07/07/2025: Pros: - Great tasting food and reasonably prices - Nice Ambience and atmosphere - flowers, design , colors, etc were inviting. - If you have room, get the ice-cream after your main course, you ll feel much better -Had a nice area that the kids enjoyed with the wheel and controls. Cons: - Bathroom could use some more update and upkeep. - We were seated in a tight spot. Might be good to provide a bit more spacing between the various tables/chairs in the main area Overall, was a great restaurant and ll go again. They were nice to the kids, ensuring they got their included drinks deal and gave them more ketchup whenever they asked. The candy in the end that they got from the counter helped aa well

27/06/2025: Very nice food and reasonably priced! My party got the chicken udon, chicken pho, and bimbap. All were great! We were seated for quite a long time before a server came along to take our order.

01/07/2025: Came here as a couple for Twilight Thursday and were very happy with our experience. The cocktail that came with our meal was delicious, the French onion soup was to die for, and I really enjoyed the halloumi burger! The atmosphere was nice and the service was great.

29/06/2025: I was on holidays in the area with my elderly parents and daughter, I saw the reviews online and decided to try Russells for Sunday dinner. It didn't disappoint. We had the roast dinner, chicken curry and childs nuggets, plus desserts. The food was gorgeous, service very friendly, portions big and price very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

31/03/2025: The second you walk in the door you can smell the beautiful aroma of the hard work and labour of cooking in the back, there’s a reason matchups never leaves the place and yet you would judge him at the start until you finally try your first spice box with rice and you get hit with a similar high like boosted blood pressure and the prices are way better than any other place I’ve been to. The service in lees is unreal comparing it to any other Chinese or takeaway spots nearby. From buying a mega box to share with your friends to buying a spice bag to munch away yourself, whether you bring it under the bridge or carry it off home, it will always hit the same because there’s no other Chinese like lees Chinese🥹

13/03/2025: Amazing spot for food . We had a family celebration there today. We had a set menu. The choices were excellent. The drinks menu was very good . The staff were very attentive . The restaurant was so relaxed and an amazing venue for a gathering. The views from the restaurant were amazing. I would highly recommend this venue for food and drink .

14/06/2025: Amazing!!!! I visited here recently and what a fabulous visit. I was seated on arrival and served very quickly - were ordered two burgers and they were gorgeous, the bacon ranch fries were 10/10. The churros were divine and perfect to share, the millshakes also gorgeous. All in all a lovely casual meal and great value!

07/06/2025: A Hidden Gem That Feels Like a Roadside Dream I was just passing through Limerick, with three hours of driving ahead of me that evening, when I stumbled upon Locke Burger Castletroy —almost by chance—just a short walk from the Castletroy Park Hotel where I was staying, and perfectly on the way to the motorway toward Dublin. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I had taken a brief detour into small-town America. Maybe the designers had something else in mind, but for me, the atmosphere was pure Americana in the best way—cozy, full of character, and delightfully immersive. Everything, from the sturdy wooden tables to the friendly uniforms of the staff, felt thoughtfully curated to create an experience, not just a meal. I ordered a smash burger and Parmesan fries, and honestly, I don't have enough words to do them justice. The bacon was perfectly crispy, the burger had this wonderful crunch on the outside and was unbelievably juicy on the inside. And the pickles—oh, the pickles! There were just enough of them to add the perfect tangy balance, more than I've ever seen in a burger, and it worked brilliantly. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and I had to consciously slow myself down to savor it like the culinary masterpiece it was. To top it off, the prices were refreshingly reasonable, making it a pleasure to leave a generous tip. If you're ever in Limerick, don’t even think about leaving without visiting Locke Burger Castletroy.
