21/01/2025: Ireland is greatly lacking in places where you can get a decent pie. First time at the Black Market so decided to try these guys. I had the Beef & Beamish pie meal (side of mash with some slaw & salad). The pie was delicious and the mash was smooth and creamy.
Service was fast and I liked that the packaging was recyclable. A little pricey for what it is but will definitely go back.
21/10/2024: I was in Cork for a day trip and came across The Pie Guys in the black market totally by accident. Situated in a really cool building with other food vendors I was immediately impressed by the vibe of the market . More importantly in The Pie Guys ,the Cheesy kiwi Pie, mash and slaw was the best pie and mash i have ever had !The presentation and taste were top class. You have to try this place, you won’t be disappointed.I look forward to visiting again on my next visit to Cork : )

30/03/2025: Absolutely fantastic food and drinks here with 2 other couples. Service was also excellent and we all agreed it was one of the best meals we have had in Cork city recently.
30/03/2025: This place should be Michelin star and if it was more expensive it probably would be because that would stop the locals bringing their hideous children with ADHD into the premises.
The food is astoundingly good and the locals are astoundingly wretched.

04/03/2025: Nice delivery, gets busy during breakfast and lunch rushes but good selection of hot and cold food with some healthier options available.
07/02/2025: Complete disregard for peoples health and safety. Filled the tank and returned to a unsecured cover that had fallen off as seen not locked correctly and a live running motor exposed. I brought it to the correct attention but left completely unsatisfied with management's response. Won't be returning.

11/02/2025: This *used* to be a nice place, with good coffee and tasty food, although a bit on the expensive side.
Now it's only expensive. I don't know what's going on, but the coffee is not what it used to be, the food is just ok. Feels like they are living from the reputation they gained before.
30/01/2025: I brought my toddler here for cake the other day. Such a cute café. She loved her gingerbread man and they even had vegan options for me. The staff were really lovely and the place was nice and clean.

19/03/2025: We spent a lovely evening at Salt, every time we return there is always a different menu, prepared with fresh, local and quality ingredients. There were six of us and among us a vegan, who had no difficulty in being served with tasty recipes, the staff both on the floor and in the kitchen are always kind and helpful.
In a few days we will return for another dinner with friends and I am sure that we will spend a relaxing evening with good food in a friendly atmosphere.
08/03/2025: I was surprised by the menu... Plenty of choices with different ingredients for everyone... Excellent... The staff was extremely helpful with knowledge of the menu and attentive of every single detail, even in a very busy environment... Highly recommended...

28/03/2025: It was amazing the experience with bowling and the mini golf but the arcades not so much. Couldn’t buy a card to play, the machine wasn’t working apparently.. wasn’t nobody there to support. I will return to try the arcades, hopefully there will be someone to support.

01/03/2025: The food is not cheap, but the portions are too small. 27.5 A beef tenderloin roasted with green onions is probably worth at least 25% more for the same price in the Netherlands. The beef is not chewy, 27.5 should at least use some American or Uruguayan beef.
01/03/2025: Very good Chinese restaurant, one of the best in Cork. Been there for 10+ years. Menu is a little expensive though.

01/04/2025: Service was friendly and quick. Limited prepped menu allows for quick takeaway. Can enjoy the food while walking around. Make note that the spicy tuna roll is cooked, so it has a cooked tuna flavor as you’d expect.
Overall it was pretty great food and I would recommend.
30/01/2025: Nice sushi plates. Everything was very fresh and tasty! Friendly staff too.

23/03/2025: Food has been great and service last few years. Staff are so sound. I would knock a star off for atmosphere as there isn't anything inside it's just outdoor seating which isn't fair to review on. It's a business making great food with what they have available with the space and so accommodating staff and service wise.
05/03/2025: Always delicious and the staff are always very friendly. One of my favourite takeaways in the city.
