13/07/2026: 4 in 1 was really not great, chips were mushy and fried rice had very little flavour and felt like it was left out too long, the only decent thing was the sauce which was mediocre, service was good though.

All plates empty we had starters and main no delay on service even with the hot weather it was lovely and cool 10 out of 10 would recommend thanks again. Will return .

Susan is so helpful, we have been to the 3 Arena 3 times over the last year or so period and her good and friendly service has stuck out every time. You could not get a better person for the role! 27/06/2026: Very disappointed with the spicy bag. The portion was extremely small and came in a tiny takeaway box/carton, not even a proper bag. For the same price I pay in other places, I expected a normal-sized spicy bag, but this was nowhere near enough. It feels unfair to charge the same price while giving such a small portion. The food itself may be okay, but the value for money is very poor. I would not order this again unless they improve the portion size.

09/08/2026: I don't normally give negative reviews! (Look at my review history) However.... Got a takeaway from here and holy mother! They give you a chicken breast in a box, sliced up thankfully, with a pot of the sauce you ordered. I'm no chef, far from it, but I though the whole point of Chinese cuisine is that the protein you ordered is cooked in the sauce you ordered..... Really negative experience. Staff are incredible. But I should have got worried when the wait time was 10 mins. In my very uneducated opinion, I reckon the have the sauces in their wee tubs ready to microwave..... The only reason they get 3 stars and not one, is because when you put their sauce into the dish you've ordered, it tastes 100 times better the next morning. And the service. FOH service was amazing! Management needs to go. Putting speed and profit over quality. I'll stick with the rose garden thank you. Now that's a Chinese takeaway away! 5 stars for years now! Just decided to try something different, and was bitterly disappointed. Avoid at all costs. EDIT. from the reviews it seems like they prioritise restaurant customers over take away.which is fine..... Every business needs to turn a profit. But just STOP doing take away! Focus on the restaurant!

09/08/2026: We enjoyed an excellent sit down meal at Ocean Palace, Swinford. The choices were great, service was fast and friendly. Food was cooked perfectly; the duck was crispy with a beautiful plum sauce. The chilly and salt prawns were the star of the show; really mighty. We're already planning another visit!

05/05/2026: Excellent place Can't fault this Chinese. Really good clean decor Nice and warm and they tiled floor instead of the usual sticky carpets that places have was excellent. Food portions was perfect as was the food itself. Staff was good, the girl that served us was very quiet and just straight to the point but I'm not going to mark down on that. Really would recommend and will definitely be back

23/06/2026: 5 of us went there having been recommended by two of us. I ordered crispy duck - not crispy and very fatty. Three others ordered chicken balls which were soggy. Staff very friendly (over helpful since we were the only people there) but would not go back. Very disappointing because we had been there some years ago and food was lovely but not this time.

11/04/2026: Can be hit or miss tonight it was a miss chicken balls over cooked spring rolls not really spring rolls 3 ribs for 9 euro and they weren't great beef curry was tasteless
