09/12/2025: Amazing services for people on the go. A great deli both hot and cold, with plenty of variety. Massive variety of products always on offer too. The staff are always very helpful and always in great spirits. A great store all round

04/12/2025: Went there today to get fuel and tobacco. Why are you charging 29.95 for a packet of golden virginia, while everywhere else it costs 27.00?.... after the increase in the budget. Absolute disgrace, as if we are not being ripped off enough, you have to rip people off even more.

17/10/2025: It was ok in here. But the Murphy's wasn't as good as other bars near here. The service was fast and friendly.

26/09/2025: We loved to go to Dashi and it was our go-to takeaway in COVID times. I ordered for collection on a Thursday evening at 7pm, half of the sushi options were gone and the curry and udon noodle dishes (or at least parts thereof) were heated in a microwave, and it still took them 25 minutes to put the order together. The dishes lacked veggies and where mediocre at best, and I couldn't finish the seaweed salad. Very disappointed.

18/09/2025: Visited the place just for the first time, as I saw they have a lot of great reviews, and variety of options, but unfortunately were disappointed, as many of the ingredients weren’t just included. They show in the menu that the sushi has variety of ingredients, and a lot of interesting stuff like: asparagus, chive, chilli powder, and so, but unfortunately they just used instead of the asparagus the curcumber, and we had no chives or chilli powder, although we should have had😟 Also the trout sushi we had was half raw/and half cooked👀

28/09/2025: The Imperial Hotel is a classic Irish hotel with plenty of charm. My room was comfortable and fairly spacious, and I especially liked the bathroom interiors; they had a nice touch of elegance (wish I’d remembered to get a video of them!). 🛁 That said, my room was located in the basement, with a view directly into other rooms, which wasn’t the most inviting. At €220 per night (without breakfast), the value felt a little off for what was offered. The big plus here is the central location, it’s right in the heart of Cork, making it really easy to explore the city. Overall, a decent stay if location is your top priority, though there are a few trade-offs. Ratings: 🛏️ Room Comfort & Design: 3.5/5 🛎 Service & Ambience: 4/5 💸 Money’s Worth: 3/5

22/10/2025: Pizzeria Blarney never disappoints the portion sizes are great, and they always put plenty of chicken and meat in their dishes. I’ve yet to try anything off the menu that I didn’t like. The food is always lovely and so tasty. Highly recommend one of my favourites

12/12/2025: A Reliable Favourite, But Room for Improvement – KFC EastGate, Little Island KFC EastGate has always been one of my go-to spots, and it’s a place I usually enjoy. The food is generally tasty and reliable, and the staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy times. It’s a handy stop when you’re in the area and in the mood for something quick and familiar. However, on my recent visit, the balance of chicken pieces wasn’t great — far too many wings compared to the other cuts. It didn’t take away from the flavour, but it definitely made the meal less satisfying than usual. A small tweak in portion balance would make a big difference. Despite that, KFC remains a favourite and I’ll happily give it another try. When it’s right, it hits the spot, and I’m hopeful the next visit will be back to the standard I’ve come to expect from this location.

01/01/2026: This is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. Myslef and my family just love it. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The staff are just the most loveliest and friendliest staff you could ask for. Anything you need or want they will gladly help you. We can't wait to back again soon xxx

30/11/2025: I had heard good things but I was really disappointed. Friends had the chicken and I had the beef birra. Food wasn’t hot. Everything lacked flavour, the tacos were neither soft nor hard.

29/10/2025: Second time here and it's just such a fun place to go! My friend's absolute go-to for when she has visitors and I completely get why! In the summer they open the front window and you get a nice breeze. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.
