19/06/2024: I received an order of different brownies as a gift, the brownies though were at least 2 days old they were stale and very dry like they had been sitting for days. I received a new order from the company and they were very good, and I couldn't knock there customer service, very professional

24/10/2024: Nancys is the top bar to go out in Limerick. The staff are cool and the bouncers are sound. Great pint of guinness in the front bar. All age groups and good music.

23/10/2024: Cosy place. We ordered crispy duck and chicken wings. Duck came with creamy mash and steamed veg while chicken came with fresh salad. For dessert, we had cheesecake. I love my cheesecakes and this one definitely didn't disappoint. Overall, food was lovely, they're flavourful and service was quick and friendly. Prices are definitely lower than other restaurants but with similar or better quality. We'll be back. Thank you!

22/10/2024: It was my first visit here for (a reunion with a cousin from USA) accompanying me were my sister, brother and his daughter. We expected the restaurant to be heated but it was freezing, the service was slow, very unfriendly staff, food was hot but my fish was overcooked batter ( deep fried) we did not stay for dessert. We won't be back.

11/11/2024: The steak experience over the weekend was brilliant! The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was enhanced by a jazz musician. Plus, with the rugby match playing on TVs throughout the pub, it made for a perfect setting. Overall, it was excellent value, and the level of service provided from the hostess to the waiter was brilliant. I would definitely recommend the steak experience to anyone!

20/10/2024: Can't get enough of this place. Cool plants good prices, friendly staff . By the way the full Irish is serious, big pot of tea perfect!. Had my little girl and me mother with me. We all ended up leaving with plants, my daughter got one that has what looks like spiderwebs all around it. 5 Star s

02/10/2024: Looks like a family run place... . For a very small kitchen area this place does lovely breakfast and lunch. The staff all wonderful and welcoming. Especially Kate i think ? .. No fuss with making up your own sambo or anything. I will be back . Thank .

30/10/2024: Love the food here and the atmosphere, it makes sense why this place is almost always busy. Be sure to book a table from Thur- Sun. Both the sushi and bento box are really good. I'd suggest also having the plum sake as it is really nice.

12/11/2024: Disgraceful. I rang during day around 1 o clock to say I would be ringing back at 5 to put in an order for dinners for my family. They said that it was no problem to do that. When I called back at 5 to make my order with my family they said they could not take the order as a party was on. I could not believe this and it was very disappointing for my family especially my kids who wanted specific meals from here.

18/09/2024: This place is very cute. It was confusing to us travelers since we didn't know if we had to order at the counter or sit down and wait to be served. There were menus at each table so we checked to see if we liked the food choices, and then we were told how ordering works. it would be nice to have a sign or something for people like us. There is an upstairs for seating, but we found it occupied by very loud school students, but they looked like they were having fun and having a good meal. We were also not sure how to pay and realized you go to the register. They had quite a selection of menu items, and we found our food to be good. We were dismayed that the salad that comes with the sandwich had dressing on it and then they put coleslaw on top of that, which was very heavy on the mayonnaise. We would have liked that separate and my husband could not eat his because he does not care for mayo. The soup was delicious and the service was fantastic. We recommend this restaurant!
