01/05/2026: Stopped into T.J. Ryan Traditional Irish Pub after the Rock and this was one of those places that just hits right. The bartender was exactly what you’d hope for, welcoming, easy to talk to, and made you feel like a regular within minutes. Ended up grabbing toasties and they were so good we went back for seconds, simple food done really well. Sat back with a pint of Guinness and just took in the atmosphere. Warm, relaxed, and one of those spots you don’t rush out of.

18/02/2026: Everything was beyond amazing. Everything you expect from a small Irish bar and town. The bartender Joan was so full of information and so welcoming. The atmosphere was perfect. This is an absolute MUST in Cashel. I’m so thankful I stumbled upon this pub.

16/12/2025: Jared and Elaine are the literal best. If you're ever passing through, you would be so blessed and lucky to get to stop at this pub and have a taste of heaven with some of the best craic you could ever wish for. As someone who has traveled Ireland extensively, I can honestly say that this is one of the best pubs, with THE best food. Do yourselves a favor and go out of your way to stop by.

11/07/2025: Good choice of grocery also extended hall for closing and homeware department. They have installed fresh orange juice machine and coffee beans machine on the floor area and more choices inside.

23/02/2026: Just fancied a coffee and a piece of tart on a miserable wet day.was meet by a very friendly, help and polite young woman. The tart was lovely and home made.

08/05/2026: Got turned away they said they having a private event but yet my brother walked in after wards and got served, I read all the reviews and taut ok that be a nice place to go but I guess not and the whole place was drinking

02/04/2026: My grandparents had lunch here today - my grandfather recently broke his hip and has been using a frame to get around and he said this was the best disabled toilet he’s been in - very spacious and bars in helpful places. They said it is a credit to the hotel and would entice them to return. Also they loved the soup and brown bread!!!!

12/04/2026: Una’s is a wonderful Classic Irish ‘local’. Always a great welcome and full of character and charm. 10/10 for the Guinness and chat which is why I visit whenever I am visiting friends in the parish.

21/08/2025: Really nice menu. Hard to choose because everything sounded nice. The service was great. Everyone was so friendly. Food when it came was excellent. The chips were really good. And the coconut mocha was delicious. Will definitely come back next time we're in Thurles.

19/08/2025: If you’re in Tralee, this is the bar you can’t miss. Start here, as you can then make your way into town and discover the other bars on the way down. Perfect starting place. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the clientele are the best Tralee has to offer. Great for watching a match or supporting the Rose of Tralee. Don’t skip it.

12/05/2026: Great course fairways are in excellent condition as are the Greens. The welcome you get is second to none the members are all very friendly. The Bar and Restaurant staff are very good and the food is very good. The restaurant is pretty busy at lunchtime so it might be no harm in booking before you go out to play or even if you're not playing.
