07/11/2024: Extremely poor customer service with rude, disinterested staff. We booked a table for 7px and were given a 2x 4 seater tables that were back to back. When I spoke to the hostess, she was incredibly rude and said that it is all that is available. " Spoke to another staff member who said "there are plenty of others in your position. " Just such an unpleasant reception from staff. So unorganised and mismanaged. Some staff training is badly required

06/07/2024: Nice wine bar with tapas style food in the happening Victorian Quarter. Particularly like the wine flights where you can try three different types of wines in each flight.

27/05/2024: What a nice wine bar, and the staff is sooooo friendly. They let you taste the wine first if you're not sure if you like it. They are in good spirits and really enjoy their work. Highly recommended!

17/09/2024: Went here last weekend and was very impressed as I’ve always walked passed but never thought to go in. Very cool decor, and the bartender Ger made us feel very welcome. 5/5 would visit again.

24/03/2024: We had coffee and hot chocolate here this evening. The place is warm and welcoming with comfortable seats. Staff are very friendly.

18/03/2024: Recently visited Bean and leaf and found it a really pleasant friendly experience. Coffee was nice and food fresh. Really friendly outgoing staff gave the place a lovely atmosphere. A lovely lady blonde girl served me how pleasant she was made the experience really nice. Will definitely visit again

16/08/2024: The price quality is very bad. The starter was really very poor and the soup was not a vegetable but potato soup. Fish was not fresh and desert was 2 cookies with 2 strawberries. An uninterested cook probably.

01/11/2024: I’ve had the pleasure of organizing three different office parties at Deep South, each for around 180 people, and I can't speak highly enough about the staff. From security to floor staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and some team members truly went above and beyond. Rebecca, for instance, coordinated all the food and vouchers and prepared the venue to perfection for each event. Jess and Abbie also provided fantastic support during the parties, making sure every detail was covered. The pricing is excellent, and the food has consistently impressed our associates. We requested various options, including halal, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free, and the feedback has been outstanding across the board. I strongly recommend Deep South for events, and it’s definitely a top choice for our future gatherings.

05/10/2024: One of our only Burger King left in Cork the food is always very good. They have introduced a self-service kiosk so speed is quick now the only thing I don’t like is the service station it is in is not the safest. There is always a bouncer on the door,

27/10/2024: We went on randomly today and hoped we could get a table. The accommodated us with no issue at all. Lovely waitress served us and was friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully. The food was 10/10 and was a lovely treat for my daughter’s birthday. We will definitely be returning.
