27/09/2025: Fast food. Burgers, fries, fish, chicken nuggets etc. The staff are very friendly. They work hard. . Its always busy

02/11/2025: Lovely hotel, really nice big room, comfortable beds, good hot shower with a bath as well, tea and coffee facilities in the room and friendly staff.

25/09/2025: Just left the Green Room twenty minutes ago , was shown to a table , was sitting there for over ten minutes, nobody came near me for a drinks order or food order , so I just got up and left, also it was far from busy so can't see that being used as an excuse. Will not be back .

14/12/2025: Meow Meoooow!!! My name is Mickey and I'm a black cat from Brisbane Australia; I came here to Rocco's for a Kebab and when I left I wasnt disappointed. Great service, friendly staff and the after a night on the catnip this was very welcome. This won't be my last visit!! Meow Hiss, Mickey the Cat 🐈‍⬛😹

25/10/2025: I ordered a doner kebab and got a really dry patty with minimal meat. Big disappointment, I've always been satisfied but after this I think I won't be coming here again.

20/08/2025: Having read the reviews we decided to try The Everest Restaurant. Food was as good as you can get and reasonably priced. Service was slow as they were catering for takeaway orders. This can be to your advantage as you can relax, enjoy the ambiance, without being rushed off your table. We definitely will be back.

23/07/2025: El mejor regalo que me he hecho fue una cena en solitario en George V. El equipo es acogedor y atractivo. Aprendí sobre vinos de Paul Fogerty, sumiller jefe. Recibí sugerencias encantadoras en el menú de Andrea, mi servidor. El ritmo era apropiado para saborear cada bocado de comida de la finca ricotta al inicio del suflé de frambuesa (vale la pena el tiempo para prepararlo) como el final de una comida maravillosa. IT fue una experiencia que realmente fue un punto culminante para mi estancia en The Lodge at Ashford Castle.

03/07/2025: Cenamos con otra pareja. La cena es un acontecimiento. El personal de servicio fue excepcional. La comida es artística, lo que significa que las porciones son únicas y pequeñas. Espere gastar mucho. También desayunamos en este restaurante que estaba bastante bien y las raciones eran mejores.

23/09/2025: This was the perfect place for this Philadelphian! While an old traditional Irish pub, the wall was lined with Philly team hats! Pat the owner/bartender was very pleasant and personable, as we're all the friendly people I encountered there. This is a quiet but friendly bar and was perfect for my travel companion (who grew up up the street) and myself to sit at a table for personal discussions or at the bar to meet new folks. Weather did not permit, but there was an outside beer garden too! While visiting one evening,the back room broke out in Irish singing.. loved it. They do not serve food.

05/08/2025: Highly recommended Julians. Celebrated my brothers 60th birthday on 20th July with family & friends and everything from venue, food and staff in particular were fantastic. 10 out of 10. Could not find a fault. Would highly recommend Julians for any occasion. Thank you for helping us to Celebrate Henry's Birthday.

01/12/2025: June 2025 Quite pricey for what it is, not really comfy, but did the job on a rainy and stormy day on our bikes. The person responsible was really welcoming, gave us the room on very short notice and was there to welcome us on arrival.

01/09/2025: Absolute gem of a community-based centre with great accomodation for couples, perfectly located to discover all the wild beauty of north Mayo. The ladies running Teach Greannaí were exceptional. A great warm welcome and wonderful warm, home-cooked breakfast to nourish us. Definitely recommend and looking forward to returning.

31/08/2025: Heineken is €5.50 .Owner John is very friendly and chatty, I found the customers welcoming. Lovely cosy atmosphere, great drink.

03/08/2025: Great spot for an excellent pint of Guinness. John at the bar both knowledgeable and friendly. A traditional Irish pub in a cosy friendly atmosphere. The real Ireland.
