20/03/2025: The Sushi platter is amazing and the soft shell crab was just delicious.
24/02/2025: The service was excellent ! We really appreciate it. Waiters are professional, natural, always with a discret eye on us to make sure we miss nothing and have a good time. All the waiters were lovely, friendly and polite.
As we booked we got a table next to the windows which was lovely.
The food was tasty, with a fair price 👌
We will be back !

10/03/2025: This is a great spot for Sunday lunch. Food was very good. We went in very early so it was quite while we were there.
But you can't fault the food👍

11/09/2024: You’re only stop if watching Celtic play a match, big screens and plenty of small ones and the place fills up with die hard Celts which creates a superb atmosphere especially for the old firm games. The stout is very good here too and the local Beamish can be got for a fiver a pint, which is fair given the proximity of the pub to the city centre, just a 5 min walk down the hill.
No beer garden which is a disappointment and no food options but it’s not that type of establishment, all about the pints and football which is fine by me

04/03/2025: The atmosphere is bright & cheery and all of the staff are great.
The Guinness was poured superbly with just enough head to be perfectly refreshing!
I would suggest a definite stop here if you're looking for a "happening",l fun Irish pub!
I didn't order any food, so I can't speak to that.

19/02/2025: Six of us, on holiday from America, just had an amazing dinner at Greene's. Everything ordered was cooked and presented perfectly. Our waitress, Alex, went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable relaxing experience - including providing one of our party with "dealers choice", and surprising him with the Lamb, which was extraordinary!
We all agreed we will be back as soon as we get the chance! Do yourself a favor and/or give your loved ones a gift and have a great meal at Greene's!
15/02/2025: Overcooked risotto, you have to cook the steak on the stone, if I wanted to cook I stayed at home, super fast service

09/03/2025: Great selection for lunch but would be great to have an option to have the sandwich made to order - bought ready made spiced beef baguette from the counter and was not expecting any mayo, had way too much for my liking.
22/01/2025: I bought 2 Eclairs a custard slice and a white sourdough loaf and I was wanting to buy everything in the shop. Everything smelt and looked quality and so fresh. The shop itself was so trendy and so clean. I will definitely get a sandwich or toasty next time. I’m a sucker for homemade and most places are saying they are home made but the quality just isn’t in the food. This place had what I was looking for. So authentic and I would even say they should be in the centre of the city where everyone can know they exist. I’ll be back for sure

21/02/2025: It is a good place to go if you like to drink coffee after six in the afternoon since it is one of the few cafes in the city that closes a little later, it has a good number of tables outside which is always appreciated when you are a smoker, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff serves you quickly both at the checkout and to deliver your coffee!
Truly a good stop in cork!
09/02/2025: Good food, but the atmosphere was horrible. had a woman sit down at the table and put down all her stuff while I was in the bathroom with my bag on the table i was sitting at. WiFi didnt work no matter 10 minutes spent trying to connect, and there was a large table of maybe 7 or so very loud tourists shouting to each other in the middle of the room

15/03/2025: I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be one of the best place where to go, drink and eat in Cork.
Now, beer that tastes like it was in tubes for a week and cost €7.8! (normal Madri beer, the No. 7 was out)
Changed menu - food is ok. Won't amaze you any longer but won't hurt you..
Service is good, obviously these issues are not with the floor staff, they do their best with what's given to them.
The cost of having beer out is seriously getting out of hands. To all pub owners out there.. stop winging about not people coming in when you sell beers for €5+..
