21/01/2026: Hotel booked for a business trip. It's very well located, very clean, and well-equipped (swimming pool, conference room, and gym). The rooms are well soundproofed, and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is the relatively high price and the breakfast buffet, which could be better (powdered orange juice, frozen pastries, etc.).

11/01/2026: Pros : - Good location. - Room was decent overall. - The atmosphere was relaxed and spacious. Cons : - The leisure facilities, specifically pool/jacuzzi/sauna/steam are atrocious. Both jacuzzis were cold and the jets turned off constantly. The sauna was cold. Upon arrival, I wasn't even given a token to use the lockers, I was expected to bring my own euro. Never in my life have I had this experience at a hotel, absolutely outrageous. I asked the front desk before going for the directions to the pool and nothing was said. I then left and complained to the same receptionist about the standards of the pool area as mentioned above. He said that 'they should have given you a card' and then wrote down my complaint to pass on to the manager. Zero compensation or apology. - The bar staff were lackluster. Clearly untrained. Poorly poured drinks. I was given a half pint of pale ale in a Guinness glass. - The buffet breakfast was underwhelming, with cheap instant coffee machines, water scrambled eggs and at a very high price (19 euros reduced to 14 with special offer for guests). - The room wasn't bad, but the shower pressure wasn't strong enough, the soap dispenser was empty, and there were hairs in the bath. - The 24 hour room service menu items are laughable. Multiple spelling errors on the menu, and the items themselves are so bad that it is clear that they just don't want you to order from it. Overall not worth the price whatsoever. They are clearly just out for profit.

20/12/2025: A lot of space. Good for gathering. Quite enough to talk. Matcha was alright.

19/12/2025: Going here for breakfast (served till 11:45 daily) for two years now, weekly. Amazing food good atmosphere. BUT today——- I arrived at 11:47 and was greeted with “ sorry two minutes late for breakfast “ TWO MINUTES LATE. Well it’s time to find a new place for breakfast…. Thanks!!

21/10/2025: Food was great, except for the soft bacon. Eggs were delicious, especially the veggie eggs. Coffee was very good. Service was quick.

17/10/2025: Great quality service and food is delectable and fresh, but way overpriced which is disappointing. I ordered the pancakes (which are a small stack) with Nutella and strawberries as well as a cappuccino coffee, altogether it came to €16.90…Rediculous rip off !

12/11/2025: We stayed at Castle Oaks House Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was such a wonderful experience! We stayed in one of the lodge houses-spacious parking, two clean and comfortable bedrooms, and a peaceful environment. We loved walking along the River Shannon in the cool November air. Breakfast was tasty with good menu choices, and the coffee was just perfect! The staff were super friendly, special thanks to Dalma, Megan, and Sherna for their warm hospitality and great stories about Ireland. It was our first visit to Limerick, and they made it unforgettable. Highly recommended for families visiting Limerick! We’d love to come back again. 💚

31/07/2025: I didn't expect to find such delicious Chinese food in Limerick. The preserved vegetable pork with preserved vegetables is incredible, as is the salted fish and eggplant, and the sweet and sour pork. There's a Chinese menu. The owner is very kind. I even saw they offer group meals, like tour packages, and the home-style dishes are incredibly tempting. It's truly satisfying to be able to enjoy home-style Chinese food abroad.

14/12/2025: Excellent food, good prices, generous portions. My compliments again to Edit, who surprised me by speaking perfect Italian and giving us excellent advice on food and our short visit to Limerick! If you're Italian and want a break from English, ask for her.

04/01/2026: Ordered the Duck spring rolls which were hot on the outside and stone cold in the middle also ordered the chicken katsu curry which came out with a piece of chicken . Would not recommend or will not return in the future

03/01/2026: What a beautiful, quaint lodge in the outskirts of Limerick, Ireland! The staff was outstanding 👏🏼, the restaurant was sooo good food and drinks likewise, and the accommodations clean and well taken care of. The only complaint was the flat hard pillows! Loved it!

22/01/2026: I stayed for the first time in the Dunraven Arms over the weekend on a 2 night trip with family. The rooms , facilities and evening menu where all brilliant, what let this hotel down was its breakfast which was missing prominent items and luke warm at best. Its staff also let it down, the bar staff where absolutely useless, with 3 of them taking 20 plus minutes to serve 1 table with 3 pints and a half bottle of wine, the breakfast staff where also a let down, when items where ordered such as tea, it never arrived. While the hotel itself is very nice and has great character , the staff leave a lot to be desired.

20/01/2026: For My birthday my mom.booked a hotel very last minute only 130euro for one night, we got a lovely big room number 41 with cute garden view, huge bed , TV , shower , bath and two sinks!!!! we also went swimming pool and sauna . Unfortunately there's no steam.room.or jacuzzi. Lovely vegan dinner ( chickpea and lentils dish and the chips are best in the world ) very comfy bed, Free room service 24-7, so I called a few times for free teas and coffees , I really loved it and felt special on my birthday, staff were so nice , and I had amazing vegan breakfast ( mushrooms sourdough bread, olive oil ,spinach, broccoli,sesame seeds , very salty, but very tasty, fresh juices , fruits , etc, tea ,, coffee, oat milk, A huge selection then we went swimming pool sauna and free aqua aerobics class at 10am Monday morning .check out is 12 noon.which is perfect.
