23/08/2025: After rather unpleasant experience in the Driver's pub nearby we went to find some properly cooked food. And oh dear! This place is awesome. One of the best Kebabs I ever had. Friendly stuff and reasonable prices! I wish we didn't waste time in the other place and came here right away. Absolutely recommend! Just look at this cake

16/10/2025: I had a fantastic experience at Bistro 41, The service was top notch, my server Seamus was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. I had the chilli chicken with egg fried rice, which was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. For dessert I had the brownie was rich, warm, and absolutely delicious. My friend had the carbonara with added chicken and said it was amazing. Highly recommend for both the food and the service!

25/10/2025: Breakfast at Cusack’s bar – 24th October We visited Cusack’s for breakfast around 11:10 a.m. on the 24th of October. To start with the positives — the lady who took our order was absolutely lovely. She was attentive, pleasant, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She truly deserves appreciation for her service. The food did take a little while to arrive, which was completely understandable given how busy the place was. The disappointment began when the food was served. My poached egg looked fine on the outside but was actually hard-boiled inside, had an awful taste of just vinegar, and the avocado was dark and clearly past its best. The overall quality just wasn’t what we’ve come to expect from Cusack’s, which has always been one of our favourite breakfast spots in Ireland. What really surprised us, though, was what happened towards the end. While we were still having a conversation and my wife still had her cutlery in hand, one of the senior staff members came over and began clearing the plate mid-conversation. She did ask if it was okay to clear, but she was already holding the plates stacked up before we could even respond. It felt a bit abrupt and left us both a little uncomfortable. To be clear, the gentleman working alongside her was perfectly polite and not involved in this. We genuinely like this place and have always enjoyed coming here, which is why this visit was disappointing. Most of the team are excellent at what they do, but it would be great if everyone could be on the same page, because small things like this can unintentionally take away from the otherwise great work of a wonderful team.

17/10/2025: Old but nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Food is very good. Breakfast is from menu and very good. Dinner is also amazing.

21/07/2024: Possibly the best food for the best value I have seen in ireland 30 euros for a 3 course menu, roast bar bun and lemon tart, big portion, really good quality. Fabulous meal, off the beaten track but well worth it

19/07/2024: We have gone here twice and plan on making it a regular date-night option as there are plenty of gluten-free and dairy-free options for all meals. The service is fantastic, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing.

18/08/2025: Best Chinese I’ve had in a long time - the spice box fed the family!!

14/04/2025: I got a spice bag, which was largely inedible. See the picture below. The curry was watery and tasted like beef flavour. The noodles had no taste.

14/01/2025: I am saddened by the news to hear that chapter 2 will not be reopening after the new year. It had friendly staff, amazing food, and a lovely atmosphere. I wish all the staff and management the best in their future endeavours. Thank you for your service.

23/09/2025: Food was 25 minutes late. Baring in mind I live straight up the road. No vinegar on chips, curry sauce was like a thick puree you couldnt pour, food was cold and they forgot a drink. Tried to ring multiple times but couldn't get through. Won't be ordering again as its not the first time there's been issues. Cheek to charge that much and be that late.

08/08/2025: It’s a takeaway, so don’t expect many perks. Food is delivered quickly enough, there’s no seating — you order, wait, and go. Service is fast. The food is good and fairly priced, and that’s what matters.

06/09/2025: Absolutely incredible. We only went to the restaurant. We have a baby in our arms and we entered with his stroller without any problems via the main staircase. The food was delicious! Everything was very fresh and of the highest quality. Super affordable prices. And to top it all off, the attention to detail, politeness, and cleanliness. 10/10
