03/03/2025: Obviously understaffed as we waited 40 minutes from clearing starter to being served main courses. Couldn't fault the Wait staff as they were very apologetic and obviously run off their feet. Colcannon stated on menu but arrived with unseasoned mashed potato. I wouldn't wait any longer for it to be corrected. Overall understaffed, underwhelming and overrated

09/03/2025: They gave us a €100 gift card to this restaurant that I would rate as the worst in Cork. The worst attention! I had booked with a child, specifying that we were two adults and a baby, they installed us next to the kitchen in the middle of the passage. When we settled in, there were 4 covers, they did not bother to remove the excess cutlery and glasses. Everything was rushed, we didn't even have time to sit down because they already came to ask what we wanted, I asked them to wait a moment and I also asked for the cocktail menu that had not been delivered to us. They returned two minutes later and I hurriedly ordered a tuna and some drinks, including a limoncello spritz as an appetizer. They brought us the appetizer, non-alcoholic drinks and wine all at the same time. Then they brought the starter which was good but the second one quickly arrived, my tuna was the worst I could taste: dry, raw in parts and on top with a burnt taste. We hadn't even been in the restaurant for 30 minutes at that point. The truth is that tears came to my eyes because of the terrible experience we were having, since it was our first outing in 8 months! I took all the tuna to go so my dogs could eat it at home! When I told them it was dry they didn't tell me anything at all! Since we had €100 to spend we forced ourselves to order dessert, coffee and digestif… We entered at 1:50 p.m. and at 3:00 p.m. we were outside the restaurant with: appetizer, starter, main course with wine, dessert, coffee and digestif!!! A record time for a restaurant that wants to sell itself in a certain category. I have never had such a horrendous experience, it is surely the place in Cork with the worst service and attention! A total disaster, thank goodness Cork was sunny to brighten the day!!!

28/02/2025: I was refused a "last call" drink and told by the female bar worker that I had already had a drink on the table. Which was true, I had a half finished pint which I bought before closing time. My friends got served and after that, and i finished my drink and left. The bar worker in question will probably not remember me, as that is the kind of quiet person I am, but I will remember the embarrassment caused to me and will never inter that bar again.

10/03/2025: Solid food to have while watching a match and they sell jugs of a few different lagers so you don’t need to go back and forth to the bar.

26/03/2025: Estaba tan emocionada de probar este lugar, ya que era el cumpleaños de mi novio, terminó tan decepcionada. Nuestros platos salieron a los 5 minutos de pedir, demasiado rápido para ser cocinado recién. La pasta que pedí era acuosa e insípida, tenía todos los signos de ser recalentada de congelada. Pasamos 24 minutos allí en total, lo que no me parece normal en un restaurante después de pedir 2 platos. Tuve que ir a comprar una pizza a otro lugar después.

16/03/2025: Today, I picked up a loaf of classic sourdough bread (ancient grain) from this bakery, and I have to say - it was absolutely fantastic! The crust was beautifully golden and had the perfect crunch, while the inside was light, airy, and wonderfully chewy. The flavor had that perfect balance of subtle tanginess and deep, rich wheat notes that only a well-fermented sourdough can achieve. It was clear that a lot of skill and patience went into making this bread. Whether enjoyed on its own, with butter, or as the base for a great sandwich, this sourdough was simply top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

13/03/2025: It's the only place where I can get my Danish Rugbrød (yes, that is how you spell it). Good healthy bread bread is so good for your digestion and much healthier than white bread and, above all, more filling, and a loaf lasts a week ( not in my house, though) . But be careful. They do have some very addictive cakes as well. Great coffee, fantastic 6 staff. A good thing is to call them and order in advance if you don't want to go empty-handed. Can not recommend them enough. 01/02/2025: Fantastic food and fantastic service especially from Hari , Kritika, Aquib. Always a pleasure to eat here. Would recommend to anyone who loves good food. Both the staff and food make it a wonderful experience. Best restaurant in Cork.

21/01/2025: I have been a regular customer, but I must express my dissatisfaction The curries have become excessively tangy and sour, which is quite disappointing. It’s just not edible. I really hope they work on the receipes.

14/02/2025: I came to the pub for the Cork Singers Club. Great stuff and memorabilia on the walls. Lovely pints of Beamish and Murphy's. Very nice staff. Proper old Irish pub. Bring a sweater can be a bit cold if upstairs.

04/03/2025: Gorgeous spot located on Cornmarket St. It's a whole vibe of its own, with events regularly held here and a hub for artists, this space flourishes with creativity. If you haven't been, I recommend grabbing a slice of banana bread with an americano and browsing through the records as you soak in the ambiance.

09/02/2025: Staff were helping me look for my missing AirPod! They were so nice about it!!! Lovely atmosphere and great coffee!
