complain to the authorities.

16/01/2025: A little Gem. Homemade tasty food served with a smile and a bit of banter from the owner. Good selection and some lovely coffees for normal people and some posh coffees for the people with notions. Street parking. I had all day breakfast and it was fresh and tasty

18/03/2025: Very poor service. I was there with my colleagues for lunch and took an hour for our lunch to arrive. The place wasn't that busy. Food was mediocre, and fries were lookwarm. I don't think I will be in a rush to go back.

08/03/2025: I would give 6 stars if I could, I’ve been here a few times during my stay and every time is remarkable. They have the friendliest staff, the best cappuccinos, and excellent food. You have to try out hook and ladder for breakfast/brunch if you’re in Limerick!

16/01/2025: I’ve been here multiple times both alone and with family and this place never disappoints. The food is delicious and fresh, the service is great and the atmosphere is cosy. This restaurant is my favourite place to eat and I highly recommend if you want a taste of Japanese cuisine.

01/03/2025: Amazing. I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Sunflower, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who are clearly passionate about their art. It has a great selection of delicious treats, classic pastries, artisan breads and indulgent cakes, this bakery has something for everyone. I love their flaky croissants and the rich, velvety chocolate cake. Their use of high-quality ingredients is very evident. The girl that served me at the Sunflower went above and beyond to ensure that I had pleasant experience and was knowledgeable about their pastries and treats and offered really good recommendations. I highly recommend this place, well worth a visit.

23/01/2025: The quality has dropped dramatically, there is no taste, everything seems to be made only for money and not quality, it's a pity that all good things come to an end but I'm not surprised

17/03/2025: Staff polite at check in, rooms cleaned everyday. Coffee and biscuits replenished daily. Breakfast was very good. Evening meals and bar was awesome. Overall a very pleasant stay.

17/03/2025: City centre Hotel great view of the Shannon River. Food and drink good. Rooms large and comfortable with great views of Limerick City and surrounding areas. It's a tall building.
