16/08/2025: Clean and welcoming place, excellent service. Cappuccino compared to the large Italian ones, but you can choose between small, medium, and large, but excellent. A piece of advice: stop by ☺️🤗🤗

14/07/2026: What I think of this place? It’s okay but not brilliant, 4.7? Maybe 4 at best! Positives, I do like the layout, the style and decor of the restaurant/cafe, and thought the mocha was nicely made. With that said, a few things let our experience down. Firstly, when we went to order I didn’t realise they only serve lunch items from 12 onwards. Nothing particularly wrong with that, but it renders at least a third of the menu useless. At least that. The item I went for was the mushroom and onion omelette. Overall it was a bit bland and could’ve done with some seasoning, though it was cooked fine. We were also asked to move from where we were sitting for a table of 4. While I didn’t object (mainly because he asked nicely), I do believe we shouldn’t really have been asked to move. There was plenty of other space available, so I don’t see why the guy working there couldn’t put together a table somewhere else in the restaurant. I don’t think that’s an unreasonable expectation. On top of that, when I went to the bathroom downstairs in the gents, the toilets looked spotlessly clean but the light in the cubicle was nonexistent and the door wouldn’t lock. Not the most comfortable situation, especially when someone could easily open the door on you. That ought to be fixed. When you combine all these negatives, the food being okay but not brilliant, being asked to move despite plenty of other spaces, half the menu being unavailable at 11:30 AM, and the toilet issues with the light and lock it makes the whole experience a little disappointing. The positives like the nice mocha and decor were there, but unfortunately these things didn’t make me feel particularly welcomed or valued as a customer.

12/02/2026: I cannot wait to return here again. Fine dining executed flawlessly. I was very relaxed here for my dinner. Upon entering it was quiet, I was the first to arrive and I was able to capture the exquisite setup of the tables before people came to enjoy their meals. Pristine white table cloths and perfectly placed vintage cutlery. The staff were very welcoming, and they had instinctively well timed table approaches, nothing overbearing or intrusive. Very well executed. The food choices were very difficult. I do wish I could have sampled everything on the menu. Absolutely delicious.

26/04/2026: Excellent food with wonderful staff. Regular stay at the Great National South Court Hotel and always eat in Off The Bone because you are guaranteed a wonderful experience with excellent food.

21/04/2026: Spicy buffalo wings are great. The bang bang cauliflower i thought was gonna be weird. It was so nice well worth trying out. Streaks are great. Was stuffed after. U would wanna make sure u have room before ordering dessert. Great taste off everything

06/04/2026: Hotel very well located between Dublin and Killarney National Park. Parking right in front. Welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious and very clean room. Excellent and generous breakfast.

29/03/2026: Literally couldn't recommend this place enough. I booked in for three night but unfortunately due to zn accident at work I only stayed one night. When the staff found out zbout the accident they couldn't do enough for me. They really went above and beyond to assist me. I would recommend to znybody and I look forward to staying there in the future.

17/05/2026: I was looking for a place to eat spicy wings and this was it, I loved it!! We'll be back when we return to Ireland. The food was amazing, the staff friendly, everything was great.

10/05/2026: We ordered the chicken wings it come only few very small pieces. And sauce is too spicy. That’s not the worst thing. The staff didn’t tell us there is terrace booked, then later some guy who is moving chairs aggressively told us they booked and have to move. And immediately ruined our atmosphere and appetite not mentioning in terrace area some teenager coming going looking side eyes on us. We were with 3 month old baby. We there only ones. I felt bit of racism. We were only Asian. The seafood chowder, roasted lamb, fish and chips was tasty. The serving is good

12/07/2026: Very nice dinner here with colleagues , very extensive menu ; and a nice fully serviced dining area outside, so the smoker can enjoy a meal too. Wouldn't recommend for a super romantic date but it's great mates food and atmosphere.

06/07/2026: Just had a lovely lunch here. Chicken wings were gorgeous, cooked well so they fell off the bone and served with rustic chunky chips which were also cooked perfectly. Husband had a beautiful chicken ciabatta with the same chips. Good quality, friendly, local spoy

11/06/2026: Nice traditional pub with a western feelings in a picturesque little corner of the old village of Annacoty, now connected to Castletroy. Great spot not too far from the City, stopped there in a rainy day after a small bike route and had a decent hot whiskey.

14/03/2026: Hello. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a Coke Zero. I'm very pleased with the price and the taste of my meal. The customer service was very friendly, helpful, and fast. It's a very atmospheric place between the castle and the cathedral. I highly recommend it to everyone 😉
