The best restaurants in Limerick

02/04/2024: Absolutely my favourite place to eat out, been here multiple times and will always go back. The food is amazing and the chef nails my steak every time. The staff are brilliant, super friendly and always happy to cater to anyone ms needs.

21/03/2024: Fantastic food, one of the best Irish breakfasts we have had anywhere!! It’s a small cafe and we walked in with a party of 13, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating and made room for us. If you are in or near Adare, you have to eat breakfast at this spot!

08/03/2024: Cosy little cafe with lovely atmosphere. If you are lucky enough to get a table, you are in for a treat. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food is all homemade and fresh. Excellent coffee!

17/03/2024: I came from Florida to perform with my band REMIX at a wedding in Adare Manor, and found Sean Collins. Great pub. The service was so friendly. Met the owner and the band and myself had a great time getting to know him and his family. Made new friends, had great laughs. We were introduced to some whiskies we rarely have back home. Live music included!! Overall, this place, the people and atmosphere was incredible!!! Thank you for a great time.

17/02/2024: With all my heart I can recommend this place. Everything about it is amazing, the staff, the atmosphere, the music. If you are in Limerick, this is a must visit place.

04/04/2024: I knew when we walked in with Ed Sheeran music playing in the background we should have left. Having been in Ireland for 2 weeks we wanted a break from bland food and this was not it. What Thai restaurant doesn’t ask you what spice level you want; this one. The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and never checked in to see how our food was. The Chicken Kastu curry chicken with vegetables spicy curry sauce was typical Irish gravy without spice, the rice was mushy and the vegetables were frozen carrots and peas and the chicken was breaded and greasy. The chicken pho broth tasted like broth from a box or can. The only thing that saved the pho was the chili paste and soy condiments at our table. There has to be better Thai food in this town somewhere.

05/04/2024: The location boasts an enchanting ambiance with breathtaking views. While the cuisine was enjoyable, there seemed to be a lack of order in fulfilling orders; despite arriving earlier, other tables received their meals ahead of us. However, the disappointment was when we overheard staff lamenting about their tips, which detracted from the professionalism of the experience. If tipping is expected with a specific percentage , it should be communicated clearly, but openly discussing dissatisfaction with tips is disheartening. But is a great restaurant!

04/04/2024: Fantastic location and menu selection. The seafood pie was delicious, I wonder if Parmesan in the topping of the seafood pie would kick it up a notch? I’ll let the chef decide. I would book dinner here again.

31/10/2023: A lovely place to stop for coffee and fresh scones. Very nice breakfast options and great and pleasant service.

24/10/2023: The nicest and most accommodating staff! Really enjoyed our time here while waiting for our bus. They were great with allergies!

10/03/2024: We stopped in for lunch, drawn by the delicious smells coming from the restaurant. Food was lovely. We had Cajun chicken salad and Southern fried chicken sandwich. Generous portions and very tasty. Star of the meal was the yummy homemade cinnamon roll. Scrumptious!!

01/01/2024: I loved the food but my bf had exact opposite opinion unfortunately. I ordered chicken platter which was full & super tasty. His was goatie sandwich. He was not a fan of either. Different taste pallets ;)

24/02/2024: I look forward to their almond and chocolate pain au chocolate every time I come home to Limerick. Have yet to find one anywhere else as good as these in sunflower bakery 🌻

30/03/2024: The hotel is well equipped (although without a minibar) and the facilities are well maintained. The reception staff are very friendly. You have free parking and the Irish breakfast is very good. The worst thing may be the location, since it is quite far from the center.
