02/09/2025: My only issue with this place is the delivery men do be sitting on the seats and don't offer to get up for a PAYING customer,I can understand this on a slow day but not during busy periods. Unprofessional!

02/09/2025: The food is just stomach churning 😂 I have never felt so horrific as a human since I ate the cheese bacon fries. It is absolute slurry fresh from the tank and sits in your stomach, gasping for digestion.

18/04/2025: Had a great time at the Bernard Shaw. The food is delicious, plenty to choose from in the Eatyard. Think Laura served us, she was very attentive and friendly.

19/10/2025: Majority of the books I asked for were unavailable. Secondly, I asked for hardbound book to gift to someone, they are also not available in store. Its a joke!

09/10/2025: The guy I asked help from was very friendly and helpful, however the manager beside him acted very unprofessional and learned me about how a book can't be named as I claimed as it had 'bad english' used as it's name(was an existing book btw). Bad experience... Edit: I'm still shocked and traumatized after many years on how this person was treating me. The lady(Some kind of manager she was) who learned me on how a book can't be named that way, refering to my english at that time was clearly having something against me for no reason. Anyway, if you are looking for this book they don't have it and you will even feel embarassed asking about it, so just get it on amazon! :D

29/09/2025: As a regular visitor to Butlers in Ballsbridge I’m writing this review as a very disappointed customer. I order extra hot, hot chocolate. Nearly every time I receive it ,it’s lukewarm. Not even hot. It’s either far too milky or too much lumps of chocolate. The staff need more training and the outdoor seating area is often very dirty .

13/09/2025: Terrible experience. Always been a huge fan of Butler’s but that particular branch is a let down! The staff was rude & inattentive plus the place was filled with flies and mosquitoes 🦟. The caramel macchiato I had, was served cold and 2 flies landed in my cup when it was half filled. Never going there ever again.

08/10/2025: Good quality product. Cozy interior with a decent amount of place to sit and enjoy. Great location near the school.

01/10/2025: I visited this place on 30th september, 2025. I had ordered pizza and fries. The food was good. When I had to wash the hands, the staff told me that the washroom was out of order. I remember visiting this place a year ago and it was in the same condition back then too. I cleaned my hand with the tissue paper but it was still a bit untidy. So, I had to wash my hands in some other shop. I request the management to get the washroom repaired and to make it available to customers as soon as possible so that other people don't have to face the same problem.

16/09/2025: I ordered on the website, once it said out for delivery I waited in the hotel lobby where pick up was arranged and after 40 mins it still was not there, then I rang the store and the person on the phone didn’t seem bothered that my food hadn’t arrived, I asked if it could be remade as it wasn’t going to be fresh anymore, they said the would but never bothered the food came cold and unfresh will never order from here again the service was terrible and so was the food

12/09/2025: Good quality of napkins, tasty sauce. Don’t order bigger portion fries, because they will give you like 2kg weight of them!

07/09/2025: A disappointment after visiting. Arrived around 3 pm, not a lot of people in the restaurant. On arrival we sat down, after some time we asked could we order. They took our order. After 40mins my food arrived, my partners and daughters didn't. After another 10mins I asked for an update, my partners food arrived and then our daughters. Our male server said that x dish needed more time. At this point another table asked to cancel an order as they were waiting a long time. When we finished as I was paying the staff member asked how the food was. I explained the ecperience. Offered feedback on the kitchen staff working on timings and sending dishes together. The staff member said sorry we were very busy today. I have been 3 or 4 times before, it was a disappointing visit. Hopefully the feedback will be taken on board

06/09/2025: My pasta was lovely but the man with me never gave him his soup. And never explained why he was left waiting. And prices are ridiculous.

01/06/2025: We had Saba cater a confirmation party for us. The food was delicious (the crispy chilli chicken) and the service was seamless. Alan was so unobtrusive setting up the food. The whole process removed a lot stress for us. Everyone was raving about the food.

25/10/2025: I ordered Ol’s burger meal (add garlic and cheese). Taste : 3 (Normal hamburger) Cost : 3 (a little expensive) Service : 3 (Normal service)
