The best restaurants in Dublin

26/09/2026: NEVER AGAIN,Been ordering food with them for a long time but for a few month now things are getting worse and worse,missing toppings on the pizzas (happened twice already),chips taste cheap and like burnt oil that havent been changed in a long time and you can tell they are frozen,delivery takes about 1h and 30 minutes (and its only a 5 minute drive from the shop),100% never ordering from them again.

14/08/2026: I am very disappointed about what happened today. Ordered through Uber eats and through their apps you can can decide which sauces to add. I decided I didn't want any sauces and marked every sauces as 0. However got 3 kebabs with chilli sauces and herbal sauces which I don't like. After calling the store they told me I had to write a comment to specify I needed no sauces which is totally unreasonable considering I didn't sign up for any sauces. The manager was very rude suggesting it was MY fault as I didn't write down the comments but how was I suppose to know I had to reiterate through the comments sessions I didn't want sauces? Totally rude and 30 euro of kebab wasted!

03/10/2026: An absolute amazing bakery, they really put quality and care into what they’re doing. We organised here to make our gender reveal cupcakes and it genuinely couldn’t have gone any better, so happy we went with Betsy’s! And the cakes were delicious, everyone loved them! So well done and nothing was given away, perfectly packaged and our baby’s gender color nearly tucked into the middle so a big bite was needed! The staff are amazing, so accommodating and helpful. Will never use any other bakery’s for anything again, 10/10 quality and service.

10/09/2026: Me and my mom came in yesterday to get the famous açai brownie bowl, I got the pistachio cheesecake and the rainbow cake, the açai bowl was quite disappointing as the brownies and kanafa didn’t taste fresh at all, the açai itself tastes like water iswell. Now for the cake it was the worst cake ever the cream was way too sweet and left a weird after taste the sponge was so starchy and dry and I found some type of hair but me being used to fur in food as we have dogs and cats I wasn’t too fussed, the pistachio cheesecake was the baste tasing out of all of them but an hour after eating the cheesecake my stomach was doing flips, I’ve haven’t eaten anything else today and I’ve just woken up at 3:30 AM and gotten sick, now I don’t know if me and my mam just gotten a bad batch of the 3 but we were really disappointed as all the reviews and tik toks were positive but otherwise everything looked amazing I just can’t trust the place to try more of their stuff, I had taken pictures to post on insta to advertise the place but honestly after my experience I didn’t want to, sorry guys I really don’t wanna be a Karen I’m just telling my experience I really wanted to like the place

22/09/2026: Myself and a few family members had a fantastic experience here on Sunday evening before heading to the Westlife concert. The food was delivered very quickly and tasted great. The waiting staff were all friendly and helpful, but one member of staff in particular really stood out. I think he was a supervisor or manager — he couldn’t do enough for us and was great craic. Service like this really makes a difference and has you leaving the restaurant with a smile on your face. He was an absolute credit to the place. Thanks for a great experience, we’ll definitely be back.

06/09/2026: Staff members were busy with everything but the customers. Shocking! At first, when I got in, since no one was by the door nor looking after those waiting, I walked in to ask where to sit. But of course, following the rules, I was sent back to wait by the door for someone to come. Then, after being seated for quite some time (at least 12 minutes), I walked up to the cashier to ask if I should order there or at the table. The directions were to order at the table, and they followed up to take my order. Finally, I literally had to call them to bring the food after it had been sitting on the shelf for quite some time. The place was not packed at all; at most, 20 to 25% of the tables were busy. Folks, you need to up your game!

09/10/2026: Got told to order food at the buffet counter, they were clearly surprised as fish and chips are supposed to be ordered at the table. They accommodated. Took nearly 25 minutes longer than the advertised 25 minutes as seen on the menu later. Not a spoon of cold peas in a dirty cup even less tartar, cold fries and reheated fish given the temperature differences in the piece. Do go here for the fish and chips or value for money. Go for the atmosphere, friendly staff and mostly tourists.

04/10/2026: Our first Pub while visiting Dublin. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was very laid back and casual. The food was served cafeteria style. The ordered the chicken with veggies and it was tender and very tasteful. I ordered meat with gravy it too was delicious. Highly recommend.

06/08/2026: I come here from time to time when I want to have a coffee, open my laptop and get a bit of work done. One of the things I like about this Costa is sitting by the window — it’s actually a nice spot to slow down for a while, have a coffee and catch up on some work. The coffee itself is usually what I expect from Costa and I enjoyed mine today. ☕ The place is comfortable enough to sit for a while, although I think the overall experience could be a little better, especially when it comes to service. Sometimes the small things make a difference when you’re paying around €10 for a visit. That said, I still like coming here. It’s convenient, there’s a relaxed feeling when you find a good seat, and being able to sit with my laptop and enjoy a coffee without feeling rushed is a big plus for me. Not perfect, but definitely a place I’m happy to return to. A few improvements in service and consistency would easily make it a five-star experience for me. ☕💻

09/10/2026: The pub itself is good, and the decor is quite appealing. However, the food was a bit disappointing. Perhaps that was simply because we arrived just before the kitchen closed. The burger was possibly overcooked and had a very thick crust. It also lacked a certain flavor for me. Just form your own opinion; everyone has different tastes. The pub's overall impression is one of a very charming atmosphere and good service.

06/09/2026: A chill, festive atmosphere; a bar with plenty of games, friendly, and with TVs for watching sports. Impeccable service, just a bit pricey, which is a shame. But an ideal place to chill with friends.

04/09/2026: Very attentive and friendly staff. They are very accommodating to dietary restrictions and are also very patient with guests who can't decide right away. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious 😋

13/09/2026: Hogan's is a grand spot on the corner of Fade and South Great George's streets for a beer. The service is friendly, efficient and prompt, though the overall decor is somewhat tired, and could be doing with something of a spruce-up.

30/08/2026: ‘Ogun’s was 10/10, Craig brothers are great Craic (pardon the pun) and me and my friends had a great time (P.S we’re grubs) Edit - Take a WIDE berth of this place, it’s the padded cell of the Craig brothers, and full of grubs (P.S I’m a grub)

12/09/2026: No menus, had to take a photo of the board and read off my phone. 6 euro for a stale sausage roll, 15 euro for a bang average sandwich with very little meat.

08/09/2026: Lovely little cafe! their sandwiches are amazing, really great value and lots of protein in them. Me and my wife's regular breakfast, brunch or lunch spot.

22/08/2026: Finally a flat white that actually wakes you up. My friend had the matcha was supposedly spectacular. I really appreciated the fact that they would heat up the bakes and the lounge was comfy

26/07/2026: Even though it wasn’t busy, we were waiting a long time for someone to take our order and had to call a waitress over. We ordered 3 pizzas, which takes a few minutes to cook, but were waiting 45 mins and had to ask staff twice before we got them. The pizzas were overcooked slightly too. The pints also have no head, but the bar staff are friendly. While they also have good taste in music, it was way too loud and we could not hear each other without shouting. Would not recommend.

01/08/2026: Genuinely the best dining experience I’ve ever had! We visited from Toronto, ON & loved every second of the evening. From the warm welcoming & incredible drinks from Cal & Luke & the exquisite seafood tapas by Mert, we didn’t want the night to end. 12/10 would recommend!
