The best restaurantsof chinese

01/07/2025: Over two years, I was used to ordering food here, and the food was very delicious. But nowadays the food is worse: overcooked rice, chicken soup which is just water with soy sauce, and overcooked noodles. The food doesn't have a good taste. I don't know if there is a new chef, but the food is not good like it used to be before. (This was six years ago.) Update: After six years, I decided to give them a try to see if they changed chefs again, and they probably did, but to an even worse one... I ordered chicken noodles with Sichuan sauce, and I got tasteless chicken with noodles and sauce tasting like ketchup. 🤢And the chicken soup still tastes just like water with soy sauce. The food went straight to the rubbish bin... I am shocked how somebody can sell this.🤯

27/06/2025: Up to now, would have given at least 4 stars. Waited over an hour before ringing about my delivery. I was a bit taken aback at the way I was spoken to, on the phone. I was told that my order had been delivered. I wouldn't have been ringing if it had. 🤷‍♀️ The food arrived eventually. Lukewarm. I threw most of it in the bin. I won't be ordering again.

16/08/2025: We just moved in Middleton and we were looking for a place that caters to chinese cuisine and I’m so happy we found this place! They do home deliveries too! You can order through their app so you can pay using your card because if you call them through their phone and ask for delivery, you need to pay cash. Either way you can choose whichever is best for you. Their food is made fresh, service is fast too. My family enjoyed their chow mein and roast duck! So if you are craving for that chinese take away in Middleton, I would definitely recommend this place.

03/07/2025: Consistently good food - the chicken especially is of very high quality!

15/07/2025: THEY ROBBED ME!! Disgrace of a place, they give me the complete wrong stuff from what I ordered! Half the stuff was missing but they had no problem taking the money! Even though they clearly robbed me there was no sign of a refund, they put somebody on the phone that could hardly speak English as a decoy. Stick to China garden on brews hill because these are not capable of anything! Over priced enough without them robbing money. 0/5

09/07/2025: I went in at 11 when they close at 11:30, the woman at the till had an awful attitude and I received an awful customer service experience. I was not allowed to pay by cash for drinks even though they had a sign in front of the till saying no card payments under 10€ was allowed and cash was accepted under 10€. I then read out the sign to the woman and asked to pay by cash as it was under 10€. I was then told no very rudely and abruptly that she can’t because she had cashed up the till. I was spoken to poorly and it ruined my experience, it is such a shame as their food was very tasty, I will not be returning again.
