The best restaurants in Mayo

29/12/2024: Fabulous food for the whole family and my son has allergies to dairy fish and eggs. It is rare to feel comfortable and trust all the staff. A big 5 🌟

27/10/2024: Had restaurant booked for birthday dinner for group of 6. Was worried after reading previous review. All I can say is we were blown away. Live in Midlands and eat out frequently, including Dublin. Flannerys is without a doubt at the very top when it came to food and service. Definitely missing out if you don't pay a visit. Friends and I already organising our next visit. Thanks Flannerys for a fantastic experience.

12/05/2024: Beautiful meal in Maxwell's tonight. Staff were super friendly and the food was exceptional. Had garlic mushrooms to start and chicken & beef main and couldnt fault it. Would definitely recommend a visit

28/04/2025: Lovely place. Great food,real flavours. Relaxing atmosphere. Competent waiting staff, wasn't hanging over you but was there when you wanted something. All reasonably priced too. I'll definitely be back. No photos coz I was in the company of who I wanted to talk to.

28/03/2025: Was in to order an occasion cake and wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. Our server was named Siuin (spelling might be wrong!). She was so lovely and patient and talked me through all the options for my order. So nice to see a young worker smiling and being so pleasant to customers and her staff. Will be back to order cakes in future. The cake was delicious!!

07/03/2025: Wouldgive a zero if possible, we went there a christening cake for our daughter no problem cake looked lovely but one of our guests noticed the blueberries were completely mouldy bear in mind we only picked this cake up a couple of hours before we took pictures and went back in well! When i mean made out to be liars is an under statement not even a sorry did we get and we eleven said we don't want anything back we just wanted them to be made aware well we were told we wouldn't be getting a refund anyway because we were lying no management in sight either and was told i wasn't allowed talk to a manager as what I was saying was foolish and didn't need a manager... we actually had to leave the staff was that disgraceful and ignorant needs a complete overhaul of staff and well after that I wouldn't recommend zest in ennis to anyone for food or especially cakes if they at least said hey my bad we'll be more carful don't know how that happened would have been sound well I'm telling ye hands down the most embarrassing and ignorant staff in a restaurant or any business iv ever went into or had to deal with honestly fuming over this !!!
