16/03/2026: Travelled down for a meetup for the Irishmags, nice welcome in pub.
Pints were lovely especially Murphy's.
We got platters of food and it was excellent , chicken wings amazing
15/03/2026: Nice bar a bit off the beaten track in Cork but well worth a visit.
Great pint of Beamish and they show live sport.
They do great food but we didn't get to try it.

14/06/2026: Great little spot close to where we were staying. Coffee very good, pastries are large and good value. Staff prompt and friendly. We sat on the terrace out back.
Owners need to look at the balustrade at the top of the stairs. It’s in a dangerous condition so wouldn’t support someone’s weight if they didn’t notice it and leant into it.

02/09/2026: The food was pretty decent, its fried chicken what do you expect, but when I finished eating it started raining red rain outside, only for a few seconds.
Immediately after, a blue smiley face appeared above my waiter with a clock, and shortly after turned him blue!
I will have to say as well I saw some zombies crawling around the place, wanting fresh meat?
It was probably all in my head.
Oh and right after I left the place I started running from my sins.

Highly recommend
14/07/2026: Best place to go for a bite to eat in Ballincollig!! I always get the Full Jumbo Irish, my son always gets the Eggs Benedict with Salmon, both are great!
Also, very handy if you want dinner before the cinema!

09/06/2026: Those lads worked hard after the ocean to city race with the Champions League Final on too. Two class barmen in a friendly environment. Everything as it should be. Looking forward to coming back.

27/07/2026: There was a mishap with the air conditioning the day before we were due to come for a Hen Party karaoke sesh, which was unavoidable and just bad luck. But Marion couldn’t have done more for us. She went way way above and beyond for us sourcing AC units and fans and taking such good care of us while we were there. We had a ball. And will absolutely be back.
15/07/2026: Spent time here with summer camp students to play bowling. Alex could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Was extremely patient and friendly with the kids, made their time here easy going and smooth. Could not recommend enough.

A must try, delighted we did.

The staff are very pleasant even though they are always busy.
