27/07/2025: Llegué tarde un domingo por la noche y fueron acomodados rápidamente. Bonita bandeja de pepinillos, aunque NO chutney de mango o pepinillo de lima. Se servían tuberías calientes y porciones de buen tamaño. Servicio durante la comida fue atento.

17/07/2025: I had lunch today curry wasn't bad we decided to have dessert a crumble It was slopped into a bowl with cold custard presentation was scandlous.!!! Desserts are so expensive now it would need to be better... would definitely never have again

16/07/2025: Overpriced poor quality food. I review a lot of places and am always happy to give praise where it’s due but really there is nothing good to be said about this venue. The service was bad and the food was worse. Plenty other options in the city.

12/08/2025: A great experience if you're traveling. The entry prices aren't bad, and there are races about every 20 minutes. There's a good atmosphere, mostly groups of men, but also families. There's an outdoor option and a glass-enclosed interior. You can eat there for a reasonable price, and if you're up for it, you can easily place bets.

29/07/2025: Our ticket voucher paid for a drink and a bet. The races were delayed by 1 hour due to the heat of July. Majority of the staff were very pleasant. Excellent experience.

29/04/2025: Brilliant cafe big and airy very friendly staff outdoors area very reasonable priced here great for lunches close at 3 large free of parking for 3hrs

17/07/2025: Last Saturday morning I took my friend to the restaurant for breakfast for her birthday. The weather was perfect, and we were seated outdoors, it was the kind of morning that makes you feel grateful just to be there. We ordered coffees and soon after, our food. The food did take about 40 minutes to arrive, but we didn’t mind too much at the time since we were enjoying a relaxed conversation. Unfortunately, things took a turn. About 10 minutes after our meals arrived, a waiter came over and let us know our table had been reserved for other guests and we would need to leave in less than 30 minutes. He explained that the waitress had forgotten to mention this earlier. There was no offer to move us to a different table. It felt rushed and awkward, I genuinely lost my appetite. About 15 minutes later, the waitress, who was lovely and very apologetic, came back and kindly offered to move us to the side chairs so she could prepare the table for the next guests. We couldn't go inside because we had a dog with us and we totally understood that. We agreed, but sitting there we no longer felt welcome, and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of the meal. I ended up taking it with me, paid, and we quietly left. It’s a shame how the situation was handled, it left us disappointed, especially considering it was a special morning.

30/07/2025: Amazing smash burgers — juicy, flavorful, and super fresh. Easily the best burger I’ve had in Cork. Highly recommend!

18/08/2025: As always had fantastic food however today we had the most incredible experience at Nando’s because of a fantastic member of the Nando’s team call Grant

24/08/2025: Have been here a few times in the last year and had wonderful lunches but had a breakfast here that left a lot to be desired. Beans were crusted as if left under a hot lamp for too long, bacon was fat stringy american style which was not nice and the butter portions where thrown in on top of the food and underneath some of it so god knows how many hands touched it before it hit the food on the plate. Normally very satisfied with NOSH but this was well below par. Food took a while to come out but it was quite busy so can't lay the fault on the restaurant.

18/06/2025: Lovely bar. Atmosphere is great. Got very very busy after 10pm so if your not a big fan of crowds that's a heads up for you. Cocktails were divine plus they had a really good offer on them before 10pm

12/06/2025: Went when there was a jukebox band on, was a good vibe but drinks were a joke. Paid 24€ for a jack and coke and a vodka cran, got the same thing in another bar plus 2 shots for 19€, been a few times but would definitely have pre - drinks before going in, the people inside are a mix of mams and creeps, luck of the draw. Bartender ignored us 4 times before serving us. Also very little crowd control in there, it's like a tin of sardines

10/07/2025: Recently popped in for 2 x fish & chips Curry sauce, garlic mayo and mushy peas. Fish was cooked to order, it has to be the best crisp batter, flakey beautiful fish I've had in a long while, proper chips ate in the lovely cork sunshine. Will be back!

03/04/2025: A hidden treasure in the city to grab a cup of coffee with a friend. Nestled in amongst the small shops at Winthrop arcade, Cocoa is a fantastic independent coffee shop to support in a Cork City.

08/01/2025: Always meant to visit this café and safe to say it will be the first and last. The café is cramped, tables outside but it's shared with another popular café and it's within a narrow hallway so it's not appealing. Café has an upcharge for dairy alternatives/plant drinks, predatory to those with dietary sensitivities. No toilet facilities on site. They claim their hot chocolates are made with 'real chocolate' but it was powdered chocolate. Gritty after taste and it was nothing special, for the price point we were expecting more. Tables were dirty, with some patrons clearing tables to get a table to sit at. Service staff were busy and were kind enough to bring out our beverages outside the shop as there isn't sufficient space to wait inside.
