19/03/2024: People with large dogs sitting inside caffe (it is dog friendly but not customer friendly) Long queue waiting for a “not bad coffee” There is a kitchen inside with not a good ventilation

16/03/2024: I’ve ordered a few of their spreads, they are cool and all, but there were some pieces of a hazelnut shell in both hazelnut jars i’ve got so we haven’t really ate them after:( Wish you will be a bit more careful because that’s might be dangerous and not what a you want to get for a such price

19/09/2024: We always order take away from this branch and love supporting a restaurant in our local proximity. We decided for my dad’s birthday, we would dine in for a change. The food was 10/10, but what a huge let down the service was. The main course was brought out and we were told the rice is on its way. 5 minutes go by and no rice for any of us. My partner made eye contact with the waiter to ask where the rice is, and the waiter rushed back into the kitchen. Obviously after forgetting to bring it out. Our meals were lukewarm, at best, by the time the rice arrived at our table. My partner said to the waiter that our food was not warm now, and the waiter suggested he heat it up in the microwave…. We didn’t enjoy our meal as much as we should have, as the rice was piping hot and we had to let it cool down before eating, which meant our main was actually cold by the time we ate it. What a pity. We wouldn’t have cared waiting for the rice to be cooked, just don’t bring out the main meal without it! When we for the meal, there was very little said when we mentioned again about the rice and no real apology.

06/09/2024: I was busy and could not collect so i Waited almost 2 hours for a delivery of less than 1km. As per usual the phone was engaged whilst trying to enquire. Food was fine but estimated times are very inaccurate

26/08/2024: Lovely bright modern pub with beautiful artwork decorating the walls. My husnand and I both had fish and chips. Food excellent and staff lovely.

24/07/2024: Lovely location especially in the summer with a nice variety of snacks with very friendly, efficient & helpful staff where nothing is a problem.

13/07/2024: Great place & food is good (& reasonable wine). However, they’ve a big problem on their outside terrace with huge sea gulls eating off tables that aren’t cleared. People have been intimidated (including kids) but they don’t seem to have the staff etc.

01/09/2024: I had pasta with mushrooms on Tuesday and it was awful . Today I went to the festival with some friends and the pasta was good. We went in and I opted for the steak, it was tasty, but the portion was small.

19/08/2024: Lovely Italian in Monkstown with nice views of the village from the terrace. Prices are reasonable. The food and wine is delicious. And the service is professional. Would definitely recommend.

17/09/2024: I have ordered food a few times and really enjoyed it every time. Great service and tasty food 😊 There chicken dum biriyani, chicken lollipop and chicken 65 is a must try and for vegetarians Chilli paneer is a must try. We are glad to have found this amazing place.

31/10/2024: They opened a tad early and we were some of their first customers this morning. The croissants were fresh out of the oven and delicious! I ordered a strong cappuccino and it was made to perfection. I also got the Oreo Brookie (choc chip cookie base, layered Oreo cookies over the top and a brownie over that - wild yum!). Very welcoming atmosphere! We also got to meet Sandra the pup - I’m guessing the owner’s friend’s pup.

24/02/2024: Happy to report a good experience here. Food piping hot and even given an extra place of chips without asking. Staff friendly and attentive. Clean throughout and pricing not to damaging to your wallet.

26/11/2024: Popped in to enjoy a cocktail on a chilly evening while visiting Dublin. Service was timely, cocktails were tasty, and the bar and hotel were nicely decorated for the holidays. Wished the staff were more kind and welcoming; the lighting in the bar was way too bright for evening time. Sounds ridiculous to say, but lighting can make a big difference in an experience.
