29/06/2026: Food is delicious, I went for the Miami chips with cheese and loved it!

20/06/2026: OMG I HAVE NEVER EVER EATEN FOOD THIS GOOD. PA YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN A MAGICIAN YOU DO MAJECK WITH THE FOOD. I NEED TO BUY A HOUSE VERY CLOSE I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS GREAT PLACE. The staff are very nice in pas chipper THE BEST CHIPPER AROUND. 10/10 ITS THE BEST.

05/05/2026: The food here is gorgeous, I had Malaysian chicken, and it was delicious. I have never been disappointed with a meal here. The staff are really lovely too. So helpful and friendly.

01/04/2026: The food is very nice and loads of options for vegetarians etc. The price is very reasonable for the quality of food served. The staff are excellent, brilliant with children and very patient when taking orders. There's a nice atmosphere while eating and for family occasions this allows guests to chat among themselves without much background noise. Well worth a visit and a credit to the owners and staff.

08/11/2025: This is the best Chinese restaurant I suppose in Limerick. I went here so many times with or without my friends. Pho is one of my favorite dishes here as well as fries! They probably change the chef. The pho I love the best wasn’t as flavorful as before. I now totally quit this spot.

07/06/2026: Across the board the nicest food I've had in Limerick and I've lived here 37 years. Everything was cooked to perfection and the staff were attentive and we had no long wait times between courses. They clearly have a well oiled machine between kitchen and front of house. Food was presented beautifully on the plate and so full of flavour with high quality ingredients. Would absolutly recommend for a special occasion as it is a pricey dinner, but without a doubt you do get what you pay for. Treat that someone special with a stop off here.

31/05/2026: Lovely meal. The halibut dish was the highlight. It was excellent. I don't recommend the Red Lentil & Wild Mushroom “Bolognese.” It was pasta heavy when it could have focused more upon lentils and mushrooms, and the vegan pasta is a bit stiff as well. The service was lovely

23/03/2026: Sorry the place in lovely......but for the price the food was very bland the pepper sauce was so weak €36 for a rib eye steak. wasn't as good as you would expect I was sitting at the bar with lots of staff right in front of me but I still had to ask staff for everything 1 girl I asked two times before getting dessert menu. Then waiting 10 minutes before a nice older man looks like barman came in and he was great... But it's good to see so many young staff getting work . But please get the girls away from the glass polishing machine. They are addicted to rubbing their hands on it 😞 Again I'm sorry. But disappointed.

10/03/2026: Fantastic pub, with a great atmosphere, very friendly staff , lots to choose from on the food menu's, with some tasty bar snacks if your peckish ...very experienced boys behind the bar pulling pints and serving drinks.. a classic , open plan layout, caters for all ur party needs, big or small .. couldn't recommend it enough to anyone... 10 stars , absolutely loved my experience there 👍😜

19/04/2026: On Sunday, 19th April 2026, my partner and I purchased two roast stuffed porks, a glass of Coca Cola and a pint of 7-Up. The food was nice and the portions were generous BUT our Sunday lunch cost us €51.30! We spent €42 for a similar lunch at an hotel in the eastern suburbs a week earlier. I think that Souths need to look at their pricing.

09/04/2026: Absolute gem in the city. Food is superb and it's a lovely place for a few pints. Worth a visit.

17/05/2026: Good music and intimate vibe. Food was ok, nothing particularly stood out. We celebrated farewell party and staff were nice and we got attended fast.

11/05/2026: A hidden gem nestled in a cozy alley. A perfect spot for date nights. It's got a cozy ambience with chill music on most evenings. They have gigs on occasional days. The food was really good and the portions were value for money. The owner of the property Andrew is a lovely man who takes care if you're happy about the service. 10/10 I would recommend this spot for couples who want a fancy date without burning your pocket.

