22/07/2025: Our go to pizza place in Dublin for many years! The staff are brilliant, so friendly and chatty. We absolutely love the food as it's high quality, tasty food for great prices. Pinheads meal deals offer incredible value especially if you're a larger family like us!

22/08/2025: No puedo creer lo mal que le ha ido a Solo Café, Killiney, porque me encantaba. Todo fue horrible. El personal era realmente grosero y nos sentimos como si fuéramos un inconveniente al ordenar. La comida estaba literalmente tirado en la mesa y no recibimos nuestras bebidas hasta después de la comida, a pesar de que pedimos dos veces. La calidad real de la comida también ha ido terrible. Mi tortilla era dura y no comestible y venía con un montón de pasta horrible (decía ensalada en el menú), pero la camarera ciertamente no estaba feliz de hacernos saber en qué consistía una ensalada. Nunca volveré después de esa experiencia.

22/08/2025: Very disappointed at how bad Cafe Solo Killiney has gone as I used to love it. Service & food appalling. We felt as though serving us was an inconvenience to the waitresses. Our food was just thrown down anywhere on the table, without a word. We had to remind them twice for our drinks & we eventually got them after our food. Extremely rude staff who look like they are very unhappy in their job. The food used to be really lovely but now it's obvious that everything is made very cheaply. My omelette was absolutely disgusting- i really don't think it was made of real eggs, all the food we got was just awful. All I can say is, with the bad service & bad quality food, we won't be back. Very disappointed how somewhere that used to be so nice has gone so downhill.

08/04/2025: Came for lunchtime. Staff were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was great and delicious food!

04/04/2025: Had a birthday dinner here and experience wasn’t good. Food was meh, waitress was a bit rude, orders were mixed up even though it was all double checked after making the order. The pizza was ok but no one liked the carbonara. When asked about the food we didn’t like the carbonara and were being asked why we didn’t like until the very last minute we were, not very comfortable for us. Don’t really recommend this place.

09/10/2025: Exceptional breakfast and coffee. Staff were friendly, service was great and food arrived quickly. We tried the “big breakfast” and the “small breakfast”, the value is excellent for the area. Great street view from some of the smaller tables in the front, I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

21/09/2025: A truely awful breakfast. The club sandwich, ham from a packet & crisps toasted together resulting in a soggy mess charged at 16.50! I asked for a side of mushrooms served with avacado & eggs.. 3 slices of a portabello mushroom for 3.50! Scandalous, orange juice straight from a bottle.. lovely table staff who shouldn't have to apologise for such awful food.. currently hiring for a cook & its no wonder. Put that menu in the bin & start again.

22/09/2025: Very good cakes and profiteroles. I ordered special big cake for my meeting It was very delicious and soft. And amazing design!

14/08/2025: Nice and old school pub with stale air atmosphere and super friendly locals. A pint is 6.70 that is on par to the nearby pubs

16/09/2025: Giving a low score purely for the self order machines. They’ve been laggy for months now. You input what you want to order and it takes 6-7 minutes for it to register. Some people are waiting at them for 10+ minutes just waiting to pay. The store doesn’t seem interested in fixing this. Food was decent and hot too in fairness.

30/06/2025: Ordered for the first time after seeing reviews what a mistake. Said no seafood in any dishes in the allegations comments section and dishes were full of prawns luckily we spotted before eating. These restaurants should be taking things seriously. When i called they didn't care in the slightest

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick and reliable. Great value for money, and perfect for a comforting takeaway night. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-quality Chinese food in the area!

01/08/2025: Amazing bar. Very friendly and quiet. It’s a shame that they closed the good part and kept the small space opened. I stopped visiting since.
