29/07/2025: Sleep like a baby on clouds... when the clouds are made of quicksand The hotel itself makes a decent impression – a friendly welcome, a really good and plentiful breakfast, coffee strong enough to wake the dead (in a good way). But then came the room... and most importantly: the bed. The duvet was less of a blanket than an exercise machine. Anyone who pulls it over themselves at night should be prepared to lose at least 3 liters of sweat the next morning – not because of bad air, but because this blanket is so heavy you could open a sauna underneath it. I briefly considered donating it to the Alps as a mobile avalanche. The mattress? Well... it reminded me of quicksand. You sink at least 40 cm – no matter where you sit down. I lost my wife during the night and only found her again under the fold of the bed when I checked out. If you like adventurous travel, just climb into bed and see what happens. But to be fair: The breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly, and everything clean. However, if you value a restful sleep, you might want to do some strength training beforehand—or bring a rope to anchor yourself in bed.

17/10/2025: No. 1 Pery Square is an unexpected gem in Limerick! The style and design are truly incomparable and meticulous. We loved the unique, luxurious details—from the comforting scents throughout to the quirky garden art featuring vintage motors and machines. Service is impeccable, the spa was pristine, and the food and drink were superb. A genuinely relaxing, high-quality experience. Highly recommend!

12/09/2025: Chic and cozy boutique hotel in an easily accessible area of Limerick. Can’t overstate how strongly I recommend the spa here. We did the thermal experience and an hour massage after our red eye flight from NY and it was idyllic. The massage therapist Alan was amazing and I highly recommend getting a custom massage from him to start or end your trip in the most relaxing way possible!

15/10/2025: the food was excellent and guys u must try the Philippine food there like adobo! (pork or chicken )the owner and the staff are very friendly and the restaurant was very clean,recommend to you all 🫰👍ps,how i wish i was living there (im from germany) so i could eat there every week 🥰

10/10/2025: It was a really amazing night! The owner is phantastic and everyone was really professional and welcoming. We are on our honeymoon they made our night special. Food was excellent! It is a place to go for great memories and auper food!

13/09/2025: Came here with a group of 12 and staff couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive, they pulled out all the stops for us. Delicious food and sangria with a lovely ambiance in the outdoor seating area

31/07/2025: Clearys is a great craic. Local music act come thru regularly. Staff is top notch and welcoming. Bring your own food, not a bother. The live music from time to time is great. Look em up on social media to see who is coming and for schedules. You’ll not regret it. Come have a fine pint.

03/11/2025: First time I tried here was their dinner - it was average so wasn’t really rushing to get back but their breakfast menu is def something that is a must try.

02/11/2025: Highly recommended first time in limerick, breakfast…. eggs& avocado with chillies what’s not to love!! this is going to be my breakfast/ lunch spot for the future and to recommend to friends. Fantastic friendly staff, service &, food all top class. Highly recommend again.

19/07/2025: Pint was grand. €5.50 so not cheap but not expensive for Limerick. Asked if we could plug a phone charger in and the barman says they don't allow it. Never had that before in any other pub. We left and went to another pub where we could charge our phone, so they saved a few cents in electricity but they lost out in the long run.

13/05/2025: Great pub in Limerick. Nice atmosphere, live music, and excellent service. It’s a perfect spot to have a good time. I’ll definitely be back!

01/10/2025: Had our wedding at Bradshaws - beautiful space with the rustic pub feel alongside a covered event space, opening out on to the walled garden. Margaret couldn’t have been more accommodating to some of our slightly more unusual requests! No ask was too small or large and she went out of her way time and time again to find solutions. The pints are so smooth, Paraic and the team behind the bar were excellent. My mum did the flowers which were amazing but the space itself was already beautifully set up with greenery in the ceiling and fairy lights which really added to the charm. I couldn’t have asked for more from the team in terms of communication be that via text, email or in person, especially when we were trying to organise from London. It was everything we wanted it to be - thank you very much!

04/09/2025: Absolutely lovely place 9/10 times, but there's one bartender the lad who was on the 03/09/2025 who is a miserable lad, won't make an order just cause it's too much effort,"it will take too long". I work at a hotel nearby and several bartenders there who were in attendance couldn't believe that we'd be refused service at 11 o'clock

19/09/2025: Very nicely done, where you can visit every house and there are authentic people who explain everything to you. Like a pomitist, a blacksmith, a baker. Really worth seeing.

17/10/2025: Just spent 10 days all over the country, and this was the best dinner we had. Lovely intimate spot, I can’t wait to get back. The serving staff (18:30 16/10) was the best, gave great recommendations and made the night perfect. The scallops, crab, onion soup, venison, all winners! And the prosecco to boot! Love 1826
