The service was impeccable, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the selection is extensive, with excellent quality products. There's a great selection of beers, but I absolutely recommend trying the Easy Game Gin: truly excellent! A place I'd love to return to.

18/05/2026: I was there yesterday to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I ordered a burrata as a starter but received mozzarella instead. I pointed it out and was told that the chef had guaranteed it was burrata. Very disappointing. I know what burrata is, and I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known it was just mozzarella — essentially, I paid for burrata but received mozzarella. After the starter, our main course took a very long time to arrive. To make things worse, the “Classic Club” sandwich — which was what most people at our table actually wanted — had already sold out because of the party taking place in the garden. Also, my friend had reserved the garden, but it was double-booked and we were seated inside instead. That was fine, as the weather wasn’t great anyway. However, the ambient sound stopped working and none of the staff were able to fix it. Other than these issues, the food was good.

09/10/2026: A very disappointing experience, from service to food Given how popular this restaurant seems to be, I expected much better. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing on almost every level, both in terms of service and food quality. Service and waiting time The problems started with the order. I waited more than 30 minutes for a noodle dish, while takeaway and delivery orders seemed to be going out ahead of mine. I had to ask about my order three times and was repeatedly told it was still being prepared. For noodles, a wait of over 30 minutes is hard to understand. There was no meaningful apology, no explanation, and no commercial gesture to acknowledge the delay. Not even a drink or a small courtesy. The apologies felt quick and superficial rather than genuine. Food quality I ordered the Gun Gun Noodles Chicken Qishan Spicy and Sour (medium), and it was a major letdown. The noodles were completely bland and seemed to have been cooked in unsalted water, with no seasoning whatsoever. The broth or sauce had an artificial, almost chemical taste, without any real depth or balance. The chicken was dry, rubbery and almost flavourless, as if it had simply been boiled in water. The vegetables were equally unremarkable. They tasted as though they had been roughly chopped and dropped into the soup without much care or preparation. The edamame were soft, limp and unpleasantly marinated, giving the impression of food that had been reheated rather than freshly made. For a soup, a noodle dish and a small portion of edamame, the bill came to more than 20 euros. At that price, I would expect properly seasoned food, better ingredients and far more attention to detail. That was clearly not the case here. Overall I understand that a busy restaurant can come under pressure, but that does not excuse a wait of more than 30 minutes for noodles, the lack of any goodwill from the staff, or food that is this poorly seasoned and poorly executed. Judging by several other negative reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated experience. I would not recommend this place and I will not be returning.

08/10/2026: Tried a spice bag for the first time and it’s delicious!! Came out very hot and well seasoned. The staff were very nice and helpful and kept coming out to clean the tables 🥹

06/10/2026: I’m not a regular customer, but I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always liked the place. Unfortunately, my last experience was very disappointing. After a night out, I checked my bank statement the next day and realized I had been charged €43.90 for four beers. I admit I should have checked the amount before paying, so I take responsibility for that. However, I also believe the staff should make sure customers know exactly what they’re being charged. Whether this was a genuine mistake or not, it left a very bad impression and made me question how easily something like this could happen. I would recommend that anyone visiting double-check their bill before paying.
