06/11/2024: A wonderful experience. Rib eye steak cooked perfectly, tender, moist , and seasoned well. Corn bread with feta is an amazingly delicious side…mildly sweet , moist. Roasted potatoes 👍. Buratta salad is fresh and well composed. Margarita pizza is thin crust, crispy and a good balance of tasty sauce and cheese. Service top shelf. Will definitely recommend and return
05/11/2024: Best food experience in Limerick, very good value for money. We tried tacos, risotto, flan and cannolli. Excelent!! Great service.

08/11/2024: I ordered supreme of chicken dish, nice meal €22.50, another vegetable besides the cabbage would have been nice. The portion of chips served in a little silver cup was very disappointing for €4.50. Staff were nice.

10/11/2024: I really like the Castletroy Park hotel and couldn’t speak highly enough about the staff. Without exception I have always had really positive interactions. On this visit I was particularly impressed by Ava & Bart who were very helpful, friendly & professional. The guys in the dining room for breakfast are always really lovely also, particularly Carol. Thank you all as always.
07/11/2024: Beautiful spot, closer than I thought to Limerick City centre.I was very appreciative of the discount offered if you are visiting family members in the Milford Hospice. The restaurant menu is excellent and the coffee and cake counter is an added bonus.

05/10/2024: Have been a few times with my family, and also on one occasion with a big group of kids (sports team). All occasions have been brilliant with excellent service from a friendly team. Feel lucky to have this on our doorstep.

05/10/2024: They very helpful and reliable they helped us out of a situation where the cake stickers never arrived (from a different company) rang Danes bakery to see would they be able to do the stickers and they happily did and they had it ready within a few hours. Danes Bakery saved the day by making the stickers for my nephews birthday he was a happy boy at the end. Thank you Danes Bakery
Also the pastries were purchased absolutely devine so fresh so tasty definitely worth a visit back.

28/10/2024: We were visiting Ireland for our 25th anniversary and stayed in Limerick for just one night as we traveled all over the country. My husband found recommendations for Freddy's on Google, so we popped in, not realizing we needed reservations. The hostess tried to squeeze us in but they were all booked up, so we asked her for a recommendation and she suggested the Spit Jack just a few blocks away and we ended up having the BEST meal if our trip! So I wanted to say Thank you!!! Although we didn't get to try out your wonderful sounding menu, we were very grateful for you trying to squeeze us in and for your suggestion of a wonderful place for dinner!
24/10/2024: Had a great family meal 6 of us. Everyone loved the food. The service was perfect. We were able to ask for hake with no salt or oil or butter and veg with no butter. Vegan food was so tasty, and the dessert was amazing. I have been here years ago and it's still a top top restaurant. Everyone was very happy we chose this place.
