The best restaurants in Dublin

12/09/2025: 6pm today the 12th September. Place was filthy. Multiple empty tables with food and wrappers not cleared away. Flies crawling all over tables. The floor was disgusting and in a worse state than the bins pictured. Three staff members all standing around behind the counter chatting and laughing and oblivious to the filth around them. Not the first time we’ve been there and it’s a complete mess. Will definitely be the last time though.

30/08/2025: Nice place to eat.. Not so crowded. They have seating upstairs as well.

30/09/2025: We went in on a Saturday morning around 11 - for an late breakfast / early lunch. The place was buzzing and we didn't have to wait for a table at all. Food was amazing (I went for the Full Irish). Staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was served so quickly. Will defitely be returning!

13/01/2026: Very well-known supermarket, with quality. On the third floor, a bright and pleasant space to have a bite to eat and rest, at a good price compared to the rest of Dublin

06/01/2026: Best thing after a long day's dinner. Love their waffles and their crepes, my partner likes their ice cream. The staff were also very nice and let us try a tiny bit of the flavors we weren't sure about.

08/01/2026: 50 euro for two meals and a 2 drinks. I wouldn’t mind paying it if the quality was there, but the chicken came out luke warm, the thighs were the size of chicken nuggets, the chips were basically oven chips, the burger was nowhere near worth it and the corn wasn’t even put on the grill. Poor quality and a very high price for something you’d get in McDonalds - I used to like Nanodo’s, what happened?

29/11/2025: A retro roadhouse feel restaurant. The food was tasty and I'll come back to try some other dishes.

27/11/2025: Always a varying experience here. Sometimes staff are amazing, next time they are quite rude. They never come over to ask about desserts and are very slow to clear the table. One thing that remains consistent is the food which I suppose is the most important part.

21/11/2025: A small upstairs cafe that serves consistently strong coffee with a slightly artistic feel. The space is cosy and calm, perfect for reading or light work. Their almond croissants are a nice treat. A reliable stop if you appreciate simple, quality-focused cafés.

20/11/2025: A sleek, modern café right in the city centre with consistently good brews. The place stays lively without feeling chaotic. They always maintain quality, even during busy hours. Nice spot to recharge between errands or sit quietly with a pastry and coffee.

03/06/2025: The food overall was good. The bone marrow was especially delicious—rich and well-prepared. However, the rice that came with it was far too salty. The salmon was a bit underwhelming, but with a tasty sauce. On the bright side, the service was attentive and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

01/02/2026: Food was really good and very reasonably priced ( we had taste of ireland menu and kids menu ) but waiter service and gaps between ordering food and drinks was shocking . We arrived at 5.30 and left just before 8 without having a chance to order desert . Whatever it is about the Ivy formula they just can’t crack it in Dublin .

01/02/2026: We went to The Ivi yesterday an even having a reservation they made us wait in the bar and they offered us a drink (not complementary). Clearly they cannot manage properly the reservation because every single table was sent to the bar for some time. The atmosphere is nice but too loud, more like a pub vibe. The food is okeish. Apart from the creme brulee nothing memorable at all. When finished we were offered a complementary glass of prosecco but the maitre couldn't wait us to finish it and demand us to leave the table and move again to the bar to finish it. So they were complementing us for the misunderstanding and literally 3 minutes later kicking us out. This is not at all the level of service I was expecting.

06/11/2025: Lovely staff, great (GREAT) coffee, decent pastries. Don't have seating area, only a takeout window but it's a great spot in Clontarf.

18/10/2025: went there a few times but found the bearded chap who works there extremely hostile and eventually took my business elsewhere

26/10/2025: the shop is ok but have had some cleaning issues. the staff aren’t even there when needed for assistance.

11/10/2025: Great Mexican food. Ordered burritos bowl and beef chili Amazing taste, quick service , indoor and outdoor seating both. It's very busy during weekdays for lunch as well as dinner. Fast and quick and healthy options
