07/09/2025: We both had Turkey & Ham lunch. €17 each. It was very tasty. Orange juice included with meal. Great value. Highly recommended.

20/08/2025: Excellent service, very friendly and prompt waitress. Wonderful food at a reasonable price. Don't hesitate, this restaurant is the perfect place to eat in Limerick.

09/07/2025: Personalized luxury care in Limerick City Center! The greeting by concierge Sharron couldn’t have been any warmer nor informative! We loved the convenience of the townhouse suites being 3 steps from the historic building and the lively cafe on site. A delicious complimentary breakfast energized us for touring lovely Limerick. Also terrific was the basement workout and steam room and parlor with all-you-want espressos, teas, and chocolates. On the last day of our stay, I was in this parlor, struggling to empty the espresso machine, when room staff member Anna went out of way to help…and bring new pods for the efficient machine. Before heading off to her early morning duties, Anna made sure I didn’t need anything else and bade me a wonderful day. So glad we chose the Bedford House for our stay!

21/07/2025: Absolutely lovely café! Great selection of coffee — you can even choose your favorite type of Arabica, which is a real treat for coffee lovers. The interior design is beautiful and cozy, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The barista was wonderful — super friendly, attentive, and really knows her craft. Highly recommend this place!☕️🩷

31/07/2025: Clearys is a great craic. Local music act come thru regularly. Staff is top notch and welcoming. Bring your own food, not a bother. The live music from time to time is great. Look em up on social media to see who is coming and for schedules. You’ll not regret it. Come have a fine pint.

20/07/2025: We had Laguna cater for our wedding in April, the day ran so smoothly with them and the food was perfect! Amit and team from Laguna were absolutely incredible from start to finish! Amit was professional, incredibly responsive and attentive, he offered us advice and guidance throughout our wedding planning journey, always answering our many questions. We appreciated how Amit supported us through the creation of our menu, giving suggestions and advice on what dishes worked well together. We also had a great time at all of our tasting sessions at the restaurant, the high standards of food made us feel at ease at what we would receive on the day. Alongside the attentive table service at lunch, we also really appreciated that the team organised a separate canapes platter for us to eat and again at dinner the table service was impeccable. We had so many compliments on the food and are still receiving them many months later, we had a range of guests so we had to take into account spice levels and choices of dishes to suit everyone - Laguna hit the spot as everyone enjoyed it so much!

19/07/2025: Pint was grand. €5.50 so not cheap but not expensive for Limerick. Asked if we could plug a phone charger in and the barman says they don't allow it. Never had that before in any other pub. We left and went to another pub where we could charge our phone, so they saved a few cents in electricity but they lost out in the long run.

13/05/2025: Great pub in Limerick. Nice atmosphere, live music, and excellent service. It’s a perfect spot to have a good time. I’ll definitely be back!

12/07/2025: We had a truly amazing evening at the Oak Room, enjoying the 6-course tasting menu for our 20th anniversary. The experience is seamless, from our initial greeting, to our servers for the evening to the chefs explaining their art. We had driven there so went for the non-alcoholic pairings, which were each careful thought-out, explained to perfection and utterly delicious with each course. So often these are a by-thought to the alcoholic options but not here, which showed their complete dedication to detail. The food was stunning. We are foodies and love visiting Michelin establishments and can honestly say this has been our best experience to date. The venue was equally amazing, you can see why this will be the venue for the 2027 Ryder Cup.

27/06/2025: This is more than 5 stars. The cuisine, wine list, and service are at the absolute highest level. Our travel group had a tasting menu in a private room which was incredible. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Will be back. Bravo!!!

24/08/2025: Booked a table for 4. The place is absolutely beautiful so hence the booking. Had already been there the week before for our anniversary which was between the food and atmosphere just perfect. Unfortunately, when we arrived this week we were shown to a back dreary room. Can totally appreciate that it was exceptionally busy upstairs but, was very disappointed with the reception. Again can't recommend highly enough but,why take the booking if you can't assure tables in the required spot.

29/07/2025: Sleep like a baby on clouds... when the clouds are made of quicksand The hotel itself makes a decent impression – a friendly welcome, a really good and plentiful breakfast, coffee strong enough to wake the dead (in a good way). But then came the room... and most importantly: the bed. The duvet was less of a blanket than an exercise machine. Anyone who pulls it over themselves at night should be prepared to lose at least 3 liters of sweat the next morning – not because of bad air, but because this blanket is so heavy you could open a sauna underneath it. I briefly considered donating it to the Alps as a mobile avalanche. The mattress? Well... it reminded me of quicksand. You sink at least 40 cm – no matter where you sit down. I lost my wife during the night and only found her again under the fold of the bed when I checked out. If you like adventurous travel, just climb into bed and see what happens. But to be fair: The breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly, and everything clean. However, if you value a restful sleep, you might want to do some strength training beforehand—or bring a rope to anchor yourself in bed.
