12/09/2025: After a lovely visit to Westport I visited this shop and met a friend from the night before. We had a brief hello to each other when the man of the shop approached us and rudely told us to get out of the shop and do your talking on the street. I do not know how he expects to run a good business with this attitude but I can clearly see from previous reviews that I am not on my own thinking about this rudeness. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this shop in the future.
21/08/2025: Schöne Sachen, wollten uns schon etwas kaufen! Als ich dann mein Handy rausholte wurden wir sehr unfreundlich angegangen!
Daraufhin sind wir wieder gegangen. Schade.
Answer to your comment: Accusing us of using google lens is clearly incorrect! We don’t even have the app! And you could have just asked us, instead of being rude to us. Then we could have explained why we used our phones (even though it’s our business)!
And just that you see, people also enjoy shopping in small local shops: I was asking my sister if this is a good idea for a present for our mother. We would have bought it 🤷♀️

06/10/2025: Absolutely Disgraceful Experience!!!
Ordered a pizza from Apache Pizza in Swinford and was completely shocked by what I saw. The person making the pizza started kneading the dough without gloves and without even washing his hands. This is completely unacceptable in any food business.
They are clearly not following basic Health and Safety or food hygiene regulations. Watching that made me lose all appetite — it’s disgusting and unhygienic.
I cancelled my order on the spot and requested my money back, because there’s no way I was going to eat anything made like that. Honestly, this place needs to be inspected because the lack of care and cleanliness is a disgrace. I’ll never order from here again.
06/10/2025: Very annoyed now because I always order from Apache swinford, usually it was a dip or something silly forgotten. I'd never say anything over a dip, but then it was that I was getting chocolate dipping sauce for cookies and they're out of date. A few days ago they never gave me the cookies I ordered and tonight they never gave me the onion rings I've ordered. Won't be ordering again. I'm paying for food and not receiving it.

03/02/2025: Just got Southern fried chicken it was done in the deep fryer disgusting burnt and like rubber don't buy food here should have no stars!!!
03/01/2025: Really disappointing kebab.
Thrown in a box, no chance to pick it up.
A weird spicy sauce. Mostly salad with a few bit of meat.
We also got garlic chips which were absolutely drowned in a very runny garlic mayo. They were ok.

16/05/2025: Very Disappointed haven't ordered food for awhile as the last order was cooled just give it another try burnt food is not what any restaurant should serve to customers if they want return business forgot rice so had to drive back to get the rice Terrible service

08/09/2024: Very disappointed because we didn't even get in. It says on the internet that it's open, but we found a sign on the door saying it's closed. We were diverted from our route because of this cafe
23/08/2024: Stopped here for a quick sandwich, very tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly.

29/12/2024: Fabulous food for the whole family and my son has allergies to dairy fish and eggs.
It is rare to feel comfortable and trust all the staff. A big 5 🌟
27/10/2024: Had restaurant booked for birthday dinner for group of 6. Was worried after reading previous review. All I can say is we were blown away. Live in Midlands and eat out frequently, including Dublin. Flannerys is without a doubt at the very top when it came to food and service. Definitely missing out if you don't pay a visit. Friends and I already organising our next visit. Thanks Flannerys for a fantastic experience.
