08/03/2025: Always friendly, nice indoors to sit and nice coffee but they need to change where they get their pastries for sure. Not catching up the quality they serve.

10/04/2025: The place was clean and the girl behind the bar gave excellent service being able to serve everyone very fast and at the same time, she also knew how to work the customers having all at the bar chatting to her and each other as if it was a big meet up of all old friends. Great night out and would highly recommend.

05/04/2025: Imagine, it's so hot even with the heat off. You open the window at night. You wake up, you hear men catcalling. Are you implicated if you don't intervene? Yes, but why are you in this position. This is vacation. You close the window, but it's so hot you can't sleep. You open the window and the club is on the street. At its best, a hotel is a place you can go to escape home. At its worst, it is so hard to sleep in a hotel that it ruins your vacation. This is the later. This is not the Metropole of "gentleman in Moscow". This is ibis masquerading as chic.

02/03/2025: Pasé una noche encantadora en el bar con mi novia relajándose y disfrutando del ambiente agradable y ocupado en su interior. La música era buena y las bebidas eran excelentes. Todos los servidores eran muy buenos y sabían lo que estaban haciendo. Lo recomendaría a otros que buscan disfrutar de algunas bebidas y una buena noche.

29/12/2024: I had a lovely 12 pubs experience and this was my second to last stop. The Gentlemen behind the bar looked after me and the customers were extremely friendly considering they were asking "who the feck is this Rambo" love the bar and the hot whiskey. Will return again

19/11/2024: 6.42pm and told not allowed to sit and eat our meal we paid €20 euro for as the seating area closes at 7pm we would have been done in 10 minutes😠😠 very uninviting would have eaten here a lot previously during lunchtime periods as I work on the road.... Not again.

11/04/2025: I stayed at this hotel for one night on a business trip to Ireland. The location is not very convenient if you want to visit the city, needs a vehicle to move, but for a business trip I found it very convenient: quiet, free parking and equipped with the necessary services to work in the room. The rooms are very large, functional and equipped with many comforts, a technological upgrade could be something that should be considered (as usb sockets). There is also the gym and swimming pool, but I could not use it staying for a short time. Good breakfast, the addition of handmade products could be an added value. Great staff, very friendly and smiling that gives that touch of family to the hotel. Recommended for a business trip, less for tourism.

04/04/2025: Reception lady on when checking out was not nice when asked her to update the invoice title. Room overnight can be really hot. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. Waiting time to be seated for breakfast can be long.

03/04/2025: Aside from the clerk who checked us in being abrupt and everything was my fault, did not make things easy. My husband is an early riser & still suffering a little bit from jet lag, went down the next morning to the main area to find coffee. There was a young man who was extremely helpful and gave him some coffee even though breakfast wasn't quite ready to be served. A little later that morning, my husband complimented the young man to the same clerk that checked us in. She went on and on about how he shouldn't have done that and how she was going to have to "instruct the staff" not to do that again. Geez... she would not shut up about it. My husband, thinking that he was doing a good thing by complimenting a staff member, felt absolutely awful that he may have gotten that young man in trouble. There was a different young woman during breakfast, who got to know my husband. She was awesome. By the way, the breakfast buffet is phenomenal! The service in the main restaurant was not good. After sitting there for about 10 min., we finally had to flag down a woman to get service - to just get something to drink. And the restaurant wasn't busy with maybe 4 other couples there. The tea I ordered was just water - there was no tea, and it took forever to get the food. The food, once we got it, was good. Then we had to try to find someone to get our ticket so we could pay for our meal. When we tried to charge it to our room, the young lady said we couldn't charge to your room. I went to the front desk to the same clerk that checked us in, and she said, "You didn't give me a credit card." My response was,"You didn't ask for one." I was just too fed up to say anymore. The room was great, but the beds and the pillows are incredibly hard. Nothing fluffy to them. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful.

05/03/2025: Food was the only good thing about this place , customer service was really bad specially the lady manager with the black hair she was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable while serving us and taking our order if she doesn’t like her job role she should quit. There was another male dark skin very respectful and nice wish he could’ve taken our order and serve us.

10/02/2025: I was there with a friend on Sunday for a few drinks and I liked the place initially then I went in to order some more drinks and the barperson ignored me for about 15 minutes before asking me what I wanted.. my sister worked there 35 years ago and I played a few gigs in there back then too and today is completely different. I didn't like the pub too be fair very sterile and the staff were like robots.
