The best restaurants in Dublin

02/06/2026: Incredible cafe. I pop in here from time to time and in particular I’ve noticed that some new faces working there, and they have been so friendly and ept. Would recommend 👍

The service was outstanding – the girls were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be coming back. 29/07/2026: Don’t really know where to start, first time in Dublin and being English first thing I though of was an Irish breakfast we’ve tried a few whilst we’ve been here, and the rest have been brilliant, see decent reviews on here and thought I’d give it a go. Food was rubbery everything was cold. Coffee wasn’t great. The only half decent thing on the plate was a lukewarm hash brown. On my next return to Dublin I will definitely avoid this place

27/07/2026: Located inside Heuston Station, this makes for an OK place to grab a bite, either dine-in or take-away. But the quality of food is something to compromise on, as I didn’t enjoy them that much. We also had a sandwich to go, and it came with coleslaw (and only coleslaw despite the sign saying “salad and coleslaw” I think they meant a choice between salad or coleslaw). Though we had the sandwich toasted, it was directly placed on top of the coleslaw making it cold and soggy. I think it would be beat to just consume what you buy inside the store, which was brightly lit and perfect to start you off in the morning!

19/09/2025: I went here totally by accident, I thought id give it a try as I saw they have gluten free options and pumpkin spice latte!!. The staff was so friendly,the service was outstanding and the decor was breathtaking. Nothing I have seen before. Its a small cozy hidden away cafe. May I also add they had a few options for gluten free, I got the brownie it was a bit dry but still good i enjoyed it either way (you can see the selection of gluten free options in the picture of the menu, the top shelf) The price is also not too bad

06/06/2026: Surprisingly great lunch / brunch! Loved the eggs Royale and the Shakshuka. Coffee was nice, hot chocolate not so much but like in most places. Staff was really nice, peace was empty ish as we went for lunch on a rainy Saturday, but really good discovery!

10/10/2025: I visited Bunsen Blanchardstown on Friday evening (October 10th), and despite the place being incredibly busy with people constantly queuing, the experience was fantastic thanks to the amazing girls working on the floor. There were only three staff members managing all the tables and service, yet they went above and beyond to make sure every customer was looked after. They were constantly on the move, multitasking minute after minute, all while staying friendly, calm, and professional. The food was, as always, top quality fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. A special shoutout to the girl working Friday evening, dark hair in two braids, wearing a North Face T-shirt, she was an absolute Wonder Woman, absolutely incredible! So kind, attentive, and hardworking. She truly deserves recognition for how well she handled the chaos. But let’s be clear, the owners and upper management should be ashamed. Having only three staff on the floor and three in the kitchen for such a busy location is completely unacceptable. The fact that these workers are forced to carry the entire operation while management sits back and lets it happen is disgraceful. Bunsen has built a great name for its food and service, but that reputation doesn’t come from the owners, it comes from the incredible frontline staff who are being stretched to their limits. These girls aren’t just doing their jobs; they’re saving your brand every single shift.

13/04/2026: Highly recommend this place ! The teacup was warm when I ordered tea, and I really appreciated that thoughtful touch.👍 I ordered an irish tea with breakfast. They are really friendly, I want to visit again once I come back to Dublin !!

07/07/2026: I only recently been coming here all the way from Tallaght ! This place hands down does the best biryani in all of Ireland , beats all fancy dine in Indian restaurants . What stands out is how authentic the biryani is compared to how 99.9% of other restaurants (just throw it in together and ready in 5 mins 😂) anytime I’m in town I’m getting one biryani for takeaway !!! Unreal

08/05/2026: Very chill thyme out place. Lovely place to meet and char with friends--that's the vibe I felt. It looks like it's a grab and go kinda place because nearly a third of the lunchtime takeaway offers were gone by 9:15.

24/04/2026: been coming to Nando’s Tallaght for years, and the food is always spectacular. For my first Nando's review, I want to give a special shout out to Keith. He served us today and was so kind - he really made our day! We hope to have Keith serve us again soon!
