11/02/2026: The pool is rubbish and staff is so rude specially Jason in the pool

07/01/2026: Stayed here for a one night getaway with my husband with spa, 4 course dinner and breakfast. Loved the spa's thermal suites, and the hotel. It was a proper hotel where they still provided slippers, robe and the little toiletries. I have missed those in my recent travels. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the service was awesome. We got on with the service manager Kieran (sorry if I spelled his name incorrectly) and he was so easy to talk to and a really nice fellow. Would 100% recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway. You won't be disappointed.

14/01/2026: Would give less stars if it was an option. Kip of a place. As stated in other reviews extemely unprofessional staff and management. Frozen food reheated and served lukewarm. Beef was very tough.

29/12/2025: Asked for a drink was told by a bar tender to wait and she brushed me off and asked again and was waiting again for 10 minutes and told them I'm waiting long enough and another bar tender gives me cheek and sends a one over to talk to me what a bunch of cheek and terrible service I'm never spending my money here again

13/10/2025: Excellent service and Murphys. Came to watch the Wales game, which they initially didn't have on. But the legend behind the bar took the time to edit the settings in order to stream BBC Wales for me. Good friendly atmosphere, highly recommended 👌

18/01/2026: Fantastic food. Tasty and delicious. We enjoyed every mouthful. Reasonable prices. Great service from the young lady who served us on Friday. Our second visit and it definitely won't be our last when we're in Cork.

15/01/2026: Cosy little place. Very friendly staff and the chef/cook is A1. The menu says if you want it a little hotter just tell them an then chef/cook really understood the assignment and delivered amazing food with the right amount of heat. The menu has Vegetarian, vegan and Gluten free options too.

18/12/2025: As always food was tasty and had soul,simple and just cooked on point. If your vegetarian your goosed!! Lovely service if a little disjointed at the end of our meal which is understandable with tables coming in and tables leaving but it's such a relaxing room and somewhere u can enjoy your meal in peace.its bloody hard to run a restaurant and for isaces to be doing it so long and successfully it's a credit to everyone involved..bravo 👏

24/11/2025: The acoustics are terrible - you leave with hives from the noise. But the food is good and the staff is great. So a very mixed experience.

24/12/2025: Had a fantastic breakfast here recently - very busy on build up to Christmas. Eggs Benedict was fantastic - really good quality bacon & well cooked & excellent bread. Americanos can't be faulted - very nice roast used.

13/12/2025: I came here today with my daughter and grandson, I have to say food was superb , got 2 lots of chicken curry and burger and chips for small one. The food and the men serving was amazing . The owner is very friendly to . The girl bringing the drinks had a lovely nature. Will be going back . Prices are so good to , nice to get quality that don't over charge . That's what people want when going out . Well done

29/12/2025: Was in a couple of days prior to Christmas. Belting atmosphere. Had 3 packets of scampi fries as an accompaniment to the Guinness so feel the food rating is fair.
