16/10/2024: In with the family I only had coffee but the rest had food looked good

25/09/2024: Very disappointed with this place, as i have reviewed before i love the Supermac,s brand but that stops right now, never again, my partner and i called into the Claremorris Supermac,s today and were served up absolute slop, 2x Cod and chips with drinks, the meal took about 20 minutes despite there only being one other person in the shop (now i know why) and he had been served before we got there, there was 4 behind the counter 2 ladies a young man and what i could see a Manager???? as he was going through the tills. The meals??? came out in a snax box with the burned fish thrown on top of chips, no plate, no tartar sc, no knife in shop we were told, ABSOLUTE JOKE. When the meals arrived they were plainly WELL overcooked, i tried the batter of the cod and it just fell apart, We brought this to the attention of the manager who just turned his head away while i stood in front of him, he never turned back, most ignor-nt clown i have ever come across, if he worked in my restaurant he would have been fired on the spot, one of the girls asked if we wanted something else but we had enough of UN,SUPERMAC,S and their poor excuse for a manager. It is the same in several of the Supermac,s shops, Going downhill rapid. WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A MAC,C AGAIN. TYPICAL OF GOOGLE NOT TO POST MY REVIEW BUT WILL POST ON OTHER (REAL) REVIEW SITES Received a small email from John McDonnagh just to cover his butt, asked one question and got his answer and thats the last i heard from him or any of his lot. DISGUSTING, Excuse for a manager never mentioned. goes to show what this lot think of their customers and the rubbish they serve them.

11/10/2024: Very friendly staff. However avoid the taco fries unless you like sweet chilli sauce!

01/10/2024: I got salad burger and chips. got small overcooked burger in a small bun with an easy single cheese slice stuck in the middle and a bit of salad in unheated bun with chips . I wasn't impressed and I told the guy at the tills and got no apology from him . I won't be back

04/09/2024: Went n last night before 9pm with my son , ordered our food , then when we received our food and sat down the guy behind the counter was shouting at us saying we couldn’t sit down cause they were closing and cleaning but the sign said they were closing at 11pm. The tables were filthy anyway I told him we would be 5 minutes and he turned around in front of everyone and said to himself (about me) “SOME PEOPLE” in a sarcastic tone . The cheek of him. I said to him a few minutes later that I should have been made aware of this when I was ordering and not after I got my food , he said he was saying it to everyone else and started raising his voice at me and started arguing with me. Big guy with glasses I believe his name was GARY made our experience terrible and my 8 year old son was left shaken and in tears leaving . This guy shouldn’t be allowed work in a family restaurant a disgrace . WONT BE COMING BACK

23/08/2024: Good place to go, but sadly limited by lack of drink choices. DJ was great, good smoking area and covered outdoor area. Great music and atmosphere of a late bar nightclub. However let down as they no longer serve cocktails for a cocktail bar. Seems a little strange choice.

27/10/2024: Useless doesn’t come close. I ordered 3 meals, I was given the bag of food with two drinks. I informed them that I paid and ordered 3 full meals, therefore there should be three drinks. They gave me the third drink. When I got home, I realised there were only two bags of chips in the bag, instead of three. The place wasn’t even busy, so I don’t know how they could have got it so wrong!!!! Absolute joke of a place!!!

13/10/2024: Went here with my family last night, the rudeness from the ladys on the tills was absolutely shocking, iv been coming too this supermac for 20yrs with my husband an kids an I was appalled and upset, as was my little girl.

05/11/2024: Worst pizza place on the planet ive never had the same pizza yet even though my order has stayed the same the home delivery is a joke been 2 minutes early once and 20 minutes late and once never turned up at all and when you go to complain they look at you like you shouldnt complain so sorry but i would get a paper delivery job as your all useless further to this rant i had a email from the main stupid and he said complain to manager as they are a francise well apache pizza your all scum but at least there isnt so much cats and dogs running about

25/08/2024: It makes me very sad to write a bad review, because I never do that. But I am so very disappointed in the food we have received. We are not people who get a ton of take-aways, as it costs a lot of money. So this is extra disappointing to receive this type of food.

22/07/2024: Food is very nice, enormous portions, tasty and fast prepared. Everything perfect :-)

14/09/2024: Very little toppings and just ordered ham and mushroom. Mushroom was very very tiny. Too much sauce but not enough cheese only thing ok about it was the garlic bread. Chicken was not nice, chips were very plain and garlic sauce was very watery. So disappointed was very hungry and was looking forward to eating it.

08/08/2024: I ordered recently Kebab and chips, food altogheter was awfull, kebabs were big but with to much sauce, sauces tasted weird, chips are probably the chepeast frozen ones you d find on the market, almost the entire order ended up in the bin. Just couldn t eat it. So, I definitely do not recommend it for takeaway

07/08/2024: Food is really good, but I try to order on the app if possible as trying to order over the phone is very frustrating.

13/07/2024: Will Never Return again. Service from one woman was absolutely shocking. Unfortunately she wasn't wearing a name tag. €30 on two sandwiches and two coffee. Way overpriced.

06/07/2024: I've been to this restaurant many times and I have to say the food is really good and very tasty. Also the coffees and pastries. Although the service is not very polite and I feel they're always rushing people in and out. Also I want to mention that if you have a big appetite and order a lot of food because you know you will eat it. They will look at you like you have 3 heads and make comments about how much you can eat. It is not very respectful to make comments about how much a person can eat or not.

19/08/2024: We had an excellent time eating at Gracys. The food was very tasty, but quite pricy to say the least. The servers however were very friendly and welcoming. Sophia was our server and was especially helpful. She was very professional and interactive. Will be back for more yum yum!

08/09/2024: It's very disappointing because we didn't even qualify. On the Internet it is written that it is open, but we found a sign on the door that it is closed. We were detoured from the route because of this cafe
