28/10/2024: Fabulous hotel, doesn't look fancy from outside; but once you walk inside, it's lovely. The staff are first class, really nice and accommodating. The food is A class, absolutely delicious, we will definitely come back to this hotel with friends and family again.
22/10/2024: Been there for few times for dinner and the food is very good and service is very nice. Kudos to the Chef and her team

19/09/2024: Have got the same latte in swinford amd was always syrong tasting very nice enjoyable coffee but got the same latte fir the first time in ballina and tasted like hot milk with the smallest hint of actual coffee. Disappointing.

17/09/2024: Very poor food, sauces were like water, food bland flavour, service shocking, spent €96 on a takeaway for 6 and asked what’s free which is normal in any takeaway we go to and was told nothing, when I collected food said again can’t believe nothing free for €96 and she snapped back “here’s 7up for u! Never again will I go near this hole!

04/09/2024: Went to a party in the upstairs venue. Great spot for a small group. Includes a bar as well.
18/08/2024: We were the first people in before the kitchen opened and the boys at the bar were so welcoming asking was it ok if we waited 15 more minutes and got us drinks. We then ordered and my god, what a beautiful meal we received! I got the steak and it was delicious, my mum in law got the Irish Stew, hubby got burger and it was fresh and tasty. Everything was perfect. Lovely pub atmosphere and empty plates at the end. Go there!

24/07/2024: The milkshakes are the delicious treat with perfect amount of toppings must I add staff very helpful and friendly when I had a bag that I would’ve had to carry around town all day but I asked for the worker to mind my bag and I would drop me later she said no problem and took the bag politely I later came back nothing missing and no charge for her minding it.Food is banging.milkshakes give me the chills 🥶🥶.Piniple on the pizza is delicious the cheese doesn’t fall of the pizza at all everything is perfect 20/10 eveythinf

04/11/2024: Poor experience last time we went, our order was taken and lost, after about 40 mins while other customers arrived, ordered and were served our order was take again. Was overly rushed when we did get it with pre cooked meat added to top of sauces.

I take without cheese.
"But are you sure? Because it's really dry without cheese...
- I'm not a fan of cheese.
- What if he's really not strong? Because it's really dry without..."
In short, I took without. But damn, it was dry because there was no seasoning in the accompanying salad! A vinaigrette? Or is just oil too much to ask for?
I had a dish afterwards. I waited for someone to come and clear me up to find out about the desserts... No one came in 10 minutes!
I left.
