30/03/2025: We mistakenly did not order a side dish (rice) due to menu change. When I called to rectify our error , the agent was very friendly and gave us the side dish for free! Amazing customer service. Great food as always. Thank you

10/03/2025: Really tasty food. Some sides like edamame beans and other items etc are very expensive but mains are pretty good value

08/04/2025: Nice pizza 🍕 shop and they also have 3 euro margherita pizza slice. The staff is very nice and helpful. They make extremely nice pizza 🍕 at affordable price. Must visit here after a drink at temple bar 😋

06/04/2025: Was forced to give a 5 star review before delivery driver gave me my food. This makes it a coercive business practice and I will be reporting to the ombudsman.

05/03/2025: All the drinks and chocolates looked amazing here so I had to walk in. Even though it’s a franchise, it has a really nice classy feel. You get a free small piece of chocolate with every meal. You can choose any piece on display! Also love the variety of hot chocolate although I didn’t actually try them.

25/02/2025: I don't like leaving poor reviews. I want places to thrive and win but... And II don't want anyone to get in trouble but the woman working on Saturday just gone seemed a bit aggressive and a bit rude. She looked stressed out. I try to be as polite as possible but it wasn't reciprocated. I know that shop is so busy and the last Saturday was beautiful. It was towards the end of the day but maybe the main person at the till can be rotated to avoid fatigue and agitation. The woman looking after milk and that handed me the coffee was nice and polite. However, my coffee was really bitter. I don't know if that's because it was over brewed or what. I have a good recollection of Butlers doing decent coffee. Albeit, I've more experience with Grafton, Henry and Donnybrook. It won't stop me from trying Butlers again. I think this could have been an off-day for that location. *Edit** 26/02/25 I've since gone back and the staff were nice and coffee was better, however I still think theyre burning the coffee a tad bit. But the free chocolate is always a hit. I've adjust the starts to reflect newer experience.

29/03/2025: The food here was okay but the service was very slow and the staff seemed to have very little understanding of English. I had to say everything multiple times before I thought that they understood and then they gave me the order on a tray even though I asked for it to take away.

17/01/2025: Tried to visit the premises tonight simply for a coke to discover the restaurant closed and locked despite having customers inside I'd advertised 9 o'clock closing be good if yous would update opening and closing hours

20/02/2025: I booked a dinner in advance and even arriving 10 minutes before my reservation time I left the restaurant without the main meal it doesn’t matter if it was Valentines Day. If your restaurant has capacity for 50 people only, please don’t increase for 150. 1 hour and half for a starter.

16/02/2025: Big thank you to the host and Ream our server who took great care of us in this cozy, warm, and absolutely lovely restaurant. We had such a great experience! Walk in table was available the day after valentines which we were so thankful for because everywhere was booked till 10pm or were serving food we had no interest in. We ordered a shared starter, two pasta dishes and dessert with the house white. Food was unbelievably good. The bruschetta was the perfect amount for a starter for me and my boyfriend to share and was delicious. We find it hard to find an authentic carbonara, but this was perfect. The tiramisu was light and flavourful and the perfect dessert for such a lovely meal. the house white (2023 Pinot Grigio) was the most complimentary drink to have throughout the meal. 100% recommend for the perfect date night.

28/04/2025: I went to "Romayo's Balally" for the first time to eat something because I was hungry. When I entered the place, I was greeted with a smile from a young lady. She greeted me politely and asked me what I wanted to eat. She listened carefully to what I wanted to order, so that afterwards I understood that this food is the tastiest of all the places I ate in Ireland. Thank you Miss VALERIA D. for the work done, I was satisfied with the service, the quality and the taste of the food. I recommend "Romayo's Balally" with confidence, to every person. 24/02/2025: I got taco fries from this shop tonight,was not satisfied,the tray contained a few chips and was packed with sauce ,all this for just 8 euro. In terms of value for money I I don’t feel like I got that.

20/04/2025: Nando's in Blanchardstown is an excellent spot for a delicious meal. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. I was especially impressed with their knowledge of Celiac requirements and gluten-free options. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and accommodated. The food, as always, was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal with top-notch service!

17/04/2025: Had an amazing experience at Nando's Blanchardstown! The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. Ali went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect-great energy and genuine smiles all around. Food was fantastic, but the service made it even better. Can't wait to come back!

19/12/2024: A tiny little gem of a restaurant. We're yet to sit down and have a meal, but we've gotten take out a handful of times and the pizzas are just delicious. The owner is a gentleman, and is always full of chat as you're waiting for your food. Have only tried the pizzas, but am excited to try more. Highly recommend

27/09/2024: Spent over 1k here in December. Had my bike stolen 7 months later. Needed copy of invoice. Had to ring and email multiple times over many weeks and complain before I was given it. Also requested bike reg number as I hadn’t kept a record. Despite repeated requests by phone and email they never responded. Their lack of response delayed my insurance claim and more importantly, has prevented me from registering my bike as stolen. It’s my nearest Liv stockist but I’ll buy my replacement bike elsewhere. I was negligent in not recording the reg number, which is of course my fault, but I would have hoped the bike shop would have helped when I repeatedly asked them to provide the reg number. I don’t think my request was unreasonable in the circumstance and the lack of response was disappointing.

29/03/2025: Literally ordered over two hours ago. Apparently it is already there. It is not. I actually don't care anymore I just want my money back.
