The best restaurants in Limerick

16/09/2026: Excellent honest pub food. A hearty feed and a great selection of draught beers to wash it down with 😊

06/09/2026: Very nice old irish pub with very good food. I didn't know my mum cooked me irish stew all the time untill I tasted it here. My first irish stew abroad :). Very similar to romanian lamb stew.

05/10/2026: An amazing restaurant with even better food. Purely authentic. Will surely keep coming back here for more!

27/09/2026: I ordered the Spicy Chicken and Tofu Korean Stew. I asked for it extra spicy as I can feel a head cold come on. Ive never had a better more comforting more healing more spiritually good stew as this. Wow. Thank you

23/09/2026: My sticky toffee pudding was cold and when I told the staff they said it was the ice-cream! eventually they gave me a warm one and it was lovely.

18/09/2026: I wish I could give even more stars! THE BEST place in Limerick if you're looking for authentic food and atmosphere. A huge hug to the entire staff – fantastic people.

03/09/2026: Excellent family run free house with accommodation. Clean and modern rooms with decent AC. Free parking and excellent WiFi. Spacious bar area to eat and drink in. Tasty and well presented food. Staff excellent. Short drive to Highclere castle. I will go back.

19/07/2026: Fantastic local pub run by an experienced publican Simon.Great food , good beers and number one service. An amazing pub for the local community.

08/10/2026: We visited MarcoPolo about a year ago on a vacation. To this day, we STILL talk about how fantastic the food was and how we wish we could go back and eat there. The lighting is moody and there is plenty of space. 10/10. The only reason I am giving service and atmosphere 4 stars is because of the serving tray cats. They're cute and it was fun to watch them roll across the floor delivering food, but it did take the overall ambiance down for us a notch. But, that being my only complaint, I would still give the place 5 stars.

05/10/2026: My first time visiting Marco Polo it was a celebration for my wife Birthday the host seated us then he was gone for over 15 minutes before we were ask if we would like to place an order for drinks which was unprofessional.

18/09/2026: Their pancakes are absolutely delicious, and the Eggs Benedict are to die for! The place also has such a lovely, cozy atmosphere, which makes it perfect for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. One small suggestion would be to serve the maple syrup separately from the pancakes. The pancakes can get a little too drenched in syrup and become soggy, so having it on the side would let customers add as much as they like. Definitely worth a visit!

10/08/2026: Lovely cafe, great food and coffee and staff

26/09/2026: Lovely food, friendly staff, comfortable seating. Got the chicken korma, half of it was just chicken, lovely and soft, with plenty of moisture inside. The naan bread that came with it was delicious, nice and soft as well. It also came with mango chutney and rice. The staff were lovely. I came in without a reservation and saw the sign, but I asked in case, and they managed to squeeze me in.
