11/04/2025: Great kebabs it's my go to place for a Kebab. No waiting about and a good price ,well worth the trip out to Killamarsh.

02/01/2025: The food is excellent and reasonably priced. They are kindly patient with my challenges. They only do take-away or delivery, NO dine-in.

22/05/2025: We have been coming here for a long time and the food was always unreal. Today, the quality and the taste of the food was horrible. We ordered 4 chicken kormas, special naans and mushroom rice. The kormas were watery, no flavour to them whatsoever, the chicken wasn't from a tandoori or a grill, more like boiled and thrown into the sauce. It was mushy and just horrible to eat. The only nice thing about the food was the rice and the naan bread. You get complimentary poppadoms and chutneys, but they were not great either. The poppadoms were stale, the sauces were very watery and not nice either. Not sure if we'll come back unfortunately.

28/05/2025: Old corner shower with two doors. Dirty floor grout and bad smell. No mixer tap. Old sink with two taps. Toilet flushing is very poor. The room is okay.

18/05/2025: A little gem in town, professional efficient and clean. Staff are wonderful obliging and respectful. Has its niche and does it well no more can be asked 🙂

01/04/2025: This is a wonderful place where you can enjoy a delicious snack, sip a cup of aromatic tea or coffee, and leave with a great mood! ☕😊 The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I would especially like to mention **Alanna and Niamh Rebekah** – they are true professionals who always do their best to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable. Huge thanks for your hard work! 🫶✨ I highly recommend visiting this place!

08/06/2025: Awful place, you can't imagine a worse place! For six months, the cashiers still haven't learned to differentiate between drinks - you say "Sprite", they always give you "Coke". They constantly ask again, they have poor hearing, and sometimes it seems like they just don't listen. This is no longer an accident, but a systemic problem. The food is a separate disaster. They very often forget to put a burger or a wing. Or maybe they don't put it on purpose - how else to explain this constant "undercount" in the order? The service is disgusting, the attitude towards the client is like an empty space. I hope this place will either close or the staff will be completely replaced, because in its current form it does not deserve a penny.

05/06/2025: I had a deeply upsetting experience at Castlebar Supermac's today. While waiting for my food, a woman politely approached me and asked if I could help her translate a conversation with the manager or maybe she was the owner. She was trying to get some form of documentation her lawyer had requested , simply to prove that she had worked there for three weeks. She was calm, respectful, and very patient. It was clear she was under stress, but she was trying to handle the situation reasonably. Unfortunately, the response she received from the manager was unnecessarily harsh, dismissive, and, frankly, inhumane. I tried to explain the situation to the manager or i think she is the owner, but she curtly said she was busy and walked off. When she eventually returned, I attempted again to explain, but she cut me off and said, “We don’t give references get them to call,” without any attempt to understand. The woman wasn’t even asking for a reference, just proof that she had been there. It was truly disgraceful behaviour. I completely understand that workplaces can be busy, but basic kindness and human decency should never be optional. Watching someone be treated so coldly, despite approaching with respect and humility, left a bitter impression. No one should be made to feel invisible or like a burden. To be fair, my usual experiences at Castlebar Supermac's have always been pleasant. However, what I witnessed today was deeply shocking. I hope this feedback leads to some reflection, because what I witnessed today is not how any person should be treated ,ever.

20/06/2025: Tastes worse than a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, the burger was cold and smelled of old grease.

26/05/2025: Ordered food here a couple of times, order has never been wrong but on the last order I had a megabox rice and curry sauce, I had only eaten about 1/4 of it and an hour later was getting really bad pains in my stomach, to then be violently sick through the night. I am still very unwell today. I will be in to inform alisans of this when I feel well again. Not happy at all.

24/05/2025: Yum Yum saved us after arriving back in Westport after every other restaurant was closed. Our food was great, especially the king prawns. We tried the pad thai, udon, and spring rolls.
