The best restaurants in Cork city council

14/08/2026: I was truly surprised to eat truly delicious pizza, with perfect dough cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pizza was delivered quickly, and the service was impeccable. I'll be back if I'm ever in Cork again.

14/08/2026: We were treated very well, they were friendly and patient with our poor English, the food was delicious and arrived very quickly, the price was average for the local area, so we were very happy.

23/08/2026: I went in there last month on a Sunday had a coke and my friend had a pint we had the one out in the garden very enjoyable with the weather no problems whatsoever ! We left after we had the first coke and pint !Completely different attitude today I walked in we ordered again a coke and pint and we were refused service couldn't give a proper reason as to why ! Mistakenly identity at its finest , so embarrassing and im ashamed of my living life ! We will not be letting this go , been accused of something that i didnt do that they couldn't give me a reason as to why we were been refused !

28/07/2026: Great outdoor setup for the Musgrave park gigs. Unfortunately, they also price match the Musgrave park gigs.

25/06/2026: Went before a gig in Virgin media park, they had an outdoor Dj and food trucks, service was so fast, great spot

16/08/2026: Fairly disappointed by the staff here. Getting the midnight bus to Dublin airport and we wanted two hot drinks to go (coffee or tea) and I am told “we have no hot water”. What are they using to clean the place then?

05/08/2026: I had the snack box with two pieces of boned chicken and fries. They let me have two thighs which you can’t get in Germany. They were delicious!! The staff are a diverse group of incredibly nice people. I highly recommend this one.

09/08/2026: Chicken wings were lovely. The pizza was a little undercooked :)

21/07/2026: Had an epic time watching the football. The food was fantastic and the service top notch, even though the place was packed. Will definately be back.

14/08/2026: Eugene's is the best bar in the area. Always a friendly welcome and a lovely pint of stout in a clean, bright and warm environment. My favourite of Shandon Street locals 🫶🏻🍻

30/07/2026: So much fun for a night out. Staff are very happy to give first timers any needed greyhound racing pointers. Bar well appointed with a friendly crew briskly dispensing pints. Both the tote betting inside and the gentlemen down on the track were easy to figure out and added an element of excitement to the entire proceeding. Exceeded all my expectations!

22/06/2026: Greyhounds race here and they shouldn't be raced anywhere I didn't go for racing I went to the summer show

28/05/2026: Came with a tour bus. Even though they knew we were coming, they were not prepared. The two servers had no idea where to take it. Only options for the pub were pizza or salad.

18/05/2026: I had a fantastic stay at Cork's Vienna woods hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel. I really enjoyed the location of the hotel.

12/08/2026: Food was not worth the price. 6 in group including 2 children. 10% service charge added at the end. This was not clearly highlighted and was ridiculous.

08/07/2026: Very nice restaurant in a beautiful setting 🤩. Very friendly staff.

31/08/2026: Very poor hygiene. There were pigeons all over the tables and around the food. Not a pleasant place to eat.

23/07/2026: This has to be the most aesthetically pleasing store ive ever been in 😀 the lay out and the colours are perfect 👌 everything has its own station and it is run like clockwork . Absolutely love this store
