14/04/2026: The added robots for food delivery and bussing is great. Food portions are fantastic and the service is wonderful. Highly recommend making a stop here for dinner.

06/04/2026: Lovely food & nice atmosphere. Ate in Conservatory area which is nicely decorated & dog friendly. The carvery is unreal quality & generous portion size providing value for money. Many Great options on Menu. Deserts are scrumptious.

02/01/2026: Best pub of the whole trip through Ireland. Authentic atmosphere and Irish spirit. Calm and with service accompanied by discreet Irish friendliness. The pint of Murphys was the best I drank in Ireland and accompanied by good music it tasted even better.

16/10/2025: The Allihies Copper Mine Museum is a small but extremely informative museum – lovingly designed and full of fascinating insights into the history of copper mining in this region. The exhibition is presented in a modern style and impressively conveys how hard and deprived the lives of the miners once were. The personal atmosphere is particularly pleasant: you can feel the dedication with which the museum is run. The location in the picturesque village of Allihies, surrounded by impressive coastal scenery, also makes a visit a special experience. A small, yet exquisite museum that should not be missed – highly recommended!

12/04/2026: Stayed here recently, the hotel itself was lovely and clean , food was beautiful, only10 min walk to the city, staff were extremely helpful especially a man named Alan he was a porter i think , couldn't do enough to help me , will 100% be back and would highly recommend 👌

06/04/2026: We came here during our brief stay in Cork. The hotel is located up a bit of a hill and you can easily see it from the colorful flowers planted on the outside. The rooms inside are just as nice, with a great view looking down the hill along with ornate decor. The staff were very cordial and we had a good time here and in the city.

The view is incredible especially if you sit outside, you can see almost the entire city, which makes for the perfect backdrop. 🌞🍹 I went with a cocktail and a small plate, and both were delightful well-made, refreshing, and perfect for a leisurely sip while taking in the view. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great spot for drinks with a view. Nothing over the top just good drinks, stunning scenery, and a relaxed atmosphere. 05/02/2026: Popped in during the day was quiet and ordered a quick sandwich, what I got was outstanding ,a real tasty sandwich with fresh cut chips and tasty salad ,the coffee was really nice had two cups ,very good value and excellent staff,my compliments to all ,will be back with friends to sample more of the tasty food .
