05/08/2025: Very challenging golfcourse. I enjoyed the round thoroughly.. I would definitely return to play again.

12/06/2025: Ordered today at 1pm and at 1.20pm I was asked what I was my order again! One kebab and snack box meal….couldn’t believe my order had not been put on, she said she has two hands and that the previous order was a large one. had she told me at 1pm that there is a half an hour wait I would have gone elsewhere …only two staff on so I guess they are under staffed …anyway won’t be rushing back there …

16/08/2025: Fast serving. Prices are reasonable. Nice decorations inside the pub. Saturday afternoon was many people inside and garden outside was full.

08/08/2025: It’s a takeaway, so don’t expect many perks. Food is delivered quickly enough, there’s no seating — you order, wait, and go. Service is fast. The food is good and fairly priced, and that’s what matters.

06/07/2025: Tried to use my voucher here one evening and got told I had to firstly order my food onsite(which I understand with no issue) then went in, ordered my meal and handed my voucher over. Person on the register asked did I want to add anything, to which I reply no thanks. I was then informed that I had to use the entire vouchers value in one transaction which was not stated on the voucher or website anywhere. I was disheartened to hear this as I only has myself to feed and I was going to treat myself. I very fortunately had my card on me at the time to pay and now stuck with a voucher until I can use the whole amount. I expressed to the staff that this was not right and that it should be written on the voucher. I emailed Lyons with my complaint but have not heard a sound from then since. Terrible customer satisfaction when many of my past experiences have been top class here.

22/08/2025: Called for lunch and ordered burger and chips. There was no one ahead of me but people came in after me and they got served. I waited 40 minutes and I complained to a member of staff but got no real response. I left very disappointed as it looked like a real nice pub. I have only an hour for lunch like most people 😔
