22/04/2026: I won’t be ordering from here again. I usually place my orders online without issues, but on two occasions I had to call, and both experiences were very disappointing. The woman on the phone was rude, didn’t listen properly, and was difficult to understand. On my last order, I specifically asked for a spice bag, but instead received a box of rice. When I called to resolve it, I was repeatedly told that I hadn’t ordered the spice bag, which was frustrating and felt dismissive. It’s a shame because the food itself is actually very good. However, having worked in hospitality for years, I know how important customer service is. Based on these experiences, I won’t be ordering again.

05/07/2026: Food is the same quality as other fused Chinese restaurant. However it is considerably more expensive. The mains were > €20 and did not include boiled rice, which was an extra €4.6. Considering the price, I was expecting better.

12/07/2026: Orders a spice bag supposedly chicken chips and spice. Supposedly key word. Opened up the spice bag with excitement to find I could count on one hand the amount of chicken in it. As I always say if it fits in one hand you can f***** keep it

09/06/2026: Very disappointing experience at Wilton Willow. The food was a disaster from start to finish. The chicken in particular tasted weird and didn’t seem fresh, which was very off-putting. Other dishes were bland and poorly presented, and the overall quality was far below what we expected. Considering the prices, the meal was not worth it. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return and couldn’t recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

31/12/2025: I ordered food a hour and a half ago, and nothing! I payed for it and you did not deliver, I strongly suggest that nobody gets anything of them, shame on the person that runs that place. I'll come down tomorrow and get my money back, not nice! I can't give minus because that's what you deserve.

14/07/2026: I visited this all-you-can-eat restaurant with my family, and we were all extremely disappointed. The food was not tasty at all. There were only a few dishes to choose from, and none of them tasted good. The restaurant was also very dirty, which made the experience even worse. You have to pay in advance, and in my opinion, the price is far too high for the quality of the food and the overall experience. Everyone in my family was unhappy, and we would definitely never come back. I am honestly surprised that a restaurant in this condition is still allowed to stay open without better hygiene inspections. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

21/05/2026: Pizza is good for the price. They charge you extra if you're eating pizza from there. Strange! The service is not great also. One time they send me a wrong pizza order. They asked me to drive back to make it right when complained. But they kept the old opened pizza box for themselves and gave me the new one. No proper apology. I'd have given both the boxes for the troubles atleast, if i was the manager.

14/07/2026: When I order pasta with shrimp and pay extra for the extra shrimp, I expect the dish to be shrimp, not chicken! If I wanted chicken, I would have ordered chicken! Huge disappointment.

29/06/2026: I had The Don Wrap before in blanchardstown and ongar , lovely taste and filled , from this location in New Castle I got this piece … feels empty and I waited over 20 minutes … I’ll share a photo just for comparison on how the wrap is advertised .

01/07/2026: Went for a dine in in the evening,restaurant is completely closed , took takeout. Definitely not the Chinese food I was expecting .Except noodles , rest all the food ordered were not tasty.

01/05/2026: Everything about this place screamed bad idea. Impulsively decided to get 'some chips' after a few beers in Listowel on a quiet Thursday night. Ok facade, but then led up manky stairs to 'reception area' ✅ Cash only ✅ Food ready super fast ✅ Food packaging that I assumed was outlawed ✅ Fake looking chicken ✅ Read Google reviews and decided this was not a good idea to eat ✅ Disposed of said food in on street bin ✅ Waste of €8 ✅ Probably avoided an unwanted illness ✅✅✅

16/06/2026: We’ve been eating from here for years and continued to do so when the new owners took over. We’ve noticed a decline in quality. Several times we’ve had to throw away chicken dishes. The final straw happened at the weekend. Practically raw prawns. A disaster waiting to happen. We also noticed that they’re regularly requesting that we pay in cash even though their card machine is working? We continued to pay by card.

25/05/2026: Great food but the service left a really bad impression. We get a takeaway from here each Sunday and every time we are asked the same question "Can you pay in cash". I don't mind this but multiple times the person on the phone says "Our card machine is broken". When I say we only have card they say it's okay and we can pay by card (card machine magically fixed?!). Yesterday was the same, order comes to €25 (2 Spice bags, one with extra chicken, and 2 cokes) and the fella on the phone asks for us to pay cash. "Card machine not working" so he sends us to the website, for the total to come to €27. He then calls us over the phone asking to bring €2 to pay for the extra chicken. For a cash order it's €25 but for an online pick-up it's €29? I work in marketing so I'm aware of service charges but this is just pure dishonesty. We presume it's to pay their staff of a Sunday, but this shouldn't be the case. Might not be back again.

01/01/2026: I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star only you have to give it something. Ordered from here got raw chicken in my spice bag. Said they would refund me but it never came back to my bank. Then had to ring up and argue with them over it and eventually they said i could come up and collect the refund in cash. Only giving €50 back and then had the audacity to tell me they wouldnt be taking anymore orderes from my adress 🤣🤣🤣 I would never order out of the shithole again anyway serving raw chicken two days before xmas aswell.

19/11/2025: Tiny portions and very expensive. Ordered a few times and they are miserable with the amount of food they give you.