30/05/2026: To be honest, this cafe has it all. Friendly, attentive staff that help to create a great atmosphere within. Fabulous location. Dog friendly. Don't forget the coffee and desserts! The best coffee and desserts that I've ever had to be honest. The important thing here is the fact that MIA are totally consistent in all the fantastic things that they provide. Thank you to the staff and all concerned.

05/05/2026: Firstly I do understand how stressful a Bank Holiday like Riverfest is in hospitality, so I want to be fair upfront. When ordering I said twice that my order was to go. The cashier was visibly stressed/preoccupied and likely not listening. He asked me straight after I paid if it was for here or to takeaway. I said takeaway again, after just saying it's to go before paying. I noticed the person behind me had to also confirm their order more than once too. It's fine. It's busy out. Not the end of the world. My issue is a few mins later the muffin came out on a plate, and he calls it out as "for here." Nobody moved for it so I went up, asked it was mine and if so said it's for takeaway. He muttered "you asked for it for here actually" and turned away without even looking at me. So rude, especially with a queue of people able to hear. I just ignored it and waited for my coffee. Few mins later then same thing happened with the coffee when it was called "for here" too. When I explained the mix up to the barista she got snarked at by the same guy who was in earshot to "just make another one" and whispered something under his breath about me. Just odd altogether. No need for taking a bad day out on customers or the people working alongside you. If you make a mistake it takes less effort to just own it and move on. Not even trying to be overly negative but the muffin was stale on top of all that. Like a rock in the centre. Had to bin it. Absolute misery of an experience 💀

26/04/2026: I went to this place with a couple of friends because it looks lovely. We ordered our food, the woman was not very friendly but we didn’t pay attention to it, went to our table and waited for the food and drinks. My friends ordered 3 lattes, with oat milk or cows milk and the woman at the till said it was ok. We were really confused when a waitress arrived at our table with 2 coffees and 1 latte. She checked and the woman at the till didn’t write the order correctly so the ticket said 2 coffees and 1 latte. We didn’t want to make it a problem, the waitress was really sorry and lovely so we said it was grand. She brought the food to everyone except myself, I knew it was being prepared I was not worried. Then, the woman who took our orders at the till came to our table, asked me what I ordered and when i answered she looked at me in the eye very seriously and asked me “are you sure you paid for this?” saying she didn’t remember me ordering it. I answered that I had paid for it and that there was no need to be that rude and straightforward for no reason but she had already left. The lovely waitress brought my food 2 minutes after this saying she was sorry. The food was terrible, the soup was cold and too salty i couldn’t eat it. The benedict eggs were bland, the scrambled eggs and the irish breakfast were just ok, and the vegetarian toastie was full of onions, we could barely taste the other ingredients. I wouldn’t recommend this place neither for the food nor the atmosphere, there are lots of lovely and good places in Limerick to have lunch, BowesRyan is not one of them.

22/01/2026: I visit this coffee shop regularly and it’s always a such a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is always excellent. Highly recommend!

18/05/2026: Call in here when we're passing for food it never disappoints. The service is always great, friendly staff and you're never waiting long. I've had loads of things off the menu over the years and it's all very tasty.

09/06/2026: Such a wonderful, traditional pub. We loved the interior with so much attention to detail and so much to look at and many different rooms to sit in. The beer is good, service is friendly. We didn't eat here, therefore can't comment but would have loved to try. Unfortunately we ran out of time - maybe on our next visit. Certainly a place we would return to.

15/06/2026: Had a great stay at your hotel. Just a couple of things that I would have pointed out as it seems you are doing some substantial renovations to your leisure center, it would have been nice if that was noted somewhere as for example both the sauna and steam room were not available, the changing rooms are actually outside the building and not everyone would feel comfortable with that. I didn't see any "sorry for the inconvenience" sign or anything similar at reception or at the leisure center and it was not communicated when I checked in. Just a suggestion, overall all good

15/06/2026: The hotel is nice and service was good. The room had black mould around the window and a broken dresser. The was very loud music playing that prevented me from sleeping so I would not stay in this hotel again.
