10/08/2026: Lovely pub with welcoming and friendly service. We were served quickly, even when it was very busy. Obviously a popular venue - but despite the bar area being full, we easily found seats in the back area. Would return, great drinks and great atmosphere!

21/01/2026: Its very clean but the food is horrible in it im afraid the chips are always re done and reheated so the chips and good and burgers too the size of them they are small they need to up the quantity a bit .
Milkshakes horrible disgusting im sorry they never taste nice .
Kebabs very nice i cant complain about them .
I love love kebabs .

01/03/2026: Busy place , would suggest to have reservation, we was just driving true the village and be lucky to get table , very happy to find this place accidentally... perfect spot! amazing food! , great service with stunning view for lake. Will be back soon!

10/08/2026: A very welcome stop on a long day cycling through Mayo. We arrived cold and hungry after a tough, wet and very windy morning and Sizzlers was exactly what we needed. Friendly service, good food and a chance to warm up and refuel before heading on towards Belmullet. A great place to stop if you’re cycling through Bangor Erris.
12/07/2026: Traditional Irish vibes. Delicious food, fabulous staff and beautiful building. Would recommend!

16/08/2026: Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh, but the highlight was the fish mix – a great selection of fresh fish, freshly fried to perfection. The fish was juicy, tasty and full of flavour.
Excellent food, lovely atmosphere and great service. Definitely 5 stars! We’ll be back for sure. 🐟👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

18/07/2026: Doesn't do food, but a great spot for a drink, especially for Rugby, or a late night out (depending on opening times). Beer garden is a sun trap between around 3 and 6.30. staff are sound.
27/06/2026: The music in the smoking area is ridiculously loud, the whole point of going outside is to get away from the music and have a chat. The music was genuinely louder in the smoking area than inside.
