26/05/2026: Service was great, lovely Irish band that played on Monday night. Would have appreciated if they served food, would have stayed here all night if that were the case :).

24/05/2026: We arrived in time for the music. The pub was very cute, great drinks and live music was playing.

10/08/2026: The best pizza I've had since so long: ultra fresh and crusty, It was made on my own style, how I prefer it. I watched the pizza man preparing my special pizza. The difference to other pizza is the tasty smoked BBC sauce. Sooooo delicious!!!!

23/06/2026: It was the first time I ate duck and my experience was incredible, this food is so good that you want to buy it every day and I did, I was eating it every day for lunch and dinner, I ended up getting tired of it because I liked it so much. My favorite food so far in Ireland. You can't eat there, but you order and it's ready in 15 minutes. The service is very good.

21/04/2026: Best fish & chips and the best pizza by far in this area.

03/11/2025: Typical kabob place but the doner kabobs are not great. They Jam Pack them full of meat so you can’t even pick it up to eat it and the meat was not great. To be fair the other food might be nice but this was the only thing we tried and weren’t really happy with it.

22/06/2026: Great pub. Noel is an absolute gent. We went in for a pint and ended up staying there for the whole weekend. We were having such a good time we nearly missed the train home. Big thanks to Leanne too. An awful sound lady and great craic. Gave me a calippo and it was easily the nicest calippo I’ve ever eaten. We will be back.

02/06/2026: You can find Italian pizza and it is amazing! Fabulous dough, carefully selected ingredients imported directly from Italy, cooking in the new oven create a fantastic mix of flavors. The pesto comes directly from Genoa, the San Marzano tomatoes and the fiordilatte cheese create a mix of high-level flavors. As an Italian, I can only compliment you on this huge step. Congratulations for your passion in the pursuit of quality! The staff is kind and helpful also. I am looking forward to taste the new proposals! Have you tried Spanish pizza? It is also amazing !

03/07/2026: Good atmosphere, great place to chat and the service is wonderful, we also played pool and it was a very good experience.

10/06/2026: Unreal spacious pub with lots of screens for sports and some closed off more private boots. Large outdoor area and roomy inside lounge with pool tables and dart boards and very friendly staff!

15/07/2026: We had lunch here today. Sandwiches and tea. With some cakes to finish it off. The food was exceptional good. One of the best scones in times! Highly recommended!

19/06/2026: In fairness the brown bread was delicious, but it was all downhill from there. The club sandwich which I ordered without ham had an ineradicable backtaste of rancid fat which I gagged on all the way down to Cork. I ordered an americano, but it wasn't made from the fancy coffee machine which was in clear view of my table. It appeared from the kitchen and it wasnt even bad coffee, it just wasn't coffee. The whole place gave me the ick, including aquaplaning across the damp moist toilet floor. Sorry to disagree with all the fab reviews, maybe I just got them on a very bad day.

27/04/2026: Excellent takeaway from Burgoo Pizza Roscrea. The pizza was fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was prepared perfectly. Friendly service and a great place to grab a tasty meal. Highly recommended.

18/07/2026: The service was quick, everything was fairly clean, the food was typical McDonald's (I'm not a fan), and the prices were reasonable. Parking was convenient.

08/07/2026: Good quality has remained good over the years but the portions are getting steadily smaller and more expensive. I understand rising costs for food businesses but the size of the sauces now that are still 2.30 like when they were much more than double the size is such a rip off . Smallest sauce portion I’ve seen in any takeaway , and paying nearly a fiver for two tiny portions of sauce is really disappointing . Barely enough for a couple chips. Please stop making the sizes smaller or just lower the price with this .
