14/12/2025: Got shafted for close to 300e. We got a gift of a 200e voucher in November, went to use it tonight (5 weeks later) to be told they wouldn’t honor it. They’re in receivership, still trading, still taking money, and we’ve since discovered they were told by revenue not to take vouchers in late summer yet they continued to sell them. Would burn the place down if we could. 92e spent, as we were trying to use up the voucher before they closed, no signs up to say they won’t honor it, but they’ll take your cash for a voucher no problems on their site!!! The fact staff don’t even bring this to their customers attentions makes them just as culpable. Horrible people, delighted they’ll be out of work!!!

05/11/2025: My favourite cake here is the Kinder Bueno. it’s absolutely delicious! What I really like about their cakes is that they are not overly sugary, so you can enjoy every bite without feeling heavy. Honestly, all of their cakes taste amazing. 🍰 They also have a great variety of ice creams to choose from. 🍦 This is definitely a must try place for anyone visiting Limerick!

29/09/2025: TACOS!!!!!!!!!! Finally ! real, edible tacos in Limerick! I’ve been seriously disappointed with the Mexican food scene here for a long time. Had tacos from a food truck before and those tacos were terrible, clearly tailored to local tastes rather than authentic flavors. But this new spot at Sambros total game changer. Proper tacos with good quality meat, fresh ingredients, and actual flavor. You can taste the authenticity in every bite. So glad to see Limerick finally getting it right when it comes to Mexican food. Highly recommend!

22/11/2025: Was at a conference in the hotel, so can't really comment a lot on the hotel. Was impressed by the general appearance of the hotel. The reception area was very impressive, also the conference areas we were in impressed also. The one complaint I would have was the price of parking, 17 euro from about 9.30 until a bit after 3 .!

02/12/2025: I wouldn't even give 1 star, we went on Sunday evening at 7pm and manager at milano directly said it's the closing time, while in the website and opening hours was showing upto 9pm. Manager wasn't friendly.
