23/12/2025: Very disappointed with my take away order. Ordered two adults meals and a kids meal . 44 euro. The kids meal came with two ! small burned chicken goujons, doggy rice and a few shavings of veg for 8.80 euro. Other take ways in the area are a lot better value and tastier. Don't order here for a kids menu. Rang them to complain, they said the goujons were fresh!

09/11/2025: It has to be a hardworking Chinese person. There aren't many places offering food by 2 PM. The owner repeatedly confirmed that the menu was only in English, was that okay? I ordered pad thai with beef. I also ordered fried shrimp cakes as a snack, such a familiar taste. The pad thai was a modified version, but it was still pretty good. After all, to cater to locals, the flavors need to be adjusted; if it's too authentic, it won't be successful. The owner was also very friendly and chatted a lot. I wish her great success in her business.

01/12/2025: I went here with my husband and 2 kids it felt dirty and just unpleasant the food was horrible honestly,it came cold,drinks were fine but definitely don’t recommend coming here and WORST PART I GOT FOOD POISONING!!! Very upset about this please be careful if you are eating here DO NOT RECOMMEND

11/08/2025: Have been getting take away from here for years when in town visiting my parents. Always good, but lately they have improved their recipes and it was one of the best Chinese takeaways we ever ate.

17/01/2026: Nice grub, kids find the takeaway better than the other chinese tho you have to specify crispy chicken in some orders, food can bé spicy enough, service is good always ample servers milling around. Decor is nice.

22/10/2025: I ordered jasmine tea, Chinese dumplings, steamed, the wonton soup, and the duck with Szechuan sauce and a side of noodles. The service was great! I think they do a lot of take-away orders, so they were busy but I arrived around 5pm and the dining room was empty. I was sat near a window and the server brought over a gas space heater since I was rain-drenched! Shortly after ordering I was brought the tea, a small pitcher of water with lemon, and a basket of large shrimp crackers, possibly house-made! The dumpling skin was thin and the ingredients tasted fresh the wonton soup was in a approximately 12 oz cup and was full of thinly sliced carrot, cabbage, and wontons. The duck was crispy and the sauce was mildly spicy (for me) and in generous portion. The noodles were thin and well-seasoned with veggies, and the whole side dish had wok hei! I stayed for a while to digest and wait out some of the rain and the staff was patient and did not bother me. By the time I left there were about 4 or 5 more tables sat. The whole place was very clean, including the table ware. I was told about this place by my Chinese Air BnB host, and it did not disappoint! Total bill was around €39.

28/09/2025: Food was meh. It's far from Chinese food and that's for sure. Service was good. Atmosphere felt like a library. I wouldn't return if I'm being honest.

05/01/2026: I bought chicken and prawn fried rice a week ago, the chicken was really bad tasting. I really doubt that was out of date meat they use.

05/10/2025: My partner and I were here over the weekend. Food was amazing wonton soup delicious and the spring rolls are fab. Look like battered sausages but taste delicious. Had main courses and they were delicious highly recommended.

25/08/2025: Best Chinese in New Ross. Staff are always friendly, food is cheap and good quality. Can’t fault it other than it would be nice to have indoor seating.
